tunshe: The people running to catch up with prayers are late but eager to perform their obligation to God.

They were not promised camel....(U got me laughing),but the reward of someone that sacrificed them for God (A reward for promptness).

In Islam actions are divided into good and evil,you get rewarded for good and sins for evil.

Promptness to prayer is a rewardeable act in Islam,Allah teaches us Time management.

I was so surprised this afternoon when pple were running up and down, I started running towards another direction until I saw many pple kneeling down and praying. I was like what were they doing befor now. And again, was it that they don't have specific time for their prayers? Probably when imam starts talking on microphone , that's when they are alerted. Now I understand the reason. They have promised them camel , Ram, goat, cow , fowl etc.

Buh I learnt something, xtians don't do that even when they are late to church, instead they will walk into the church anyhow and start dictating for USHERS where they want to sit. As soon as the USHER refuses their request, they run down to NL to open a thread ;' What is the terrible thing an Usher has done to you in ur church.' And u will see them blabbing. Xtianity is just a funny religion,

The truth of the matter is that the OP said AVERAGE woman no sabi drive. Whc is very correct. Some pple think when u r over speeding or overtaking other vehicles, that makes u a good driver. I don't know about other countries o, buh Nigerian female drivers are terrible. Some of them are so wicked. Some are so slow on the wheels when are they are not supposed to be.
My gf tags me a female drivers hater cos I tend to complain each time iam on the wheels about this women.

I have also been thinking towards same direction with u, Seun shud do something about these Children who are flooding this Forum. I think pple shud give him idea of what to do about cos nothing is really coming into my head about it.

Thank God I nver witnessed any robbery in sch back then. Buh the whole Hostels I stayed were all robbed at one time or the other.

Back then in Abraka, I mixed up with one native of the town (aka indigene) , though he was a student of the sch. His younger brother was a well know thief in Abk back then. This his bro liked me so much among all his brother's friends that he told me to always notify him with the name and Room number of every hostel I was going to stay. I discovered that anytime any of the hostels I stayed was robbed my room and maybe few other ones wud not be robbed. Not until I moved down to one Hostel at Ekrejeta (Americanna Villa) without telling the guy cos he was beginning to constitute more nuisance than good to me. I travelled on one of the weekends and by the time I came back I was told the hostel was robbed twice.
My roommate was beaten blue black, his fones and laptop stolen and his little cash. It was so badt then.
There was a rumuor that the guy was later killed, when he left Abk and started a bigger armed robbery in Benin.

This happened in 2005

same situation one old suffering office assistant is going through in my office...the man has spent almost 25years as an office assistant,washing teacups,going on errands for people way way his junior all cos he wants to earn a decent pay and send his first son to the university...the Arrow got to university of uyo,joined some bad boys on campus,had extra year and finally graduated with a pass (aka fourth class upper division) after spending a whooping 6years studying the simplest of courses (micro biology)...micro biology that i have never seen someone that graduated with a 2.2 not to talk of this Arrow that came out with a 4.1.....
