"No leader worthy of the name can look the other way while men, women and children are held against their will," the prime minister is expected to say. Mrs May will announce £10m to reduce exploitation of children in Africa's agricultural industries. Modern slaves in the UK, often said to be hiding in plain sight, are working in our nail bars, on construction sites, in brothels, on cannabis farms and in agriculture. Traffickers are using the internet to lure their victims with hollow promises of jobs, education and even love. Albania, Nigeria, Vietnam, Romania and Poland are the most likely countries of origin, but some victims are from the UK itself. |

Applicants will have the option to say that they do not use social media if that is the case. The official noted that if a visa applicant lies about social media use that they could face "serious immigration consequences" as a result. For now, the drop down menu only includes major social media websites, but the official said applicants soon will be able to list all sites that they use. |

The State Department regulations say people will have to submit social media names and five years' worth of email addresses and phone numbers. When proposed last year, authorities estimated the proposal would affect 14.7 million people annually. Certain diplomatic and official visa applicants will be exempt from the stringent new measures. However, people travelling to the US to work or to study will have to hand over their information. |

I agree. It's getting tougher by the day, especially when the fathers of these teenage boys are no longer in the homes. Some have been sent out of the home by the mother. Other fathers have been affected by a lack of stable jobs and took off. The lack of a father in the home lead to boys joining gangs. Also living in various neighborhoods also bring these boys in close contact with bad company. Only a man can bring up a boy to be a man. No wife or mother is a substitute for a father. Round results: Country of residence and citizenship of invited candidates Tables 4 and 5 show the top 10 countries of residence and citizenship of invited candidates in 2016 and 2017. Relative rankings for each year also appear in Tables 4 and 5. Showing the relative ranking provides an easy comparison on how the number of invitations issued to candidates by their country of residence and country of citizenship has changed between 2016 and 2017. 2 Likes

Nsukka – The contest for the 15th Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, UNN, has, today, ended with Prof. Charles Igwe emerging the new VC. Igwe, who jostled for the position with other 64 professors, emerged the best after a thorough screening constituted by the UNN Governing Council. He is a professor of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture. Confirming the development, the Deputy Registrar of the Governing Council, Charles Ebizie, however said that Prof. James Ogbonna came second while Prof. Cyprian Onyeji took the third position. He described the processes that produced Igwe as free and fair.
