About 4 weeks ago, in london 3 guys wanted to rob a bullion van, two were shot dead at the spot, the last one ended up in intensive care with a bullet in his head. You will be crazy to try to rob in today's Britain. The police have a special unit that are specially trained in fire arms enforcement. Nigeria should borrow a leaf from Britain in this regard. I can see Governor Fashola has setup a special unit to fight crime in lagos, that will be good for lagos.

A WEEK IS TOO LONG IN FOOTBALL, IN LIFE IN GENERAL NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IS AROUND THE CORNER, SO LADIES & GENTLEMEN REPENT YOU MIGHT BE GONE TOMORROW.

Mourinho is key to glory - Kenyon

Mourinho (left) is integral to Chelsea's future, says Kenyon
Chief executive Peter Kenyon insists Chelsea's hunger for success will not cost manager Jose Mourinho his job.
Kenyon says Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich's long-term plans for the Blues include Mourinho at the helm.

He said: "There's loads of speculation that if we don't win Jose gets fired, but that's not the way we think.

"It's about winning in style and building that dynasty, and that's what Roman wants to be part of; Chelsea becoming part of Europe's dynasty."

Former Manchester United chief executive Kenyon revealed Chelsea's desire to become a worldwide brand in the same manner as his former employers.

Kenyon said: "Over a 10-year period, you need two European Cups to be a world club, and you have to dominate your domestic league.

"We have an infrastructure to deal with that and people to deal with it.

606: DEBATE
The term world class is being used far too much, I was wondering who is world class

RR&T

"We will win the Champions League, the question is when," Kenyon says in the Chelsea documentary Blue Revolution.

"We've got a squad, a structure, a belief and we've got quality; I believe the Champions League is not far away."

Kenyon also claims Mourinho is the most similar manager to Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson he has yet seen.

After joining Chelsea in 2003, Kenyon was instrumental in bringing former Porto boss Mourinho to Stamford Bridge to succeed Claudio Ranieri.

The Chelsea chief executive said: "After the first week I didn't feel Ranieri was up to the job. Having been around a winner like Sir Alex, Ranieri certainly didn't come into that class, so we embarked on looking for a new manager.

"We came up with Mourinho who was young and different.

If we win, we want to win stylishly, everyone buys into that

Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon

"We'd seen some of the best names but he was hungry and thought differently and I saw he had some of the same qualities as Alex Ferguson.

"He's a winner and we were lucky enough to get him, and I think we've had some success since then."

Kenyon also revealed that Abramovich has concerns about Chelsea's on-field image, and that the Russian billionaire is keen to couple success with style.

"He's passionate about Chelsea; he's passionate about how we are perceived, how we do things. If we win, we want to win stylishly, everyone buys into that.

"He's the best possible thing that could have happened to Chelsea," added Kenyon.

"He's thoughtful, he's strong and he's been a very successful businessman. But he's very different to how anybody would portray him because nobody knows him."

Well i know what u are saying those pools u play in nigeria, u will never win anything with that one, they expect to predict 11 draws in each pool. Thats impossible.

Football betting is diffrent, it is about knowledge. There is a serect behind it which are I am not prepared to disclose in a public forum, beacause the bookies might be reading this stuff and reduce their odds.

what u guys are failing to realise is that Jose Morinho has reach pinnacle, the guy cannot move chelsea to the next level, last year always complaing about John Terry's injury, same thing when peter Chec was Injured he kept on complaining the best goal keeper in the whole world is not available. Same thing this season, Drogba and Lampard are not available. The man has run out of ideas, a Tree cannot not make a forest, he should work with whatever his got. You will never see Sir Alex or Wenger complian. Look at last season Sir Alex knew they needed some fire power up front he engaged Larson on a 10 weeks contract that was a master stoke of ingenuity. Jose dey use nija sense, he go first complain b4 a big match so that if things dont go well for him, he will later say did i not say so, and if you are smart oga like Abramo it will not take u long b4 u discover the guy is a phoney.

thats a good win, i played all those teams to win but i bet them individually, so my returns are not as good, how i wish i had done them this way. No sweating, or crying over split milk. Boys lets all make that kind of money on tuesday and wednesday this week. Premiership and Italian leagues are real tight, so I will suggest if you want to do accumulator, german, dutch, french, and some teams in the spanish and portuguse league. The scottish league is aslo a good place to look for sure bankers especially if the 2 big teams(Celtic & Rangers) are playing at home, make sure u dont bet when they are playing against each other. I will give 5 accumulators for wednesday and coming weekend beacause i want all of us to make some dough. Tuesday/Wednesday - Hertaha Berlin bt Hans Rostock, Bayern Munich bt Cottbus, Standard Leige bt Westeeloo, Sevilla bt Espanyol, Schalke04 bt MSV Duisburgh(MSV is at home tricky one), Real Madrid bt Real Betis, Valancia bt Gatafe, Barca bt Real Zaragoza, and Napoli bt Livorno. You can choose as you wish best of luck. I will post next weekends by mid- week

@ Dachamp

Barcelona vs Seville - go for that, barca will want to do an arsnal on seville.
Roma vs juve- Roma are on fire and they are playing at home they are in one of my accumulator.
Arsnal vs Derby - arsnal to win of course
AC milan vs Parma, Hibernia vs Celtic celtic to win, sk Brann VS odd grenland( sk brann top team in norwegian league playing at home vs odd grenland second to last in norwegian league) you can do accumulator on any of this combination Others include - ak athens, Hamburg, olympiacos, bestika, vilareal, - in the premiership, man city, west-ham, tottenham, also arsnal & liverpool.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Football Bets Of The Week by KnowAll(m): 7:39am On Sep 20, 2007
made about £90 yesterday, arsnal, barcelona, roma, all one their matches was a good return on accumulator. tryinig to make up for my losses on monday Newcastle vs Bolten.

Thank God morinho has been sacked, the guy cost me money 2 weeks ago, if a small man like me can lose £200.00 u can imagine big guys out their how much they would lose.

its weekend again i will give u guys some good accumulator across europe later.

that man has pdp balls in his hands they fear the man, recently the police men guarding his compound were withdrawn by the inspector general of police, the man called yaradua, and the police men were reinstated. Dont u guys know it is the west that is holding that country together, in nija delta there is delta wahala, in the south east mossab is shouting their own, in the west there is the odua thing, but they have been silenced, with pdp winning all the western states. The hausa/fulani need the west for nija to survive, the day all the southern part of nigeria speak with one voice that day the country will scatter. So people dont underestimate the influnce of that thug in ibadan. make na just pray say he die quick like abacha.

The fact still remain that abroad is only good for young people, if you don dey near retirement age your better than off dieing in your own country than oyinbo country. I rather be a 60 year old man colletcing my pension in sterling in nigeria than to continue to stay in oyinbo country after that age.

not a bad week overall, but my big bet is on monday Newcastle vs Derby, its almost double you get for your bet, if u bet £1.00, $1.00 or N1.00 you get just below £2.00, $2.00 or N2.00. My money is on Newcastle winning. Its a tricky one though because its an away match for Newcastle, but with Martins and Owen upfront one should expect a few goals behind Derby's net. So guys go for it and make some dough best of luck.

NB - This odd is a William Hill odd.
Politics › Re: Current Nigerian Political Structure: Formula For Success Or Failure? by KnowAll(m): 2:25pm On Sep 15, 2007
i know what u are trying to say, the present politcal structure is too expensive, we should adopt the british parlimentry system rather than the american presidential system. The reason i say this is that for example ministers & state commissioners should be appointed from assembly members instead of new people from outside therby cutting down the wage bill. Secondly there should be a prime -minster & premier question time every week, this is a forum in which the Present & the various Governors would be scrutinise about his/her policy by the oppostion. Unpopular policies will not be dumped on a state or country by the Govenors and President of the country.
Politics › Re: Hell Is Nigeria? by KnowAll(m): 2:03pm On Sep 15, 2007
when u return home from abroad to settle in the home country, the last thing u want to do is stay in the village. The reason been that you will stick out like a sore thumb in the village. Obviously news would have gone round that there is a jjc is around, and with the level of un-emplyment I am afraid your life is more or less in danger. The best way is you live in the affluent areas of nigerian cities, GRAs in port-harcourt, enugu, kaduna, benin city, ilorin. Most state capitals have a GRA. You could live in these places for between 6 months & 2 years, thereafter u can move to the village, by then u would have adjusted to the way the locals live their lives. Going straight to the village is a No, No. That is the simple advice I will give anybody planning to relocate to nigeria.

that england vs russia was a good return, X1.5 (william hill) on your bets, that chap "toshman" that wanted to spend £300.00, if u put that money on england winning, you will have made another £150.00 plus your investment.

i tell u what, try this buy access bank now in the secondary market, @18.90, and wait for the ipo to close. When the suspension is lifted on access shares to start trading in the stock exchange, observe the price for about 8 to 9 days, the tendency is for the price to start going up, I have seen it happened to first bank, oceanic bank, dangote sugar.
I will say it usually peaks about the 10th or 11th day. It is always good to set yourself a target of which you will sell, say if it gets to N28.90 that will give u N10.00 on every share u bought. So good luck and lets hear about the outcome if it works. I am planning on doing the same thing but I am not on ground.

Good News - There is one job available, I work in a military establishment in london, if you are between 18 - 28 years nigerian, you might be able to get into the british army, they are recruiting a lot of commonwealth people to join the army, if you are in nigeria apply for skilled labour visa, I think the army is also classified as such but I am not sure. you will be oblige to sign a contract of about 3 to 5 years. Recently I noticed a lot of Ghanians, privates and lance corporal in my unit, and I asked them how come you guys are in the British army they told me they got in through the Skilled labour visa. British people are reluctant to en-list, so the british goverment is recruiting from former colonies, like Jamaica, Ghana, I have not seen too many Nigerians at the moment but I beleive this incentive will be available if you enquire in Lagos or Abuja.
