Icon4s: yeah that is why I added Aiyenugba for Akpeyi. But until Rohr invites Aiyanugba Akpeyi is looking like a WC candidate. Well it's left for Rohr to decide but with Uzoho, Ezenwa and Akpeyi,no comment. |

D likes of Brian idowu, ola aina hasn't shown enough reason y d coaching crew shld dump echiejile judging from d last two friendlies, it was just unfortunate dt echiejile wasn't tested eida to ascertain his fitness level Why not i want him but I don't see him making it,just nine matches so far in 2017/2018 and two in 2018 in Belgium division two, remember we didn't felt his absence at 2014 WC,so if he failed to make it no wahala. |

If you ask Okocha he w tell you Ayo na baba. This man score free kick like penalty. I think i will give it to Okocha in national team but club football Ayo Ogunlana nick it |

Icon4s: The 23 players that are Most likely to make the final squad to the WC.
Believe it or not drawing this list is not as easy as it might seem.
Rohr can invite any 35 players from any where but baring any late withdrawals due to injuries, this is my predicted 23 players that will make the final list:
Goalkeepers 1. Francis Uzoho 2. Ikechukwu Ezenwa 3. Daniel Akpeyi
Defenders 4. William Troost-Ekong 5. Leon Balogun 6. Kenneth Omeruo 7. Chidozie Awaziem 8. Shehu Abdulahi 9. Tyrone Ebuehi 10. Brian Idowu 11. Elderson Echiejile
Midfielders 12. Wilfred Ndidi 13. Joel Obi 14. John Ogu 15. Mikel Obi 16. Oghenekaro Etebo.
Forwards 17. Alex Iwobi 18. Victor Moses 19. Moses Simon 20. Ahmed Musa 21. Kelechi Iheanacho 22. Odion Ighalo 23. Olanrewaju Kayode.
Two players that have out-side chances but they will has to displace two players from the list above:
Dele Aiyenugba for Daniel Akpeyi (Dele likely to become first choice if Rohr does the needful)
Olaoluwa Aina for Elderson Echiejile (I feel for Aina but Echiejile's experience is a major advantage for him) Except we are going with 9 defenders but who will drop from the midfield or forwards. Besides, what are we doing with 3LBs in the WC?
So Chief Kog45 there you have it. You now understand why I would rather invite 25 and drop 2. Spot on but am seeing Echiejile out ,pls where is Oganyi Onazi, one of the keepers would be dropped. |

Ayo Ogunlana played for old Ranchers bees of Kaduna coached by Argentine named Dominiques and later moved to Leventus United. He was member of Afcon 1990 team in Algeria. He was well known for his free kicks and arguably the best in Nigeria football history. CC:Icon4s,goldfish80,enomakos |

Joebie: Yes my point is if you think your bench is not good enough to keep ur starters on their toes never cease looking for that kind of bench, else your starters will feel indispensable and your familiar bench will be comfortable sitting there. To raise the standard of the team there should be a feeling that there is always a position for grabs. Every player will try to put in their best consistently. Any player that have good numbers deserve to be invited to also fight. On point my man |

Martz101: Which kind question be this, every player can dribble but some does it better than others, definitely iheanacho is comfortable with the ball in his feet, I saw how he took the keeper out in Zambia and was in no rush and scored.
he might no be in thesame level with some player like mahrez and Moses but he does dribble The question was for edi287 and he has answered me perfectly,so every player can dribble or better than others wasn't the issue cos that's normal thing for average football watcher to know but something brought up the question. |

edi287: Nah he's scored a few solo goals this season. Plus we see glimpses of it almost every game. With this Nacho's argument, I'll give you the example of Thierry Henry. Flying Winger as a young player. When he got converted and became an accomplished CF, you still see glimpses of his skill and dribbling every game as he occasionally drifts wide and beats a man when he has to. Can you honestly say that of Nacho in regards to his dribbling?? At least we glimpses of his precise short passing and final ball. Same can't be said of his dribbling. Well you are right. |

edi287: Lool of course na. But Salah dribbling is crazy too. He also makes those runs in behind similar to Messi. Not at the same level mind. Don't you think Sallah goal scoring has limited his dribbling compared to when he was at Chelsea cos Sallah of today is very precise in front of goal. |

TheGoodJoe:
I wonder what when the Iheanacho is not a dribbler became the point. Some said Iheanacho can not dribble. They have been proven wrong. I stated clearly that Iheanacho has the skills in his locker but does not rely on them.
The point is too simple.
Iheanancho is not a dribbler because he does not rely on his dribbling skills. That means he can dribble. The point is too simple.
I was speaking against the idea that Iheanacho can not dribble. The simple answer is he can dribble. That's why i said no need to argue it cos Iheanacho has passed that level. I had the opportunity of watching him live in UAE during U 17 WC and closely during their training at Rashidiya. I will not deceive you his pace is enough to delete opponents so he doesn't even need to drribble. Check him and Awoniyi critically at U 17 they outshone their opponents with high pressing pace. |

TheGoodJoe: At least the story has change from Nacho can not dribble to his is not a good dribbler. The fact is, he has the skills in his locker. It is not a big part of his game.
Finito. Sir i don't know why all this fuss about Iheanacho, sometimes some berate him unnecessarily and some praise him excessively and to get balance view on him is always difficult here. One thing is certain he is a baller whether he can dribble or not,is Ronaldo a dribbler?but Messi he is and the two are the best with 5 ballon d'or for the past 10 years. I think Nacho cannot dribble should not be an issue but if someone says he cannot score then we talk Iheanacho is a scorer not a dribbler. |

This ungratefulness is d reason record labels don't like assisting upcoming artists. Honestly you just spoke my mind. The artists should try and emulate Tubaba cos they guy saw his contract through with Kennis and better for him till today cos financially the guy is still waxing stronger, forget all the hypes most of the them can stand tuface financially. I think better for them to comply with contractual agreement or buy out the contract if they believe they can't continue instead of creating unnecessary crisis.
