If he loves his mom's cooking, then tell him to pay his mother to cook for you all. She could cook in large quantities for you to store in the fridge or for later use. I am sure you have your hands busy enough with your professional cooking career to worry yourself about whether your food tastes exactly like his mom's or whether he compliments you or not. I am certain you get more than enough of that — compliments —from your customers, right? No need to make a big deal of his refusal to like or praise your cooking.

Instead human trafficking is noted as a form of modern slavery which is instead an umbrella term used to refer to various forms of exploitation. The post you referenced however specifically pointed to indentured servitude as the form of slavery discussed and that form has remained active in much of Africa even after the colonial powers and their laws disappeared.

However, since they are referred to as Persian Jews, that leads me to wonder about the authenticity of the claims made as well as the real identity of those who claim to be Persian Jews.
