I have no love for ACN but there is certainly an ongoing airport project.

Started by Oyinlola ( a PDP governor) and continued by the ACN government.

There nothing new about this though. The Soviets did it during the 73 war. They armed the syrians with SAMs and mobile anti-air missiles. 1. Russia may or will sell the S-300 mobile surface to air missiles to Syria.
2. Syria will play the hundred thousands of US dollars to Russia.
3. Some Russian military personnel will accompany the shipments of the missiles to ensure operation and teach the Syrians how its used.
4. USA and Israel meets the Russian president and his defence team.
5. After discusions and backroom deals.
6. The Russians will give the coordinates of the missiles where its stored in Syria.
7. The Russia military personnels will leave the target in time for the Isreali war machines to target and blast the storage buildings to ashes and destroyed.
8. Russia will issue some statements and within some weeks, Russia will tune down the warnings and it will fade away.
The Russia will win, they have gotten the money. and they will have gotten some backroom deals.
Russia may not even sell those surface to air missiles. Its politics and its their trump card The Russians may not use

Thats really how it all works. Fighting in public, backroom deals in private, the minions take all the hurt, the big boys take the oil and the money.

---Expose them to a lot of experiences ( in my own case, music classes, scrabble, computer club etc) and see which one they really get excited about or stick to.
---Once identified, buy them a child-sized kit as early as possible ( e.g drawing kit, small computer, football kit including shin guards and ball, ballet attire, karate gi or WHATEVER they require).
---Enforce some discipline so that they stick with it to take it beyond passing fancy into early mastery.
---Give them opportunities to impress their peers with their new found skills, it builds self esteem and makes them want to get even better at it.
---keep in mind that they might know better about their chosen area than you do ( in spite of your age)
--Most importantly, find them a mentor/role model who might be a bit closer in age to them so they can find someone to copy and hopefully surpass. It is usually easier for them to ask such people questions than to ask you. Example, if your kid is really good at programming, find someone among your IT friends to mentor him on what to learn.

1) Start eating your own cooked meals.
2) Stop trying to impress/oppress that X person you are trying to impress/oppress.
3) Reduce the amount of entertainment you PAY for.
4) Either involve your bank in deducting cash from your account solely for savings/investment or Invest in a project that would involve them withdrawing the cash from your salary account monthly.

Seun: The correct exit point is when a stock is selling for more than what it's worth. When a stock worth 10 naira is selling for 12 naira, you sell. Whether you bought that stock at 8 naira or 15 naira does not matter: your purchase price doesn't matter. That's a sunk cost in Economics. It's completely irrelevant. What matters is whether or not the stock is selling for significantly more than what you think it's truly worth based on expected future profits.. If it is, you sell. If not, you hold or you buy.
