What if I'm unable to get a job within that three months? What will be my hope of remaining in the country? Bros be positive in anything you are doing and you will record success. Just get your three months visa and leave the rest.As a young graduate i think you have everything to succeed in life unless you are the type that don't explore. Sorry since your agent is not specific about the job then you are on a long thing. On how to get three months visa, pls try and read pages back and you get solid comments regards three months visa. Modified... I think with new visa and migration policy that will take effect from August three months visa can be extended to six months specifically for those on job searching. |

AIG07: Hello folks.
Got questions for you guys.
I hope you all remember the Croats second striker Kalinic who refused to be subbed in, in the latter stage of their first group game against Nigeria at this Year's World Cup. It was reported that the coach sent him home for his indiscipline.
Back to the questions. If Croatia goes on to win the world cup, will Kalinic receive a medal been that he was registered for the tournament prior to the time he was sent home by his coach? Will he be treated as a player who got an injury that ruled him out for the rest of the tournament in the first match?
Cc: Icon4s, Icon79, TheSuperNerd, TheGoodJoe, Goldfish80, Joebie, Kog45, entering, Bascovanveli, Komekn, Soetanoreoluwa, ykalhaji, daveP, Enomakos, Oasis07 etc Definitely he will have a medal to collect from FIFA but left for Croatia football federation to decide. |

forgiveness: All Yorubas living or dead migrated from Nigeria, to be specific Ile Ife. That is why if you ask any Yoruba man in Togo, Benin, Ghana etcetera they will tell you dey are from Ile Ife or Oyo. Most of them will even tell you the village they identify with after they left Ife or Oyo.
Oral history is passed down to most of them to know where excatly they migated from in Nigeria and who of there relatives remains. The only Yoruba who will never claim he is from Ife or Oyo is Ijebu. Thank you Sir. Ask anyone who is a real west Africa traveller about Yorubas in Benin,Togo,Ghana and Cote d'voire and he will tell you that most are from Ejigbo in Osun state and they do come home during festivities. In Ejigbo you don't need to come to Lagos to board ABC or chisco buses to west Africa especially Togo and cote d' voire cos the buses are right there at their door step. The Yorubas in West Africa countries are not lost cos they have a very strong link back home. |

BascoVanVeli: I wouldn't put too much emphasis on the school fees but Dele is wrong for what he is doing. I am not impressed at all. I have known people who had drug addicted parents but they always treated them with love and respect. Sometimes the parent might even steal from child sef. What could they have done to merit this kind of treatment? Sir we have the types of Dele Ali who don't want to associate with us,forget the alcohol addiction of his mum,Dele belong to the group of Sade Adu and SEAL. SEAL a Grammy award winner had his part of his education in Lagos and even have friends that they went to the same secondary school though didn't finished before relocated back to UK.Did you know when his mother died SEAL failed to turn up for her burial in Nigeria. SADE ADU was born in Ibadan not even in UK but always behaving as if she has nothing to do with Nigeria and despite that Nigerians always feel proud of her. Philip Idowu a great athlete was born by a great sport philanthropist Chief Nathaniel Idowu but refused to associate with Nigeria despite his father great contribution to sport development especially football. Christy Ohurougu another super athlete of Nigeria descents.Apart from the name Ohurougu i don't see her showing that love for Nigeria. This is more reason am always showing that respect for Anthony Joshua,David Alaba and of recent Manual Akanji though not representing Nigeria but they are always happy to associate with naija. I remember the group of guys with Ibo names born in the states that came down to Lagos to tutor young kids about America NFL.These are the type of guys I always have respect for. |

goldfish80: Oga, the truth is that our borders were man made, engineered by the British and French colonial masters, as a result, we have cousins across borders. My Togolese tailor bears the name Oluwafemi, clearly he is Yoruba but not Nigerian. We now have borders and clearly mapped out territories. Mbappe's father could be a Nigerian who left with a Camerounian passport, maybe. He could also be Camerounian whose mother is Yoruba from any of the countries where you find Yorubas. Until, we have evidence his father is Nigerian, then we can indeed say he's Nigerian. I'm sure he has nephews and cousins in Nigeria if indeed he's from here. It is left for the press to do their forensic search. The name alone is not enough. Correct |

goldfish80: Yes, Mbappe has a Yoruba name but until we can dig out his direct roots, state/clan we can't lay claim to him. Nigerian press haven't been able to do this, I say this because we have Yorubas in Benin Republic and Togo. There was a time we thought Jonathan Lingali was Nigerian but turned out to be Beninoise. Sir,yes we have Yorubas who are settlers and mostly traders in Benin republic, Togo,Ghana and cote d voire. They are all Nigerians and 80% are from EJIGBO in Osun state where Emmanuel Adebayour's families came from. Ligaliis are from Badagry in Lagos state and they shared boundary with Benin Republic.Remember Oliseh wanted to invite him based on that name cos he is a very close friend to some Ligalis and Dosus families where Joseph Dosu came from in Badagry. There is nothing like Yoruba race in Cameroon to prompt Mbappe senior to name his sons ADESANMI and ADEYEMI, so there is serious link with Nigeria and do not be surprised to find out Mbappe senior moved to France with Cameroonian passport despite being a Nigerian. Sir i have a close friend who moved to France with Cameroonian passport and married a Tunisia still in Paris. I will not deceive you Mbappe senior will never come out to say he is from Nigeria cos of the implications and that name ADESANMI will remain a mystery cos is very unusual for a Cameroonian to have that name. If Mbappe was named with Bakassi or cross rivers names nobody will doubt his origin cos of closed relationship they shared with Cameroon. |

Triniti: The reason Nigerians in Uk were booing him was that after the separation of his parents marriage, the dad took him along to Nigerian, sent him to a £20,000 school. The man while relocating to America took him along too where he was the best man in the dad’s wedding, the only reason why the dad left him out of his sight was his love for footie which the man allowed him to pursue. Thanks my man. Dele had it so good with his Dad and despite his mum addiction the woman didn't gave him up for adoption.Dele didn't lack as a kid but it was a pity his mum was a booze woman. Dele should take a cue from Anthony Joshua who struggled on his own doing odd jobs like bricklaying to survive but still see his parents as the main thing in his life. |

BascoVanVeli: Wow u are making a lot of sense here. So all that talk about his father leaving him was rubbish. All that he never knew Nigeria talk was also nonsense. Modified: This adds more meaning to the booing he received in Wembley. Yes my man,Dele had the best from his Dad before he signed his first pro contract. The guy went to one of the best primary school in Nigeria, relocated to states with his Dad and best the man at his wedding, got his first football kits and car from his Dad. Pls what else again from a good father. Even John Fashanu that was raised by foster parents reconciled with his parent especially their Dad who left London and abandoned John and Justin. Dele self adopted parents are brain behind his hard stance just cos of money. |

Triniti: Dele Alli’s father not there for him when he needed him most?? You must be smoking a different brand of weed, read about dele’s relationship with his dad before you make such assumptions. Dele attitude toward his father is bewildering cos he was with his mum till age of 13 and his Dad was there for him but the moment he signed his first pro contract his relationship with his Dad never remain the same. Dele was not raised by adopted parents like John and Justin Fashanu who were raised by foster parent but John and Justin still had good relationship with their Mum and came to Nigeria in the 80s to see their Father who reside in Ibadan but Dele continuous hating towards his mum and Dad was due to his wealth which adopted parents see as opportunity. On his father,Dele had good relationship with his Dad to the extent he had part of his primary school education in Nigeria before relocated to United States with him but left states to UK when his Dad discovered his love for the game to stay with his mum.And to cap it all his father bought him his first car. I think his adopted parents are really enjoying the guy's wealth and are happy with his hard stance toward his parents. |
