40k is huge! And covers all expected expenses.The more the documents, the more time needed for verification and the higher the chance of a 'denial' possibility!
That was the mistake I made..I and a friend got same level of funding but cos I was scared I added an extra sponsor and my friend didn't. ..he got called over a month before I was (relatively speaking)...and I strongly believe. .it was because I had submitted more documents!
I am of the opinion that one should try and limit the number of documents needed to convince the V.O

The system isnt as structured as they want it to look....it can be very annoying. ..we just have to keep staying positive!

The question on tuition,living and co is relative.It depends on the school and the area....and I barely know anything about the school you mentioned!

I turned in the additional requested docs requested by the embassy to VFS today (tuition/accommodation fee receipts).
I really hope for the very best as I wrote to my school today and they confirmed to me that if I am not in school on September 3rd, I will have to defer my admission till next year September. And I am determined to fight till the very end because I resigned from my job a month ago when I received my medical instruction - July 19th (YES, shocking right?). I guess I have so much faith. Please put me in your prayers friends. I plan to go to the embassy on Monday.
I am believing God for a miracle.

I agree with you in Faith that you will get your TRV in Jesus name.Jesus said "If two or three on earth agree as touching a thing, it shall be done" .You will get it before that date! Cos I am also in that address. ...I resigned after getting my medicals (will not advise anyone to do except you have strong conviction to do so)!
I will advise you write a compassionate mail to them....very early Monday morning. ...and stay in Faith!

I don't want say much till monday when I get to VSF.
Meanwhile, this morning as I was reading my bible I issued words in spirit, commanding that I must get that today. I believed it...each time I looked at time, I get worried till I heard "gbim" I checked d email, it was from cic.

Let's try to ensure all the requested documents are submitted to these guys at once to avoid unnecessary delays!
Spoke with my agent friend today and he said his client (a 16-year old) that had been called for medicals like four weeks ago and due for TRV was told today to go get police clearance, that she didn't submit before with her application (remember the certificate used to be meant for 18 upward? )
My friend said they tried to verify from them and they insisted "everybody" gets police clearance! Now! Does that include a two year old ?
Two inferences:
1.kind of buttresses Oga Siga's point of these guys trying to clear table with "strange" patterns.
2.Even after medicals...extra instructions can still be dished out not sending your resumption date! ! Especially those not on full funding. ...please be on the alert, you can still be told to go pay!
In all of these, CDHC should know that:"We are more than conquerors! "

kayconsult: @ frederal. In respect to ur question. I mailed CHDC day b4 yesterdy ard 5.20pm stating to make inquiry abt my status which was submitted since 31st of may dis year 2ru vfs. At first I recivd an automated mail stating der routine message of 4-6 mnts processing tyme so I ignored and signed out. Yyesterdy morning as I opened my mail,I was mailed directly by CHDC to state my passport no,DOB,Name as appear on my passport and d date of submission. I sent this to them immediately and have been checking my mail till nw,still haven't been contacted.

So sorry about that bro...that's why I try to paste the necessary details needed in a mail of enquiry to CDHC cos it happened to me too . After sending the details to them as requested, it took another two weeks get their response.
I pray yours won't be that long!

You can also get his Pay slips(3 months prior to submission) if he is on one....and also tax clearance certificate for the business.
You can p.m me...I will send a prototype of the High Court's affidavit of sponsorship to you.
Lastly,If he can, A letter of introduction, introducing his position in the company (preferably on the company's letter head)

earthgreeners: my observation... it shld take maximum of 2Weeks for CDHC to get result of medical examinations... cos results are sent directly to CIC by the Panel Physicians through the australian-canada emedicals portal.

I doubt oo....you can ask the consultants practice people. ..They detailed me they don't send it directly to CDHC. ..
Reply the p.m so I can also forward the mail CDHC sent to me..although they said it takes 3-4 weeks in the mail...I agree with you that it doesn't take more than two weeks to get to them from France.
Like you said....every stage with its "challenges"....My resumption is next Monday. ...But I am just at peace. ..that it is settled!

My TRV was turned down on the basis that my sponsor was not CREDIBLE, even with the fact that my sponsor had an account balance of 6million and CoO of two properties. Do you advice I send a mail to CDHC to explain further on what they mean by my sponsor not being "Credible", to enable me know where I went wrong in my application, or should I simply reapply for another TRV for Winter?

Oga Fhemmmy and bumdish have rightly pointed out.."credibility"is a relative statement..such that comparing with someone else's application with same reason might be unhelpful.
My advice is: channel the energy you planned to use in sending mails to CDHC on analyzing the issues raised by Oga Fhemmmy in detail...
Lets look at the issues he raised line for line....In it I believe lies the "answer" to the puzzle.

I have a funny feeling....the closer the resumption date the higher the chance of being attended to around this time (e.g Nas-jay).
Honestly, Sept 3 is still "far" cos relatively speaking. ..August 26th plenty pass you guys!

And send the receipts of payment I submitted my passport back to VFS with both wire transfer receipts of payment for the tuition and board.

The question is, was I suppose to send it cia VFS or via email? And also, I was given UCI and application number to always quote it in my correspondence. Am a little bit confused here.

There's no problem. ..you can do both I believe. ..but in sending your mail ensure the following details are there to ensure their response:
Full name as it appears on Passport
Date of birth
Date of submission
Passport number
UCI No
Application no:
Since you have done the vfs...you've got nothing to lose following up with the e-copy.
