➜Why u say that tho? I am also seriously thinking of leaving the US to live in Nigeria. All we do here is work and pay bills. Life as y'all know it in Nigeria is not obtainable here. Its a socially cold, distant and impersonal culture here in the US.....and much of the West.

2. People out here do way more than that even in the winter. We attend events, hang out on the weekends with friends and family, and visit bars, nightclubs, etc. We even have game meets and so on. So, why is it that all you have chosen to do with your life is work and pay bills?

Depression is likely caused as a result of experiencing unresolved stress by them in a system completely different and removed from that which their minds and heads had formerly become used to.

The thing about depression is that rather than push the victims towards facing the trauma, depression suggests other irrational ideas shifting the mind away from the problem itself.

The Director General, National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General Yushau Ahmed, has said corps members will start receiving monthly allowance of N77,000 in February 2025.
Ahmed, who disclosed this Thursday while addressing the 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream 11 corps members in Katsina, said the allowance has been captured in the 2025 Federal Government’s budget.
“This month (January) has already ended, but once the budget is passed. By next month (February), you will start receiving N77,000 instead of the usual N33,000,” the NYSC DG said.
He explained that the N77,000 monthly allowance was approved by the Federal Government and urged the corps members to reciprocate the government’s gesture during their service year.
He emphasised his commitment to the welfare and security of corps members across the country, assuring them that they will not be deployed to security threat communities for their service.
According to him, “We will not send our corps members to wherever we have challenges of security threats. Wherever we send them, they should be less assured that the place is safe and secured for them to serve.”

I am also the last born and respect my siblings a lot. If they find out what she does, they would never accept her. But then can it be true that i will find a solution traditionally as she suggested?
