Are they better than those people who die everyday in the streets, Trying to make a living?
In a sense yes. They died not just for themselves, but for you to have the freedom to move around freely and comfortably make posts like this from wherever you are. War is no jokes mister, maybe if you were in North Korea where it's compulsory to do military service you might understand better.

Is the oba madhuh The family are Nigerians they can decide to recognise the oba or not... Sue the fucking oba n his palace people what nonsense
The Nigerian constitution remain supreme and oba has no authority, i repet no authority over anybody... He is a ceremonial king that's all
You see that's where you're mistaken, the Bini traditional stool is not just some ceremonial stool, like you have in the west. I dare say that the Oba of Benin has even more credence than the Governor of the state and the entire Edo people know that for a fact. The Benin stool has full legitimacy and authority because the Benin people know, respect and obey their culture and traditional ruler. This family I can assure you the fsmily did not just purposely dare the Oba,they must have been wrongly advised. Have you heard the saying Benin, where the king is truly king? Those ain't empty words Sir.

I doubt that, because it requires a lot of formalities and documentation, so how many share capital are you looking at because the amount is charged by a million share capitalisation. Why not start with a business name then you can grow into a LTD
Starting with a million ordinary shares right now. I specifically need the LTD for my kind of work. Got a registered buniess name but that wont cut it for this. So will 50k be able to do it?

Everyone one is always talking about starting a business, but no one is talking about how to register a business in Nigeria. So here we will be explaining several steps to register your business in Nigeria.
So are you planning to start a business in Nigeria or possibly running a business that is not currently registered, it is advisable to quickly register your business before someone else does.
So to register your business in Nigeria is a simple task. To get your business registered in Nigeria, you will need to go through The Corporate Affairs Commission also known as (CAC). The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is the governmental body responsible for registering businesses , corporations and companies in Nigeria.
Corporate Affairs Commission was established by the Companies and Allied Matters Act , which was promulgated in 1990 to regulate the formation and management of companies in Nigeria.
We shall go through different steps to register your business in Nigeria.

Types of Business You can Register in Nigeria

Business Name: Sole Proprietorship (One man’s Business):
Private Limited Company (LTD)
Public Limited Company
Company Limited by Guarantee etc

Why You Should Register your business in Nigeria

So that someone else doesn’t register your business
To become a registered and recognized business
To be able to open an account
You cannot get a loan without a business name
Government and top organisations don’t give out contracts to businesses that are not registered
It makes you a legitimate business

How to register your business in Nigeria

You can either register your business online or offline. Either of the two you will have to complete your final registration by visiting the office of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) closest to you.
1. Online Registration: Visit The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) official website on cac.gov.ng, click on “Click here to go to Company Registration Portal (CRP)” to register on the website or click “Public Name Search” to check if your business name is available.

Please note that Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has the right to disapprove name(s) that are
• capable of misleading as to the nature and extent of its activities
• undesirable, offensive or contrary to public policy
• identical with or similar to the name of a registered company unless the registered company is in the course of dissolution and consents in writing
• contain the phrase “Chamber of Commerce” unless it is a company limited by guarantee
• would violate any existing trade mark or business name unless with the consent of the trade mark or business name owner
• would violate any incorporated trustee unless with consent of the trustees

Hello bro, I'm looking at registering an LTD,is it possible to get it done without a lawyer? and do you think 55k will cover the entire expenses?
BusinessHELP!!! Registering A Limited Company Without Lawyers by kode12(op): 2:01pm On Oct 24, 2016
I am contemplating registering an LTD for a small project of mine and due to the situation of the economy I really do not have the funds to pay all the lawyers and Co. and would like to gjust do the registeration myself if possible. I have read somewhere here that itt is indeed possible so i would like to know the next steps after the name reservation. I already have the name reservations and I have had a lawyer colleague draft the articles of association for me,but due to certain reasons he is unable to proceed with the process for me. Anyone with useful hints please drop a comment. Thanks
EducationRe: JAMB To Scrap Uniform Cut-off Points For Universities, Others by kode12: 6:50am On Oct 24, 2016
this is a good development and should be applauded. All universities are not of the same calibre in the country, just as all students arent of same. When universities have the freedom to set their cut-off as they please,it will serve as a screening mechanism itself and help in getting the best students intellectually. All that needs to be done currently is strengthening the security and credibility of JAMB so that results are actually genuine, that way when a student scores 280 and puts in for medicine in a institution he/she will actually have a chance, not competing with people of far lesser scores, then those who score less can go to schools that accept their level of grades. It becomes explicitly what you deserve.

I thought that the Benin Kingdom was so rooted in its own tradition and had plenty of MAGICAL powers.
Why would the King need a car from oyinbo people who captured his ancestor and sent him on exile huh
Is he and Benin people so shameless with absolutely no dignity whatsoever for themselves?

In my place of work, I have been mandated to look for an agent that will set up WiFi in our premises. In you are interested, send me PM. The office is in Oyo. Thanks.
Hello,if your project hasnt been done yet,I'd like to do it for you. We could set up a network for you that fully blankets your office space, with proper isolation for different groups and also efficient bandwidth monitoring and management,so that one staff cannot hog the entire office bandwidth. We also employ multiple security on our wifi networks so that just passwords do not give you access to the network, log on times for certain groups can also be set,so that after 5pm for example or on weekends, certain people cannot have access to the office network. As part of the Wifi setup we could also setup an IP based voice and video calling system within the office, with options for voice mail, call conferencing etc at little or no cost. You can reach us on 07061925758.

And what are you for commenting on a foolish man's posthuh

Death has become an inevitable something that shouldn't scare us anymore. He isn't the first death casualty to be posted online.
Death is inevitable,so does it make it any less upsetting to the loved ones? If that were your brother in there, laying in the coffin, would you be cool to log on and see him plastered all over the net? Or search civil defense and perpertually see the pictures of your deceased brother?
Internet attention and popularity should not supersede or undermine common sense.
PoliticsRe: Civil Defence Official Buried In Ekiti State. Graphic Photos by kode12: 4:01pm On Oct 07, 2016
The person that snapped the deceased in the coffin and the person that posted it on social media without thinking of the feelings of close friends and other family members of the deceased are both big headless fools. Imagine the nonsense. Your heads are just needless weights on your neck.

PoliticsRe: Dino Melaye Asks Buhari To Grant Presidential Pardon/amnesty To Treasury Looters by kode12: 2:27pm On Oct 03, 2016
GoodofNaija:
Keep whatever issues you have with dino to yourself.

There's no sense in asking for pardon for looters. Its either you are a looter or a potential looter too.

I don't know how you want to prevent a crime if there's no punishment for it. You can as well say there should be no laws again, since pardon can be granted anyhow.

I repeat, with this your comment, you are a potential looter.
No problem,I am a looter. Since Buhari has been president who has gone to jail? How much has EFCC spent in prosecuting the thieves and looters?
Presidency that spent 3.4bn on toilets for unity schools or the millions they spent the other day for a two day seminar without results? the funds that was used to even sponsor the elections, where did it come from? Buhari does not posses the moral fortitude to prosecute the war against corruption to the end because both he himself and those close to him would be roped in. Where is Saraki today? Isnt he wining and dinning with the president? What about all the allegations against him? Instead of fighting this scripted battle on the media, presidency should get as much money from the looters, pump it into the economy and salvage this country before it becomes the Zimbabwe of the West.
