Napoleon55: You are actually making it easier for those who can't see anything good in this young man to justify their reproachments on him.
Most of these ur write ups about him r not necessary, using stats of two games to mention him and KDB that have consistently performed at d highest level is rather premature, Saying he is a more complete player that Amrabat is not necessary. What u should be praying is that he move up to higher league and a better team as soon as possible, because this Chavas team is not good enough in my opinion but still better than la liga 2.
Meanwhile he need to churn out impressive performances week in week out to really shut his haters and doubters. Thank you my man.Nwakili already took a step in a right direction and hope to see him doing it consistently this season to move to big three in Portugal or better league elsewhere. |

Kelechi Nwakali is not hyped the way you guys try to paint it. It is just an excuse to try to run the guy street. Kelechi Nwakali was strictly called for his ball playing and passing attributes. Those attacking Mikel were mostly doing it out of hate, and not football reasoning. Same with Kelechi Nwakali. What the hell does how much he earns have to equate to his attributes? Wages or no wages he has moved to division one a very good step after facing a lot as a young man right from Arsenal to segunda and now back in top flight football….My prayer is for him to move up more not even for super eagles career which is sure bet for him based on what we have and also pray for his financial stability when football stopped. |

AndSunGorilla: Sir K own is definitely hate . CK own too is borderline hate for the hype let me qualify that but that Sir K own na outright hate. Sir hate hate on players…do we need to dig it out here?NO. We are here to talk football and I don’t think there is need tagging anyone hater. If you hate or love na u sabi My man this is just a football house where our opinions should be respected without resorting to insults or unwarranted accusations of racism, tribalism or hates. Let me give you an insight I love Mikel so much and I want say he is my number one Nigeria player but those days when guys criticized him especially my good friend Michael2 I do take time to defend him with football reasoning but not hype. When you hype player who has not merited it and you want people to keep quiet then one is missing it. It was on this thread some pages back helper001 said who is Taiwo Awoniyi in uncomplimentary remarks and I replied the boy that scored Liverpool, brace against Chelsea and Arsenal last season but did I tagged him hater?fast forward after the comment he scored Arsenal and Sheffield. This are performances that make critics to look inward and said am wrong. Abi no be here some Dey call player carpenters, bricklayers and what happened, nothing. |

TheGoodJoe:
The point is very simple. We need a player who has the quality of Mikel to dictate play with passes. Watch the clip posted of Kelechi Nwakali in the last game and watch him control and dictate play.
I don't know any midfielder in the current Super Eagles squad that dictates play with passes. That is why I feel Kelechi Nwakali is needed to add that extra attribute to the team we have. Sir extra attributes should not be only yardstick for invitation.Nwakili performance in the league should get him invitations and he has kick start based on reports here. Did you see anyone saying Nwakili should not be invited but the discourses started with Nwakili better than Amrabat. |

So, if we don't have a player in the division one that offers such attributes, we should neglect it? The point is simple, we need midfielders that offer other attributes to those we already have in the team. Pls name players who have the attributes we don’t have now in eagles. |

I am currently running the profiles of midfielders that can give you at least 1.8 to 2 accurate crosses per game. I can only find two names for now: Kelechi Nwakali Kevin De Bruyne. Here we go again Nwakili segunda accurate passes rating compare to other midfielders in top leagues. |

However, if we need a player who has a particular attribute that we need, and he is not the best in Europe but the best among those in our team, he should be called up.
Saying he is playing in a low league is missing out the key point, which is the attribute he offers. That must be factored into the debate. Sir that’s short cut to eagles and such player will just relaxed cuz he has attributes that others don’t have…Nwakili just need to work more and good he is there now and nothing stopping him cuz he has the talent. |

charlesemeka85: nwakali is a decent footballer and good enough addition to the current super eagles midfielder but wetin Dey mk my head burst na hype surrounding him
Dude hv been redundant since leaving Africa for Europe and only now making a statement in a top tier club
How on earth will a normal n mentally ok fan be hyping nwakali based on he’s u17 exploits and a friendly game against ATM over 6 years ago. Once you go against the hype they refer you to he’s performance 7-8 years ago 🤣🤣🤣
Some even mk it seem like agents from decent clubs and in top 5 leagues in europe hv beef with him 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Even a Mikel who went on to achieve a lot with the national team and in europe wasn’t hyped half of the way nwakali hv been hyped here
Even greats like kanu, jay jay never even get such mention here
An obafemi martins who was a kid bomber in a massive club like inter where he wrestled the likes of Adriano and vieri never even get such hype here
The same set of pple will insult and castigate ndidi that hv rubbed shoulders with the best the epl can offer as a kid until leicester’s relegation is yet to earn such recognition here
Mk una Dey tk am easy. Oga Charles,on this thread there are favorites that do get reviews here with ease. Remember I called you and joebie out before Awoniyi performance get YouTube review.I did that cuz the goal he scored against Arsenal was awesome, right from his box with a touch and raced to Arsenal box to get the last touch for a goal and I was surprised our stats guys didn’t said much about the goal. I think is all about interest on a player. When I called you guys out I was expecting Oga kog you are free to do that but politely Joebie posted the YouTube review and I was impressed. We are free to hype any player here but the hyper should be ready to engage other monikers who felt the hyper was wrong,so it make the thread thick with informations and real analysis. |

Koboko99: Once you see Nwakali’s name all your veins go just stand! Try dey calm down! So the Arabian league should be rated higher than the EPL since they are paying huge salaries right? Everything no be by weekly wage.
You swore he will keep languishing in mediocrity but he proved you wrong. Signed with a club in the European top 10 rankings still you will not rest.
Mind you Chavez finished 7th last season. So I don’t understand how you suddenly think they are relegation candidates. The league just started! Yes the team finished 7th last season and I checked their standing the day Nwakili signed for the club. This season they started poorly losing two matches, hope playing Farense next should give them three point. Sincerely,Porto,Benfica,Sporting Lisbon and Braga rule the league with Vitoria Guimera,Famalicano trying to compete so Chavez and others are potential relegation teams but with Chavez performance last season they should maintain the mid table position. |
