1. I have issues with Benin/Ife connection because it lacks material evidences to support it. I am yet to see any material that was written on Benin/Ife connection before 1897, the year Benin lost her independence to Britain.
All you have posted are debated ora traditions which Benin and Ife doesn't agree on.
The Oduduwa/Oranmiyan story was supposed to have happened in the 1100s.
Which of the versions between the Benin palace, that says Oduduwa was Ekaladerhan, or Yoruba version that says Oduduwa fell from the sky, or migrated from Saudi Arabia, or migrated from Egypt do you want the readers to believe.
Yoruba people don't agree on a common origin for Oduduwa. There are several versions of his origin.
1. Oduduwa fell from sky 2. Oduduwa came from Saudi Arabia 3. Oduduwa came from Egypt 4. Oduduwa came from Oke Ora
The other reasons I have issues with the Benin/Ife connection, is that there is nothing to support it in Benin artefacts that were used to record Benin history for hundreds of years. There is also nothing in European eyewitness accounts of Benin history in about 400 years (1400s to 1897) to suggest that Benin had anything to do with Ife in Osun state.
Now to Uhe.
There is another school of thought in Benin that claimed that Uhe is not the same as Ife in Osun state. There are people that believe Uhe was actually located in present day Middle Belt of Nigeria, around Igala land in Kogi state.
There are material evidences and depictions of Igala Chiefs and people on Benin artefacts and there is letter written in Benin to Europe in the 1500s about Benin/Ida war.
There are material, eyewitness and oral traditions to support the school of thoughts, that suggest that Uhe was not in Osun state, but in somewhere around Kogi state.
Since 1981, I have had access to credible world historical research and archaeological evidence from the works of Professor Banji Akintoye and Nigeria's former Ambassador to Germany Professor Jide Osuntokun who are both respected history scholars. In 2004, Professor Jide Osuntokun did state CLEARLY in his articles on the relationship between Benin and Ife that people were already living in Ufe (Ife) and many areas of Yorubaland even before Oduduwa Dynasty started. 3 years ago, the Ooni of Ife in a Punch newspaper interview ALSO stated that the Oduduwa Dynasty in Ife is the 3rd Dynasty. So, Oduduwa was NEVER the originator of all Yorubas of today whose ancestors have been in existence for thousands of years with archaeological evidence proving this. Oduduwa who came down from the hills of his original homeland in Oke Ora (Oke means hill and Ora refers to the Yoruba deity) is just the progenitor of the current lineage of some prominent kings in Yorubaland. Contrary to oversimplistic and misleading claims that were spread by ignorant British colonialists through elementary school books, Oduduwa did NOT come from any Mecca or Egypt. That was just a lazy Islamic attempt to explain Oduduwa's origins. The Ife people have his history well documented.
Right BELOW is the Coronation Speech Video of the 40th Oba, Current Oba Ewuare II of Benin on October 20, 2016, affirming that Oranmiyan His Direct Male Ancestor Came from Ile Ife in Osun State and that Oranmiyan was the FIRST EVER Oba of Benin After the Ogiso Dynasty Ended over 800 years Ago:
Oduduwa [Odu du iwa] "Odu + Iwa" [Literally translates to "the precepts and knowledge of the mysteries of ODU Ifa and it's application to human behavior"]. Odu [knowledge of Ifa mysteries] + Iwa [Human behavior] according to the renowned historian, Professor Jide Osuntokun who is Nigeria's former Ambassador to Germany in his works. Oduduwa is NOT the ONLY Yoruba person with with ODU as a prefix in his name. The Yoruba folks who number over 60 million worldwide have Odujole, Odusola, Odutayo, Oduyele, Oduyemi, Odugbesan, Odujimi, and several other names with ODU attached as prefixes like Oduduwa. So, it's NOT true that Oduduwa was from any place called Ife in Igalaland. There is indeed an Ife in Igalaland but it got it's name from the Yoruba presence due to the part Yoruba bloodlines that make up Igala. Even some Yorubas of Ogori Magongo in Kogi State have it in their history that their forefathers lived in Idomaland in Benue State for 200 years and this is why their language or dialect is partly Idomaoid due to the FACT that Yorubas of Ife and elsewhere in Yorubaland travelled far and wide (as far as Asante Empire of Ghana, Mali Empire, Benin Empire, within Oyo Empire, Nupe country, Ibariba country, Hausaland, etc) on long-distance trading expeditions and hunting. Igala people historically evolved from the FUSION of a significant number of Eastern Yorubas, Jukuns, Edos, etc, around the River Niger and River Benue confluence. It's NOT strange that Igala language is classified as a Yoruboid language with a lot of visible Yoruba-derived words in it of up to 65 percent intelligibility. There's an Igala thread here from 2017 where you will see the CLEAR EVIDENCE of historical similarities in Yoruba and the much smaller Igala ethnicity who according to the late Attah Michael Ameh Oboni in a 2017 Punch article have Yoruba blood lines in addition to Jukun (from Wukari in Taraba State) and Edo. Igala did NOT evolve from one ethnic group but multiple people! It's indeed a historical FACT from my archives that Oba Ewuare 1 actually conquered the Igalas of Idah of present-day Kogi State in the 1500s with the help of armed Portuguese men and firearms while bringing some prominent Igalas as prisoners of war and FORCED the Igalas to pay tributes to Benin. Credible history books I have read for over 40 years CLEARLY state that Oba Ewuare 1 conquered a total of 201 towns and communities forcing them to pay tributes!
In REALITY, it's an open secret in Ufe (Ife) that Oduduwa was from OKE ORA which is just 8 miles away from Ife. He came down from the hilly region of Oke Ora and that is how the religious metaphor of Oduduwa coming from the SKY came from. In this case like in a lot of world religions that use metaphors in their liturgies, the HILLS of Oke Ora represents the SKY. Period. These FACTS are well known in Ife and this is why whenever a NEW Oba (or Ooni of Ife) is about to be crowned, he has to go to Oke Ora in Osun State (Oduduwa's original ancestral hometown) just 8 miles from Ife as part of the coronation rights. Outsiders who don't know these are the ones who keep confusing themselves because they are NOT Ife indigenes.
You did well for bringing up all the possible questions and variables here. That is how to be a logical thinker and analyst when seeking for historical TRUTH! I want you to go through my FIRST and SECOND posts here and watch ALL the videos without having any confirmation bias. Then FACT-CHECK what you have seen and read. I had already anticipated that you would bring these variables OR questions up and that is why I gave you all those videos and interviews in my FIRST post about the Usen Chief in the video on the "History Of Usen, Oba Of Benin & Itsekiris" (Watch this over 2 hours video from the 30 minute timestamp) who CLEARLY stated with FACTS that USEN people are ancestrally from Ile Ife with Afelogiyan, the OLDER brother of Oranmiyan being both biological brothers and grandchildren of Oduduwa of Yoruba descent, with USEN representing the last major frontier of Yoruba territory (though based in Ovia South West LGA in Edo State) as you get nearer to Benin City and this is why their family salutation in USEN is "DELAUHE?" meaning how is Ife? USEN also served as the point of focal contact in terms of correspondence and religious rites between Ife in the current Osun State and Benin kingdom.
NOTE that the correct dialectic Ufe pronunciation and spelling is UFE not Ife. Ife (with the letter "I" is a more recent variant of Ufe). Of course the word Uhe is just an Edonized dialectic pronunciation of the correct spelling of UFE.
The video timestamp from 09:57 to 10:30 BELOW, shows the "Esogban of Benin" explaining clearly where hIs direct male ancestor came along with Oranmiyan (Ile Ife in Osun State) and the unique salutations or ways of greeting one another in Benin based on their different family ancestral origins.
Dittodat: These people are so shallow and gullible that I can see why Nigeria is still in the situation that it is today. They thrive on rumors and innuendos. Even when you present facts, they want to fight you because they prefer to believe in falsehoods and lies just to promote the narrative that they have already created in their own heads.
Anyone with evidence of drug trade in the US will definitely be arrested and tried in a court of law especially dealing with the FBI. They will still take whatever money you have anyway so money forfeiture is the least of their problems once they get a convictions.
Unfortunately these miserable low life IPOB retards who are mostly drug mules in SE Asia want others to believe that Tinubu is the drug baron when I fact that's then life that they are living.
They are always projecting their sorry miserable low life existence on others.
The bolded section of your post is VERY well said.
There's an exclusive, investigative 2022 video documentary by the BBC's Global Disinformation Team which I have attached right BELOW exposing the massive use of TROLL FARMS by Ipob members who live in Europe, Asia, North America, and South Africa to fuel massive disinformation and disorganize Nigeria with FAKE news and hate speech. Thousands of free laptops, free mobile phones and free Internet data were bought for these recruits who were ALSO paid money to spread disinformation and toxic hate speech online.
Nnamdi Kanu was in that video introducing and praising Simon Ekpa and other brainwashed male and female members as Ipob members who other people should listen to. Some of the female Ipob members in Italy and London can be seen in the video clearly ranting and one of the females based in Italy called for the killing of specific people in Anambra which was carried out. In that video, Simon Ekpa too warned the same Anambra youth leader from Ogidi in 2021 about his opposition to Ipob activities. This killing of the youth leader was eventually carried out in less than 2 weeks in the month of November 2021!
These Ipob troll farms are definitely part of several FAKE monikers on NL, Facebook, X, YouTube and other social media platforms derailing threads and planting FAKE news and hate speech everywhere online and offline.

Yoruba in Badagry are from Ile-Ife, not Ghana – High Chief Wawu Yoruba leader • Drummers celebrating the importance of drums
Lagos – High Chief Tajudeen Dosa Ayipe, the Wawu of Badagry Kingdom, on Thursday traced the origin of Yoruba speaking people of Badagry to Oduduwa in Ile-Ife and not from Ghana as claimed in a recent publication.
• Drummers celebrating the importance of drums
The Badagry High Chief made this clarification during a media tour of the coastal city in preparation for the Tourism Innovation and Development Advantage (TIDA) conference scheduled for April 24, 2019. The theme of the forthcoming TIDA conference will be “Impact of Sustainable Tourism Development and Marketing of Tourism Destinations on Host Communities”.
I Can't give up because I have a mother and two brothers — Blind 23-Yr-Old Fabiyi...0:00 / 0:00
“We, Badagry people are from Ile-Ife and settled at Quidah in Benin Republic, later the Ifa oracle directed us to return through Gberefu to our present location in Badagry.
“The Wawu is famous because the family refused to support slavery at the time it was banned.
“Another means of identification with the Oduduwa race is the staff of office presently used which is known as “Kanako,” a metallic sceptre in the shape of the tree leaf to which tiny piece of metal are connected and able to produce a scintillating sound when shaken.
“The staff was used then to shorten a long distance journey without using any means of transportation,’’ the Wawu said. https://newlive.vanguardngr.com/2019/03/lagos-atbowaton-inaugurates-new-executive/ He urged the Lagos State Government and Non-Governmental Organisations to invest in training youths of the community on how to latch onto the tourism potential inherent in the kingdom.
According to Ayipe, there are numerous tourist attractions that can be developed to be beneficial to the government and the people of Badagry at large.
“Most of these tourists sites are: the seat of cannon gun for slavery abolition in 1843, the Union Jack in the Wawu compound, Ancient Wawu palace.
“Also, notable shrines in the Wawu Kingdom includes: Obatala gods, Osun, Sango, Dagbe (snake), Orisa Ibeji, Egungun and host of other gods which all identify with the supreme God.
“We want these shrines and tourist sites well promoted for local and international recognition,’’ he said.
Earlier, Mr Femi Lawson, Founder of TIDA, said that the 2019 conference would rub off positively on individuals and the tourism industry.

According to him, this will lead to the development of Badagry Kingdom.
“TIDA is set for development of ideas that will add value to tourism promotion through tourism insurance, infrastructural tourism and the virtual tourism device.
“This will help market the nation’s tourism potential domestically and help increase traffic of international tourists into the country,’’ the Wawu said. (NAN)
Dittodat: Having lived in the US for about 40 years, having gone through the US Federal Court and justice system myself, knowing many Nigerians who have gone through the judicial system for various, and also having a vast knowledge of the judicial system especially the Federal judiciary system. I can tell you categorically that having a probable cause is not enough to convict anyone in a Federal court of law where the FBI will have to present their case. Many people have been suspected of crimes but you have to be able to prove the case is court. In fact Tinubu was NEVER CHARGED NOR ARRESTED FOR ANY DRUG CRIME. That is the minimum for anyone to be considered a drug baron. He was barely suspected of knowing people involved in drug trade.
If you want to call someone a drug baron, you should at the minimum have record of them being arrested and charged to a court of law for drugs. Tinubu had none. I had at least 3 friends back in the days who were into drug dealing while i was in college but I have never seen drug with my naked eyes except for on TV. Can you now say I'm a drug Baron just because I had friends who were into drugs or because I had my case with the US govt that has nothing to do with drugs but involved money? The answer is a complete NO. According to the US laws , Tinubu is clean because he has never been charged, arrested or convicted of any crime. You might not like that, but those are the facts. Lastly and most important, the FBI or any Federal agency will NEVER EVER let anyone walk away free without charges and arrest if they have any good evidence on such person as being involved in the drug trade. Even if you give up 100 Billion dollars, as long as they can prove that the money are proceeds of drug trade, they will take the money and still make sure that the person still get tried and sent to prison for a long time.
I just read your post.
You have stated it succinctly here.
I told the dude you replied that in December 1989, the United States troops invaded Panama to arrest General Manuel Antonio Noriega of Panama for having ties to drug trafficking in several countries including the United States. As of January 1990 he eventually surrendered and was flown to the United States for trial. The United States doesn't spare drug barons. If Tinubu was found to be one, he would have been thrown into jail. NO doubt, a lot of Nigerian Diaspora folks try to be careful about who they relate with BECAUSE you NEVER know who is into criminal activities or NOT. This is the situation Tinubu found himself in and many others. NGOs, Pastors and other religious bodies for instance get donations from people from time to time. Therefore, it would be WRONG to assume that because a drug baron or drug trafficker made donations to a religious organization, then it means that religious organization OR NGO is part of the drug trafficking cartel. After due investigations, the innocent ones would be exonerated, and that's what happened to Tinubu.
Tinubu himself has caused a lot of these defamations to persist by NOT taking swift legal action like others have done to mitigate the damage these guys are relentlessly causing to his image for over 10 years now.
This is why I commend the iconic octogenarian, Chief Afe Babalola, SAN, for quickly initiating the move to have Dele Farotimi brought to justice for the HIGHLY toxic and incendiary defamations contained in his so-called self-published book. I read Chief Afe Babalola's side of the story yesterday and I was stunned by the CLEARLY defamatory choice of words used by Dele in that book which were clearly intended to lower Afe Babalola and his Magodo GRA-based law chamber into disrepute. Babalola has ALSO CLEARLY called for a withdrawal of all the books in circulation by Farotimi. He's definitely gonna be the loser at the end of the day because what he thinks he will make from the book sales will definitely go back to paying massive damages to Afe Babalola. Unknown to some of the posters here, Afe Babalola supported the candidate of the Labor party so, the joke is on these dudes who have been attacking the respected octogenarian.
Dele Farotimi (and his gang of propagandists friends such as Omoyele Sowore, and those guys at that Gazette publication who are urging him on with propaganda articles and videos) will learn the hard way because Afe Babalola was indeed defamed with unprintable words used in that book. Dele Farotimi was even invited prior to the police involvement but he FAILED to show up. Something just isn't right with some of these human rights activists. Some of the MOST notorious dictators in African history have been former human rights activists and lawyers who tend to have split personalities and are inflexible in critical thinking.
IfnobeGod20: See the way you stepped in and sold dummy to the readers by writing junks of lies upon lies. Why do some of you like lying and changing narrative for nothing. It was the same lie that Festus Keyamo sold to the citizens in 2022 before the presidential tribunal setting in 2023. I am cog sure you extracted this junks from him.
Well, for the avoidance of doubt herein attached are the pages 1 and 2 of the court affidavit to the Tinubu's narcotics case.
I challenge you to download all the pages as readily available on the net and show me and the rest of the world any portion of the court papers that so referred the forfeiture as tax deduction. I give you 3 days to do this and afterwards I label you assistant devil and an arch liar, if you refused to show up the court paper that said it was tax deduction.
I don't know why some of you are so confident at telling lie with all your education and exposure. I spit on all liars spreading fake information on this forum.
You even made me to laugh, claiming you want to step in. I thought you stepped in to give concrete revelation but not knowing you stepped in to lie with confidence. Some of you the lie you told would not make you to enter heaven at all just because you're supporting one politician or the other.
There is nothing wrong having someone you're supporting but everything wrong when your principle is trampled upon, that truth now becomes secondary.
E beru Olorun Oba fa.
. Learn to state your case without insults. I'm NOT a Tinubu fan or supporter BUT I hate it when people spread LIES about others! From my post, you can clearly see that I'm an older person here based on my 1989 reference to General Manuel Antonio Noriega's arrest by United States forces in Panama for trial in the United States for being a drug baron. I don't need anything from Tinubu as I'm a very comfortable man, BUT like I said, I have a complete revulsion towards liars and criminal defamers. You are telling me that I got my info from Festus Keyamo, that's disrespectful of you! There's also a lot of photoshopped and fabricated documents flying around on the Internet. There are devices that will make you easily detect fabricated documents. However, I will fully read the attached dockets you have here.
I CLEARLY stated my points here WITHOUT insulting you in my FIRST post so why make vile insults here? Kilode gan?! Superior argument and logic is what wins anyday NOT this kind of sarcastic overreactions.
Last but NOT least, I affirm again that 1.6 million USD was returned to Bola Tinubu's United States bank accounts by the U.S. government after the 460,000 USD was deducted in 1993. That's my inference about this situation. If he was a drug baron, he clearly would have been kicked into jail. That's the thrust of my post. Period.
IfnobeGod20: Only people with no iota of brain always thinking anyone critical of the mess in the country is an Igbo or IPOB. Profiling people because of the contrary view they share about issue differ every logic. Instead to dwell on the message, you prefer to attack the messenger and profiling them. Dey swear for you people not to think?
When was Peter Obi arrested or deported please? Obi was only taken for interrogation because of the claim of identity duplication.
See the extract of the news on the same subject matter.
Now, let me go down to your level. Let us even believe that Peter Obi was arrested. Please arrested for what and where was he taken to and which court was he taken to in UK and his offence and how was he deported? I think answering all these questions will make more sense and heal ignorance.
An extract from the link: "While it was true that Obi was detained and later released according to the statement, it was not true he was deported. Hence, Fani-Kayode’s claim of Obi’s deportation is false".
Meanwhile, on the issue of Tinubu's narcotic drug dealing is well detailed and a court record shows how a sum of $460,000 was drawn from his account for forfeiture. This is not a small money even as at that time. If it was genuinely owed by Tinubu, why didn't he appeal to retrieve the money back, if it was his hard earned money? No hard working person that sweated to earn just a $1 will just sheepishly let it go like that without a fight. No body, except insane and nonentity.
Let me step in to clarify somethings here.
That 460,000 USD forfeiture was for a backlog of unpaid taxes due to the fact that Bola Tinubu returned to Nigeria and hence worked his way as an oil and gas industry technocrat right up to Senior Management level and retired as the Treasurer of Mobil Nigeria (now ExxonMobil).
The legitimate balance of 1.6 million USD in his bank accounts was returned to Bola Tinubu's U.S. bank accounts by the U.S. government in 1993 after the 460,000 USD deductions had been made. A significant number of that money was got from financial market investments. I actually followed that U.S. court case back in 1993, so, the case wasn't a drug forfeiture or a plea-bargain. You have to file your taxes as-and-when-due. The United States of America doesn't spare drug barons. If Tinubu was a drug baron, the very ruthless U.S. judicial system would have kicked him right into jail. Ever since 1993, Bola Tinubu has traveled multiple times yearly to the United States including when he was on exile in Chicago during the brutal military dictatorship and he was the one that was instrumental in giving accomodations to many exiles who were on the list of those to be assassinated by that CRIMINAL military dictator who stole over 4 billion USD into foreign offshore accounts via the Central Bank of Nigeria back in the 1990s till he fortunately died abruptly.
Even in 2001, the Legal Department of the United States Embassy in Lagos clearly stated in a Press Release that the then Lagos State Governor Bola Tinubu had NO criminal case in the United States. So, all the recycled stories being pushed about the man online and offline were FAKE stories.
[b]I remember watching via satellite television the invasion of Panama by U.S. troops in December 1989 to arrest the military dictator, General Manuel Antonio Noriega of Panama for sponsoring drug trafficking and drug shipments into the United States and nearby countries. In January 1990, Noriega finally surrendered to the U.S. military forces and the DEA flew him right back to the United States to face trial and he was eventually jailed for his crimes!
This Web source link right BELOW is from 2018. There are 2016 sources also based on credible U.S. Census Bureau data debunking that FALSE claim of Nigerian immigrants in the United States being the overall folks with the highest number of first degrees and higher degrees.
The Internet has annoyingly become a cesspit of global disinformation with people who should NOT be posting information online doing so with relentless impunity. This is why FACT-CHECKS are very important these days. For instance, I remember for over 21 days nearly 10 years ago, the BBC World Service fell victim to FAKE news through a cloned BBC Website until observant, loyal readers pointed it out to the BBC management and they had to warn their listeners globally while also bringing down the cloned BBC Website. This is why BBC established the "Global Disinformation Team" to expose FAKE news worldwide.

TouchNfollow: FBI Warns iPhone And Android Users—Stop Sending Texts
Republished on December 5 with additional comments provided by the FBI and reports into US political pressure given the scale of these Chinese cyber attacks.
Timing is everything. Just as Apple’s adoption of RCS had seemed to signal a return to text messaging versus the unstoppable growth of WhatsApp, then along comes a surprising new hurdle to stop that in its tracks. While messaging Android to Android or iPhone to iPhone is secure, messaging from one to the other is not.
Now even the FBI and CISA, the US cyber defense agency, are warning Americans to use responsibly encrypted messaging and phone calls where they can. The backdrop is the Chinese hacking of US networks that is reportedly “ongoing and likely larger in scale than previously understood.” Fully encrypted comms is the best defense against this compromise, and Americans are being urged to use that wherever possible.
The network cyberattacks, attributed to Salt Typhoon, a group associated with China’s Ministry of Public Security, has generated heightened concern as to the vulnerabilities within critical US communication networks. The reality is different. Without fully end-to-end encrypted messaging and calls, there has always been a potential for content to be intercepted. That’s the entire reason the likes of Apple, Google and Meta advise its use, highlighting the fact that even they can’t see content.
According to a senior FBI official, “within the investigative activity, especially one this significant and this large, the facts will evolve over time… The continued investigation into the PRC targeting commercial telecom infrastructure has revealed a broad and significant cyber espionage campaign.” This campaign, he warned, “identified that PRC affiliated cyber actors have compromised networks of multiple telecom companies to enable multiple activities,” confirming that “the FBI began investigating this activity in late spring and early summer of this year.”
The FBI official warned that citizens should be “using a cell phone that automatically receives timely operating system updates, responsibly managed encryption and phishing resistant MFA for email, social media and collaboration tool accounts.”
As reported by Politico, CISA’s Jeff Greene added to this, “strongly urging Americans to ‘use your encrypted communications where you have it… we definitely need to do that, kind of look at what it means long-term, how we secure our networks’.”
In terms of what is known about the Salt Typhoon attacks thus far, while the FBI official warned that widespread call and text metadata was stolen in the attack, expansive call and text content was not. But “the actors compromised private communications of a limited number of individuals who are primarily involved in the government or political activities. This would have contained call and text contents.”
The scale of the hacking campaign and the implications for US critical infrastructure and the security of its networks has created an unsurprising political storm. As reported by Reuters, “US government agencies held a classified briefing for all senators on Wednesday on China's alleged efforts known as Salt Typhoon to burrow deep into American telecommunications companies and steal data about U.S. calls.” Following the briefing, “US senators vow[ed] action.”
Reuters also reported that “a Senate Commerce subcommittee will hold a December 11 hearing on Salt Typhoon and how ‘security threats pose risks to our communications networks, and review best practices” There is growing concern about the size and scope of the reported Chinese hacking into U.S. telecommunications networks and questions about when companies and the government can assure Americans over the matter.”
During Tuesday’s original media briefing, CISA’s Greene reportedly suggested “that Americans should use encrypted apps for all their communications,” (1,2). That means stop sending texts iPhone to Android, albeit iMessages and Google Messages are fully encrypted while on those platforms.
Greene added that “our suggestion, what we have told folks internally, is not new here: encryption is your friend, whether it's on text messaging or if you have the capacity to use encrypted voice communication. Even if the adversary is able to intercept the data, if it is encrypted, it will make it impossible.”
An alert into the ongoing telco network hacks jointly issued by FBI, CISA and NSA—as well as other Five Eyes agencies—was released on Tuesday.
The lack of end-to-end encryption to protect cross-platform RCS, the successor to SMS, is a glaring omission. It was highlighted in Samsung’s recent celebratory PR release on the success of RCS, which included the caveat that only Android to Android messaging is secured. It remains a stark irony that while Google and Apple separately advise Android and iPhone users to rely on end-to-end encryption, when it comes to RCS it’s still missing, with no timeline in sight for a fix. https://www.forbes.com/sites/zakdoffman/2024/12/05/fbi-warns-iphone-and-android-users-stop-sending-texts/

What kind of defamatory comments are these that you are spewing out here. How would you feel if someone made FALSE accusations against you in public like the one you have carelessly made here?
Ifedayo "Freeze" Olarinde retired from Cool FM which is based on Victoria Island, Lagos, and indeed the media space 2 years ago to focus more on his personal life. It's obvious you don't realize that he is NO more a radio presenter since 2 years ago. Unknown to you, before leaving the media space, Ifedayo was already a millionaire and got paid by brands as an OAP for playing the role of a compere, and also got paid from a few corporate endorsements. He also has diversified investments in online stocks and the entire financial markets which bring in millions for him and he NEVER hid these FACTS from his listeners and followers on IG... Freeze is NOT poor.
For your information, Freeze was born in Romania in 1976 (which makes him an EU passport holder and citizen who flies easily around the world without visa restrictions) and is therefore 48 years of age as of 2024. His brilliant medical doctor father is originally from Osun State while his White Romanian mother read law and is currently a member of staff of Afe Babalola University in Ado Ekiti. Ifedayo is from a well-read noble family so how can you call him a "dirty hustler?" Davido is a member of Tobi's Church and also his friend, so will you say Davido is a "dirty hustler?" Obi Cubana too is a friend of Tobi and just last month, I saw group picture and videos of all of them in London together. I know these facts because I follow Ifedayo "Freeze" Olarinde, Obi Cubana, etc, on IG.
Be careful about making wild and spurious allegations about other people you don't know.
ERockson: That's Daddy Freez mentor and Pastor and this Freez has the gut to even call out some moderate Thiefs that are men of god but show up for Pastor Tobi without seeing Tobis dirty activities. Pastor Freez is a dirty hustle with zero moral right to call out any Pastor in the country
The 44-year-old Tobi is NOT Freeze's mentor and Pastor. How can you say Freeze is a "dirty hustler?" Are Davido and Obi Cubana also "dirty hustlers" because they are friends to Tobi? Get your FACTS right!
You have absolutely NO right to spread disinformation and attack Ifedayo Olarinde (Freeze) here with your limited knowledge. Freeze and Tobi are simply friends the SAME way that the young man Davido and Obi Cubana are friends to Tobi. INFACT it's Davido that is a member of Tobi's Church which draws celebs and youths. Just last month, all of them were in London together and took pictures with Tobi. Coincidentally, I follow Ifedayo "Freeze" Olarinde, and Obi Cubana, etc, on IG, and I saw the videos and group pictures that Freeze, his wife Taste Buds, Davido, and Obi Cubana took with Tobi in London
I particularly have been against Tobi's excessive flamboyant lifestyle of wearing luxury designer cloths and driving fast luxury supercars because you need a life of moderation in the United Kingdom as a person who guides people in a religious space whether you are a Buddhist, Hindu, Taoist, Xtian or what ever. Also, his style of being flamboyant could attract the wrong set of young people with not so pure intentions despite the FACT that he might have been doing that to draw younger age groups and celebs into his place of worship.
Last but not least, Ifedayo Freeze Olarinde was born in Romania (which makes him a European Union passport holder and citizen, therefore he travels easily around the world without restrictions) to a Nigerian medical doctor father from Osun State and a Romanian mother who read law. She currently is member of staff of a Nigerian University.
Thevoicetrend: My son and my nephew ugly experience at pastor Tobi's church in London..... They sat me down for 3 hours telling me what they went through and how they later escaped from the church...
My advice to Pastor Tobi is to move back to Naija because Oyinbo people doesn't tolerate that kind of lifestyle...
ogbonti: if you do not read does not mean Nigerians dont read - are you trying to cover up your personal inadequacies? If Nigerians dont read, how come we are the most educated immigrant group in the USA ? (judging by US acquired degrees) ?
Just to correct an error in your post (which has earlier been posted online by some HIGHLY uninformed folks)... Nigerians immigrants and Nigerian-Americans are NOT the most educated immigrants in the United States based on degrees. Yes, among folks of African descent, Nigerians are, BUT overall, Indian immigrants and Indian-Americans with ancestral roots from the Indian subcontinent in Asia numbering over 4 million in the United States alone have by far MORE degrees and higher degrees than Nigerian immigrants. Even many of the tech firms in Silicon Valley and corporate America have far more Indian CEOs than other ethnic groups in the United States. The Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Jewish, etc, are also important demographics with highly educated folks.
A lot of the fake news and embellishments of the alleged higher qualifications of Nigerian immigrants comes from bloggers, and equally ignorant YouTubers who just cut and paste. In reality, existing U.S. Census Bureau data does NOT support the false claims of Nigerian immigrants being the ones with the highest degrees.
ExAngel007: Interior designer, Ehi Ogbebor, has handed over one of her maids to the police for allegedly hacking into her safe and carting away $11, 000 which is about N8 million.
She said she had given her son the money to help her keep in the safe some days ago. Last night, she asked her son to bring the money from the safe. It was then that it was discovered that the money had been stolen. A search led to them to Iniobong who was discovered to have been chatting with Bureau de Change operators on how to exchange the dollars.
''Yall be careful this season...this girl hacked my safe n stole 11k dollars....thats 8m at once..... God was on my side n confused her...she had this money for days but stayed in my house ...something in me (intuition) made me check were my safe last night.... she was to go off today Saturday n obviously be gone forever!!! These maids are professional criminals that work in synergy.....she has been handed over to the police after alot of slaps of course.
See mallam calling her customer…. This girl has loads of mallams for FX exchange on her phone.
She buys expensive laces. Everyone addresses her as ma/ madam. She has only worked with me for less than two months. This is a big criminal madam that disguised as a maid. Gorgeous1guy: This is a clear case of selfish ambition of the G.O of SPAC (located at sango, Ibadan) wanting his biological son to succeed him by planting him as the pastor of a UK church.
The mess this "child" has brought to the Adegboyega dynasty cannot be overemphasized.
Funny enough, those that knew the story of how his father rose from nothing to prominence cannot but wonder if God was involved in the decision to place baba G O's son as the pastor of UK church.
Pastor that rolls with yahoo boys, flaunts exotic cars and all sort, goes to club much more often than church etc etc. What exactly is there to be proud of gannnnn
So, Tobi's biological father is an Ibadan-based Church General Overseer? That's getting more interesting... It seems the Tobi Adegboyega's family and his cousin, the British-born John Boyega's family (the Hollywood movie star) are originally from Ibadan.
The 44-year-old should have been less flamboyant which itself has attracted all kinds of characters and relentless speculations about him. I used to think Chris Okotie was a very flamboyant pastor until I saw what Tobi Adegboyega was doing in London. The dude was living large and drove fast luxury sports cars while doing a lot of secular social events and more.
Some of the allegations against him might be FALSE like he stated in the video though because there are people who are contracted to pull others down. That's why once you are in the public eyes, you should NEVER trust NOBODY and learn to be less flamboyant otherwise you'll draw a lot of envy..
In any event, if Tobi came to the UK on a visitor's visa and overstayed, then he should be deported. The law is the law. Period.
All he did was exploit their vulnerability and identities to loads of loans, credit cards, sign up to benefits and other financials under the guise of investing it for them. Non of them saw a penny of all the money he ripped off of them with some of them owing thousands of pounds each to several creditors
nairamaniac: Salute you back bruv. Rap was indeed our second most influential means of education outside basic schooling.
For sure monielove wdnt make such official list. For she didn't have the longevity or standout albums like the Queen and LYTE did.
I would take maa times to watch this video of his TOP50 soonest.
There are some rappers that should definitely be there we haven't really mentioned well in this very thread.
Redman and Keith Murray. Qtip, MC Ren (from NWA). MC REN was a beast on the mic. He stood pound for pound with Ice cube in NWA while cube was still in the group. But I know he wdnt be there.
The usual jcoles and Kendrick of recent schools wd definitely be in any TOP50 if the list is redone in this very year and current-time.
It's sad that Lucas Joyner isn't being spoken about on the same level as Kendrick and jcole. It's really a pity. Cos he has all it takes to be on the same with these two cats.
Joyner is really really really good. He's one hell of a genius.
Lauryn Hill (arguably the best female rapper ever). Forget that she did other genres sooo well along with rap.
The Brooklyn female is arguably the best female MC ever. She should be there for sure.
Rob base, Doug E fresh, Tony Loc. deserve to be mentioned. At least some of them.
Much love and respect from me to you ALWAYS!!!
I absolutely agree with your takes in the FIRST and SECOND paragraphs right above. It's even a great thing that most of the early iconic rappers from the 1980s right into the 1990s were MOSTLY born in the Generation X era (from 1965 right till 1980) and parts of the lower end of the "Baby Boomers" era (lower pre-1965), so, seeing OGs who had similarities with us in age made it all relatable and it synched with going to school and then learning how to rap after seeing and listening to the "cool cats" of our generation churning out party rap and battle rap lyrics. As of 2020 alone, 11 MAJOR rappers had turned 50 years of age on earth and that speaks to the contributions of the "Gen X" era to the history of rap and hip-hop.
Thanks for the recent mentions here (including the recent one on the comparisons between Eminem and NAS in the area of cadence). Eminem in indeed lit in the area of cadence and he's got great vocal inflections. The two videos indeed showed quintessential Eminem's worth as you CLEARLY stated in the area of CADENCE... Dude was and is still mad cool.

samuk: 1. I have issues with Benin/Ife connection because it lack material evidences to support it. I am yet to see any material that was written on Benin/Ife connection before 1897, the year Benin lost her independence to Britain.
2. There are plenty of material evidences to support Benin/Lagos connection. There is eyewitness written account of Benin firmly established in Lagos as early as 1602.
3. There are numerous material evidences including eyewitnesses historical accounts dating back to 1865, before the fall of Benin, to support Benin/Ika connection.
I like evidences.

Second, the people of Usen in Ovia South West LGA of Edo State near Benin are a further evidence of the historical link between Ife and Benin.
Usen or Ode Awure originated as a farmstead founded around the 10th century C.E by indigenes of Ufe (Ile Ife) led by one Oyebo, however, the first crowned ruler of Usen was prince Afelogiyan who was the biological older brother to prince Oranmiyan. Afelogiyan was the first Oba of Usen. It was from Usen that Oranmiyan moved to Igodomigodo [present Benin] on his way to becoming the FIRST ever Oba of Benin based on the coronation video speech of the current Oba Ewuare II.
The people of Usen have NEVER denied their association with Ife [Uhe]. This is why the family salutation or greeting in Benin and nearby towns especially Usen is DELAUHE [or "How is Uhe (Ife)]. The current Oba of Usen is the Elawure of Usen and they speak their own dialect of Yoruba and also Bini based on the FACT that they have family ties with Benin through the royal palace. The Oba of Benin salutation is Lamogun [in veneration of Ogun the God or deity of War and Iron just like in Yorubaland].
Usen is also the original custodian of the deities such as Ogun, Olokun, Osun, and more that are practiced in Benin which came via Ife or Uhe.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUfCwAlFH-8 A prominent indigene of Usen is in the video right ABOVE and HE CLEARLY explained how the Oba of Benin's paternal lineage is from Ile Ife and also how Usen is RELATED to Benin through Afelogiyan and Oranmiyan. These will CLEAR your doubts. Also the Ogiamien family have always insisted that the Oba's lineage is from Yorubaland!
99 percent of Benin Obaship tradition came from Ife
TouchNfollow: 8 Situations In Life Where A Person’s True Colors Always Come Out- Psychology
8 situations in life where a person’s true colors always come out, according to psychology
We’ve all heard the saying, “actions speak louder than words.” And there’s a lot of truth in that. Actions reveal our true character, more so than words ever can.
Psychology tells us that there are certain situations that really bring out a person’s true colors. These are the moments where you can see who a person truly is, beyond their words and their public persona.
In this article, we’re going to dive into eight situations in life where, according to psychology, a person’s true colors are most likely to shine through. We’ll unpack these scenarios and help you understand what they reveal about a person’s character.
Let’s get started.
1) During times of crisis Crisis situations are like a pressure cooker for our personalities.
The stress and uncertainty can often bring out the best, or worst, in people. It’s during these challenging times that our true character is put to the test.
Psychology tells us that when people are under extreme stress, their usual social masks may slip, revealing their true colors. This could be anything from how they react to bad news, handle pressure, or even how they treat others when they’re at their lowest.
When you find yourself in a crisis situation with someone, pay attention. Their behaviors and reactions during this time can tell you a lot about their true personality. But remember, it’s also important to offer grace and understanding as everyone handles stress differently.
2) When they’re experiencing success We often say that adversity reveals character, but so does success.
When people achieve their goals or experience a big win, their response can be very telling. Some might remain humble, share their success with others, or even use their newfound position to help those around them. Others might become arrogant, selfish, or even indifferent to those who helped them along the way.
I remember when I got promoted at my previous job. It was a big step up for me and I was thrilled. But I noticed a significant change in one of my colleagues who also got promoted. They became dismissive of others’ ideas, started taking credit for team efforts, and their entire demeanor changed. It was a stark contrast to the supportive and collaborative person they were before the promotion.
3) How they treat service staff They say you can tell a lot about a person by how they treat those who can do nothing for them. This is especially true when it comes to how people treat service staff.
Whether it’s the waiter at a restaurant, the cashier at a grocery store, or the janitor at an office, these interactions can be very telling. Some people show kindness and respect, regardless of someone’s job or social status. Others may dismiss or belittle service workers, showing a lack of empathy and respect.
People who are rude to waitstaff tend to have higher levels of narcissism and a greater sense of entitlement.
When you’re out with someone, pay attention to how they treat the service staff. It can tell you more about their character than you might think.
4) When they’re behind the wheel You might be surprised to learn that a person’s driving habits can reveal a lot about their personality.
Driving is a high-pressure activity that often requires quick decision-making. And how a person reacts on the road can give you a glimpse into their true colors. Do they remain calm and collected, or do they succumb to road rage? Are they considerate of other drivers, or do they only care about getting to their destination as fast as possible?
In these situations, people’s patience, empathy, and anger management skills (or lack thereof) can come to the fore.
5) How they handle loss Life, as we know, isn’t always smooth sailing. We all face losses and disappointments at some point or another. It’s during these moments of loss that a person’s true colors often shine through.
Loss is a deeply personal experience, and there’s no right or wrong way to handle it. But how a person deals with loss can reveal a lot about their character. Do they allow themselves to grieve? Do they turn to others for support or tend to isolate themselves? How do they talk about their loss?
Watching someone navigate through the pain of loss can be heartbreaking, but it can also be a window into their soul. It shows their resilience, their strength, and their vulnerability – elements that make up the core of who they are.
When someone is going through a tough time, it’s not just about offering support – it’s also an opportunity to understand them better.
6) When they are asked for help There’s a lot to be said about a person who is always ready to lend a helping hand.
When someone asks for help, it’s an opportunity to see a person’s altruistic side. Some may jump at the chance to assist, showing empathy and understanding. Others may see it as an inconvenience, or even ignore the request entirely.
I remember when my car broke down on a deserted road late at night. Stranded and scared, I called a few friends for help. One of them, despite living on the other side of town and having an early morning meeting, immediately drove over to help me out. That act of kindness showed me the depth of their character and it’s something I’ll never forget.
Watch how someone reacts when asked for help. It can tell you a lot about their values and their character.
7) How they react to other people’s success Success can be a tricky thing. It’s wonderful when it’s ours, but how do we react when it’s someone else’s?
This can often be a revealing situation. Some individuals are genuinely happy for others, celebrating their accomplishments as if they were their own. But others may react with envy or bitterness, feeling threatened by someone else’s success.
These reactions can tell you a lot about a person’s character. Genuine happiness for others’ success shows selflessness and a secure sense of self-worth. On the other hand, negative reactions could point to insecurity or competitiveness.
When someone shares their success story, pay attention to the reactions around you. You might learn more about those people than you expect.
8] When they think no one is watching The ultimate test of a person’s character is what they do when they believe no one is watching.
Are they still kind, honest, and respectful when there’s no audience to impress? Or do they behave differently when they think they’re not being observed?
This can be very telling. A person’s actions in these moments are a reflection of their true character, unfiltered and genuine.
It’s not just about how people treat us or how they behave in certain situations. It’s also about what they do when they think no one is watching. That’s when their true colors really shine through.

Dapromzy333: A Nigerian pastor whose church was shut down over an alleged £1.87 million fraud has lost his fight against deportation, despite claiming it would breach his human rights, News360 Nigeria reports.
An immigration tribunal has ruled that Tobi Adegboyega, 44, the cousin of John Boyega, the Star Wars actor, should be deported back to his native Nigeria after investigations, including by The Telegraph, exposed misuse of funds by his church.
Mr Adegboyega was head of SPAC Nation, a controversial church shut down after failing to properly account for more than £1.87 million of outgoings and operating with a lack of transparency.
He claimed deportation would breach his right under the European Convention of Human Rights (ECHR) to a family life – having married a British woman. He also said the attempt to remove him by the Home Office failed to take account of his community work with SPAC.
Describing a “charismatic” community leader of a large, well-organised church, his legal team claimed that he had “intervened in the lives of many hundreds of young people, predominantly from the black communities in London, to lead them away from trouble”.
He claimed his work had been “lauded” by politicians including Boris Johnson and senior figures within the Metropolitan Police, although no testimony by them was submitted to the court. He said that without his personal presence in London, projects that he had masterminded would fall apart or reduce in size.
However, the tribunal was told the Home Office contended “all is not as it seems”.
“Various manifestations of [Mr Adegboyega’s] church have been closed down, by either the Charity Commission or the High Court, because of concerns over its finances and lack of transparency,” according to the judgment.
‘Selling their own blood’
“Former members of the church have alleged that it is a cult, in which impoverished young people are encouraged to do anything they can to donate money, including taking out large loans, committing benefit fraud and even selling their own blood.
“It is alleged that the church leadership lead lavish lifestyles and there have, it is said, been instances of abuse. The [Home Office’s] case before us was that all of this needs to be taken into account when evaluating whether [Mr Adegboyega] is in fact of real value to the UK.”
Mr Adegboyega has lived in the UK unlawfully since overstaying on a visitor’s visa that allowed him to enter Britain in 2005. In 2019, he applied for leave to remain under ECHR’s right to a family life. His application was initially dismissed by a first-tier immigration tribunal before he appealed.
In the tribunal, he maintained no one had ever faced criminal charges over his church’s finances, that many of the attacks on him and SPAC Nation were politically motivated and that claims it was a cult were unfounded.
However, the tribunal was told the Charity Commission concluded “there had been serious misconduct and/or mismanagement in the administration of the charity which was sustained over a substantial period of time”.
The tribunal also found Mr Adegboyega’s evidence to be “hyperbolic in many instances” and had “sought to grossly inflate his influence”. “We find it to be implausible that he has the time to undertake all of this work personally,” it said.
The tribunal concluded: “We are not satisfied that the good work that SPAC Nation undertakes generally would collapse or even significantly suffer should the Appellant be required to leave the UK.
“Weighing all of the foregoing in the balance we conclude that the decision to refuse leave to remain was wholly proportionate.
“[Mr Adegboyega] seeks to rely on family and private life relationships, all of which have been established whilst he was in the UK unlawfully, and which would survive his return to Nigeria.
So, he's only 44. I thought he was much older like in his late 40s or early 50s. Ifedayo "Freeze", Davido, and Obi Cubana were in London just last month and the met and took pictures with 'Tobi.
That dude sure has a significant amount of influence among a select group of A-list celebs.
GBTYO: That's because both the war in Ukraine and the ones Israel is pushing for in the ME can easily escalate to a nuclear war and if you don't know, a nuclear war won't be limited but will affect the entire global north. And the aftermath of that will be a nuclear winter that you that are in the global south will wish you died in the initial exchange. A nuclear winter will unleash hell on earth for those who are unfortunate to survive the main nuclear exchange. The entire earth's atmosphere will be enveloped by radioactive ash that will block the sun. Temperatures globally will drop drastically, and with that there will be hardly any rain. Crops will fail as there is neither enough sun or water to ensure crops thrive. Famine will ensue. With no west anymore to supply you food, Africa will descend into full blown anarchy. Govts will collapse. The fragile order you have will collapse. It will be an anarchist's heaven. Roaming armed gangs will terrorise the landscape. Cannibalism will thrive. Death will no longer be feared but welcomed.
But a war between Sudan and South Sudan might as well be a local bar brawl and will not affect anyone. A better analogy is comparing the insecurity in the north to that in the SE. Nigerians are more concerned in ensuring peace returns to the north because the north provides the bulk of food we consume. No one cares if the yeast burns down because the SE produces nothing of value.
True that.
Some ignorant posters here just don't know what's up. A "nuclear winter" is the nightmare scenario that will touch many countries beyond the epicenter of the ORIGINAL nuclear blasts. The world CANNOT AFFORD this scenario.
This video right below details the report on one of the major deadly terror attack by JNIM in Burkina Faso back in August 2024 [just 4 months ago]. Ghana shares direct boundaries just to the South of Burkina Faso. If Burkina Faso's capital falls, that is when it will hit everyone, including Ghana.
Up to 200 people killed in attack in central Burkina Faso
An armed group linked to al-Qaeda, Jama’at Nusrat al-Islam wal-Muslimin (JNIM), has claimed responsibility for what it says was an attack that killed up to 200 people and injured at least 140 in central Burkina Faso.
The attack took place on Saturday in the region of Barsalogho, about 40km (25 miles) north of the strategic town of Kaya, which analysts said is home to the last standing force protecting the capital, Ouagadougou. Fighters opened fire on teams of people digging trenches designed to protect security outposts. Several soldiers were missing after the attack, and the attackers took weapons and a military ambulance.

nairamaniac: Yeahhh. So much nostalgia indeed. Top 50 wouod definitely do more justice. Even that same Kool Moe Dee would be in that TOP 30 to whatever list. He was sooo gooood Though iv not seen his list, but I want to believe that monie love should be amongst he women in that list. MONIE LOVE was even better than MC LYTE and Queen Latifah in terms of talents. Well, my opinion
MC hapmmer should be in my TOP 10 RAP/HIPHOP-ENTERTAINER list. Not necessarily in TOP10 best rappers.
I was more of a Phylosophical, Lyrical, Hardcore, story telling, high vocabulary, e.g (Keith Murray) flowing with the beats Rhyme schemes Dexterity (change of pace/speed in delivery)
kind of person. and MC hammer hardly fell itops nto the above categories.
However, MC hammer had the most impact as an artist, rapper in the late 80's and early 90's. He even stole the shine off Bobby Brown at some point.
So you had talked about AROUND THE WAY GIRL in this same thread? Wow!!!! That was a Hit!!
Those LL Cool J songs thot me how to treat women with respect and gangstar-vibes at the same time.
LL was just different.
U brought back wonderful memories here bruv.
Cheers and Thanx!!!!!
@nairamaniac
Salute bro!
I read your takes on this page and respect you for your uncanny ability to recall minutest details of some Emcees and events in rap history here.
Yup! Queen Latifah and MC Lyte were indeed on Kool Moe Dee's top 50 list BUT Monie Love wasn't. Monie Love is INDEED one of the female hip-hop OGs... a true British Emcee GOAT.
Ishilove: I stumbled on this story online, complete with pictures and I chuckled throughout my time reading.
When a man is getting all the marriage benefits and refuses to do the needful, well, I guess it is time to get creative. Cunny man die, cunny man bury am.
Enjoy
He doesn’t know we’re married….
So, we dated for about 2 years and I decided I was ready to get married and settle down. About 3 years ago, he told me that he was saving up for a ring and that he wanted to surprise me with the proposal of my dreams!!! ❤️
Lo & behold, a few months passed, and STILL no proposal. I asked him when he planned on doing it, and he told me he had simply “changed his mind.” Why would he buy the cow when he is already getting the milk for free 😭
I felt like he scammed me, and I was done letting men scam me. Fed uppp. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I found a man on the Internet who looked just like him, and while he was sleeping I went ahead and took his ID along with his birth certificate. I offered his look alike who happened to be pretty much homeless $1,000 to come to the courthouse with me, and we did the thangggg 🙌🏾🙌🏾😮💨🤸🤸😁
We’ve been married now for almost two years, and I’ve never been happier. I am moving and behaving like a wife in every sense. I’ve been cooking everyday, washing laundry, and taking great care of my husband. He has complimented me many times on how amazing I am, and how well I perform my duties as his lady. On Valentines Day this year, he even decorated our room and he had the word WIFE written with flowers, I thought, how ironic!!! Little does he know, I’m his wife 😍😮💨😇
My question is, how do I tell him we are official now? Should I just hope that he changes his mind and eventually proposes on his own once he sees how amazing I am? We are past the 1 year mark, so I no longer have to worry about an annulment, which is great! We went on vacation about a week after our ceremony, and for me, it was our honeymoon. We’ve never been happier, I just really need him to be onboard with all of this. He noticed I was wearing a ring on my ring finger, and I told him it was to keep other men away!! He jokingly mentioned how good it looks. I’m tired of keeping our marriage a secret, and I feel like he has a right to know!!! Any advice appreciated.
The link report above ties in with the security specifics on this thread. If the Russians have to pull back as can be seen, then those 3 West African countries of Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso (under the near-total control of terror Jihadists groups like JNIM) are NOT a top priority for them except the Russian-Ukraine War ends as soon as possible.
