I wish to applaud every contributor to the this wonderful, insightful and eloquent thread.
I am a lawyer with LLB and B.L , I just finished a course with the Nigeria Institute of Management( NIM) chartered and looking forward to getting certification with ICSAN, CIPM and also a masters degree in psychology particularly human and marketing psychology. I would love a carrier in HRM. Pls what are my chances. Thanks.

Nigeria youth I swear are just too gullible. Before jumping the gun let's wait for the out come of the case.And mind you the fact that the prosecution closed its case does not mean that the entire case as been abandoned.Secondly Dont pre empt the court.Wait let's see what happens.Its normal for smart criminal defence lawyer to enter a no case submission or a no case to answer and were this does not work they open their case.So Dont conclude.

always read and understand before you comment. I simply said i did not get a mail or sms, but followed a link i saw on this thread and i as was asked to key in my applicant ID number which i did and the response was the message every other person got that i have been selected. But then, no link to click to proceed. So i simply asked what should be done since no link. Any ideal?

I did not get a mail from them , but i went to their website and input my id number and got a reply that i have been selected. but then how do i know my date for the test and access the video as there is no link below.

Na naija you dey. I can't remember when last anyone sued amyone and won. Moreover, this guy is a Lebanese and has money and connections. His skin color alone makes him a god in Nigeria.

Just do your job, earn your money, and move the hell on with your life when it is time. The guy obviously doesn't want you to assume full staff status so that he can fire you anytime he wants.

Sorry to say, that is the reality of things. Nigeria has no laid down laws to protect employees from fraudulent bosses.

How many of you will take out time to brief your lawyer and ascertain your position, know your right and privileges before they are breached,when they are being breached or when they have been breached.Even when you have a lawyer willing to help pro bono , you still prefer to cry in silence. Yes,justice may take time. tell ur lawyer. if you don't have one tell me. I will help.let's collectively do this fight and educate ourselves on our rigth. They can't try this else where, do you know why? Because over there , they are well abreast of their rights and privildges.

Are you sure they are not stampeding their shares? cos I feel they are doing exactly the same thing Dangote & co did to afribank (as it then was). suddenly the shares went up and were told all mater of cock and bull stories. not knowing that Dangote &co were busy stock piling afribank shares. Dear Nairalanders,
Kindly advice me, i have been having this re-occurring flu and cough (catarrh and cough plus i sneeze alot) year in , year out. I the rainy season, they will say its becos of the cold weather, while in the dry season, they will attribute it to the dusty environment.
I am tired of taking drugs that don't seem to work . I don't knw what to do any more and i kinda hate hospitals especially since the last encounter i had with a Doctor who prescribed without asking proper question and the drugs almost killed me. Please what do i do?
