ponziponzi: What are you saying. If Russia open their border and start to give Nigerians work visa, hundred of thousands if not millions of Nigerians will camp at their embassy for days. Forget all these propaganda here, e no dey work for Nigerians.
If they want to rush to Russia like lemmings, that's their problem or prerogative.
I CLEARLY stated my own reasons based on advanced intel available to me since the Russian-Ukraine War started. You're having a convo with a man who is well-traveled too diverse places in the world. There's NO propaganda there. This article by the OP even corroborates some of what I've known.
Some people will offer women jobs in Italy under the guise of employment agencies ONLY to end up working as prostitutes with their passports seized. A couple of years back, BBC Eye did a documentary on Kenyan women who were offered jobs in the Arabian Gulf States, ONLY to find themselves in the hands of Al-Shabab in Somalia (which shares common land boundaries with Kenya) a few got to escape years later but the damage had already been done to their psyche.
Mobileowowa: I don't know about the history of Itsekiris and Escravos. I only know Escravos is rig or drillinv site on the Atlantic coastaline of Delta State. And yes i share in your sentiment of the sea encroachment of some key coastal town of Ondo state affected particularly Araromi. This is part of my advocacy but we need low hanging fruits to prove the course.. The Blue Economy is a huge economy really.
Succinctly stated.
Indeed, those low-hanging fruits matter a lot (for starters) like you said.
One the other hand, here are some interesting sources of information about the Ugborodo and Ogidigben area river estuaries refered to as Escravos over 500 years ago.
BUT it's the river estuaries around the Ugborodo and Ogidigben area that was referred to by the Portuguese as "Escravos" meaning "slaves" in the 1500s. Along the years, the oil companies such as Chevron which operates in that area and NNPCL started referring WRONGLY to the oil and gas-rich Ugborodo as Escravos which completely FALSE and Ugborodo indigenes have condemned the wrong naming in official documentations of these oil companies.
1 Jan 2015 — As it were, the Ijaws, have been opposed to the EPZ being named after Ogidigben community which gives the identity of its location in Itsekiri homeland that is deservedly so. They demanded that since the project site also included some Ijaw communities in the Escravos, a claim that is absolutely FALSE, it should be called Ogidigben-Gbaramutu EPZ, to give it both Itsekiri and Ijaw location identity. =>https://thenationonlineng.net/still-ogidigben-epz-fiasco/
bestofnollywood: When Vanessa (name withheld for safety) arrived at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone in Russia’s Tatarstan region in August 2023, she thought she was signing up for a work-study program that would help pay her tuition while she pursued a degree in software engineering.
Instead, she found herself in the crosshairs of war, working in catering by day, dodging Ukrainian drone strikes by night, and slowly unravelling under the weight of exploitation and fear.
Now, in an exclusive interview with Apples Bite Magazine, Vanessa joins a growing chorus of African women revealing the dark truth behind Russia’s “Alabuga Start” program: a scheme that lures young women from Africa and beyond with promises of education and employment, only to trap them in a militarized labor camp where some are forced to assemble weapons used against Ukraine.
Vanessa, like many others, was recruited through social media ads and Telegram channels promoting Alabuga as an opportunity to earn money while studying. Needing funds for her online degree, she took the bait.
“I thought I would be able to combine my studies with work,” she says. “But I was wrong.”
Assigned first to kitchen duties, then promoted to waitressing, Vanessa quickly realised the reality was far from the glossy advertisements. The hours were gruelling, the pay meagre, and the supervisors harsh.
“If you are not patient enough, you will just be depressed all the time,” she recounts. “In my case, I was very depressed. My schoolwork was piling up, the people in Alabuga were stressing me, and I was earning little money on top of it. It felt like a waste of my time.”
But the most shocking revelation came later. While Vanessa worked in catering, she learned of another section of Alabuga, one shrouded in secrecy, where young African women reportedly assembled Iranian-designed Shahed drones, the same kamikaze UAVs raining terror on Ukrainian cities.
“There are some parts that they never used to let us know, which are usually well protected,” she explains. “The girls who work there earn more money than in other fields. I heard they used to build weapons that are used for fighting in Ukraine. That is why most of the time, Ukraine targets and bombs the place.”
The danger became terrifyingly real. Vanessa recalls nights when air raid sirens blared, forcing workers to scramble for shelter as Ukrainian drones struck Alabuga.
“When they see that something is coming from Ukraine, they warn you, put on the alarm, and guide us to safety,” she says.
Vanessa’s story is not unique. A recent report by the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organised Crime reveals that Alabuga has systematically recruited young African women—many under 22—under the guise of hospitality and IT training, only to funnel them into weapons manufacturing.
Advertisements for “Alabuga Start” saturate African social media, often shared by government-linked pages. The program promises high wages, free flights, and education, but omits the fact that recruits may be assembling drones for Russia’s war.
Adeyinka Adeifa, President of Hope Alive Educational Centre, explained that one of the major reasons why the Alabuga Start program targets strictly females is because of the loyalty tendencies of the gender. “Women are very submissive and dedicated to a course, when you give them reasons to, that makes them easy to control, hence, the Alabuga Start program finds them easy target.”
The UN has raised alarms, warning that the scheme may constitute human trafficking. Yet African governments have done little. Despite Ukrainian officials urging action, only Burkina Faso has taken steps to halt recruitment, according to a recent report by The Economist.
With Alabuga under Western sanctions and Ukraine intensifying strikes, the women inside face a grim reality: they are now military targets by proximity.
“At some stage, an African woman will be a legitimate target for a Ukrainian missile,” predicts a Ukrainian diplomat.
President of Seed Mentors Africa, Femi Toye, expressed fear that more African girls will become victims of this transnational exploitation if a nationwide campaign is not begun immediately.
“There is a need to declare a state of emergency of sorts on this menace to rescue our girls. It is bad enough that some of our girls are there in Alabuga already. Even more sad that more will still fall victim if we do not act fast,” he posited.
Adeifa, addressing why African girls are vulnerable to these trafficking schemes, noted that poverty and unemployment rate in Africa make girls desperate.
“Poverty and unemployment rate in Africa make girls desperate, leaving them vulnerable to trafficking schemes that promise better opportunities but ultimately exploit their circumstances.”
Vanessa escaped in July 2024, but many remain trapped by debt, deception, or fear of retaliation.
“If I had someone with experience who told me what to expect, I would never have gone,” she says.
Her warning is clear: for desperate young women lured by Alabuga’s promises, the cost of a paycheck could be their lives.
Anybody from Africa who's considered a Russian trip for work and studies will have himself or herself to blame at this point in the War effort. Period.
bestofnollywood: An Itsekiri organization, Warri Reclamation Thrust, has unveiled what it described as deliberate fraud and total lack of compliance to INEC’s own guidelines in the execution of the recent unit and ward delineation in Warri Federal Constituency.
Warri Reclamation Thrust, while presenting graphical illustration of the report released by INEC, vis-à-vis its findings, after using Google Earth map on the Internet and hard copy of Delta State, Warri and Shell maps, mentioned 14 ‘sins’ committed by Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission that carried out the now controversial exercise.
Bright Omaghomi and Mrs. Tsaye Edeyibo Mene, who did the illustration in Warri, Delta State on Wednesday June 17, on behalf of Warri Reclamation Thrust, alleged that INEC assumed voting strength, outside the voter register “as only registered voters, who are of voting age form the valid voting population of any geography in Nigeria.”
Below is the complete text and graphic illustration as presented to newsmen by the Warri Reclamation Thrust:
A REPORT OF OUR REVIEW ON THE INEC PROPOSED WARD DELINEATION
Our Scope;
Our Scope entails using the coordinates provided by INEC in her proposed Ward delineation to verify the actual location and name of the said coordinate and unit as established by INEC, using Google Earth map on the Internet and hard copy of Delta State, Warri and Shell maps.
Our overall observation shows a deliberate fraud in the entire delineation process and the total lack of compliance to INEC’s own guidelines in the execution of ward delineation.
Facts Uncovered Include;
1. CREATING AND RENAMING OF ABORIGINAL AND LEGAL COMMUNITIES. (INEC HAS NO POWER TO CREATE COMMUNITIES)
2. DUPLICATION OF COMMUNITIES.
3. CREATION OF FICTITIOUS COMMUNITIES TO FORM UNITS THAT MAKE UP WARDS.
4. IMPORTATION OF COMMUNITIES FROM OUTSIDE THE THREE WARRI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS (For Example Communities From Burutu, Bomadi, Ughelli South, Udu In Delta State And Also Communities From Edo And Ondo States).
5. ILLEGAL BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT (INEC TOOK OVER THE JOB OF BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT).
6. MANUFACTURING OF VOTING UNITS OUTSIDE THE VOTER’S REGISTER, ONE CAN NOT TELL WHERE INEC MANUFACTURE THESE NEW UNITS AND WARDS FROM SINCE NONE OF SUCH UNITS EXISTED IN ANY VOTER REGISTER.
7. THE USE OF THE SAME COORDINATE FOR MULITPLE UNITES IN DIFFERENT WARDS IN DIFFERENT LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS
8. MANY OF THE WARDS CREATED AND RENAMED FOR THE IJAWS AND URHOBOS WERE DONE FROM LAND MASS AND COMMUNITIES OF ITSEKIRI, THAT WERE RENAMED.
9. FOREST AND RIVER WERE PINNED IN THE COORDINATES PROVIDED BY INEC AS VOTING UNITS TO FORM WARDS.
10. INEC ASSUMED POPULATION OF DIFFERENT WARDS IN THE WARRI FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY OUTSIDE OF THE FIGURES CAPTURED BY THE LAST CONDUCTED CENSOR AS WE ARE YET TO CONDUCT A NEW CENSOR THAT SHOULD REPORT A CHANGE IN THE POPULATION OF THE AREA.
11. INEC ASSUMED VOTING STRENGHT OUTSIDE THE VOTER REGISTER AS ONLY REGISTERED VOTERS WHO ARE OF VOTING AGE FORM THE VALID VOTING POPULATION OF ANY GOEGRAPHY IN NIGERIA.
12. INEC AGAINST HER OWN GUIDELINES SPLIT WARDS WITH LESS THAN FIFTY UNITS INTO TWO AND UP TO FOUR WARDS IN SOME CASES AS WE HAVE OBSERVED WHILE WARDS WITH OVER FIFTY AND HUNDRED UNITS REMAINED THE SAME AND UNCHANGED.
13. MAJORITY OF THE NEW WARDS CREATED BY INEC FAILED TO MEET THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF UNITS, VOTING STRENGHT OR VOTER REGISTER RECORD OF INEC TO MAKE A WARD.
14. WARDS CREATED ON OUR LANDS AND COMMUNITIES CAN NOT BE RENAMED WITH STRANGE NAMES THAT ARE NOT IN EXISTENCE BUT SHOULD BE NAME WITH THE ABORIGINAL NAMES OF THE COMMUNITIES MAKING UP THE UNITS OF SUCH WARDS.
BELOW ARE THE SPECIFIC ERRORS, INJUSTICE AND FRAUD FOUND IN EACH OF THE WARDS MAKING UP EACH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA THAT MUST BE CORRECTED
WARRI SOUTHWEST LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA
i) RA 01 AJUDIABO/AKPAKPA
We observed wrong coordinates for some existing legally known communities, where provided coordinate by INEC point us to locations outside the actual legally recognised communities in the delineation record.
ii) RA 02 AZAMA/IGOBA/INIKOROGHA
We observed the above proposed ward name is not the legally recognised name of any community or land in that area so delineated, for the records all proposed units and communities under this proposed ward are situated on Ugborodo and Omadino lands well established fact backed by supreme Court judgments and thus cannot be renamed under the guise of delineating ward as this is not part of the job of INEC, in any case where INEC is to re-delineation or create new wards on this land and others they must retain the legally recognised names of the lands and communities.
iii) RA 03 BENUKRUKRU/KENYAGBENE
We observed fictitious names and communities as well as renaming of existing legal communities for instance, Bakokodia(Omadino Land), Olajiko Creek (Omadino Land), Abiteye being rename as Keyagbene etc.
Furthermore we observed the importation of communities like Urejusinsin, Deli Creek from Warri North Local Government Area to create units to make up this ward.
iv) RA 04 DIEBIRI
We observed the use of Egbokodo, Inorin, Ode-Itsekiri, Ugbodede lands all in Warri South Local Government Area and Aja-Omamuminogho, Omadino, in Warri Southwest as well as Aladja in Udu Local Government Area.
v) RA 05 EGWA
We observed all nine (9) unites utilized in creating this ward are all a renaming of Ode-Itsekiri land the ancestral home of the Itsekiri people in Warri South.
We also observed that INEC went against her own guidelines by creating a ward with just 9 unites
vi) RA 06 IKEREMO/IZANSA-IJELEJELE
We observed fictitious names and communities as well as renaming of existing legal communities for instance, Egbokodo, Ode-Itsekiri, Inorin communities, in Warri South Local Government Area were all renamed and taken to Warri Southwest to create this ward. Again places like Christmas camp and others where rename to none existing names while Ebisinegbene was imported from Burutu Local Government Area into Warri Southwest Local Government to creating this ward as shown in the coordinates provided by INEC. Furthermore this particular ward was created with just eighteen (18) Units.
vii) RA 07 ISABA
We observed fictitious names and renaming of existing legal communities for instance, Ikpisan, Aja-etan Ifie, Ode-Itsekiri and Inorin communities in Warri South Local Government Area were all renamed and taken to Warri Southwest to create this ward, as shown in the coordinates provided by INEC. Again the word Isaba used in naming this proposed ward as created by INEC is inappropriate and has no relationship whatsoever with the names of these communities and units making up this ward and as such should be rename to reflect these aboriginal communities Furthermore this particular ward was created with just thirteen (13) Units.
viii) RA 08 KOKODIAGBENE
We observed fictitious names and renaming of existing legal communities, where for instance, Bakokodia, Jones Creek, Okpomu all in Omadino land and Abiteye Deghele lands in Warri Southwest were stolen to create this ward and credited as Ijaw wards, as shown in the coordinates provided by INEC. Again the word Kokodiagbene used in naming this proposed ward as created by INEC is inappropriate as the legal name of the area is Bakokodia.
ix) RA 09 KUNUKUNUMA
We observed fictitious names and communities as well as renaming of existing legal communities for instance, Egbokodo, Ode-Itsekiri, communities, in Warri South Local Government Area were all renamed and taken to Warri Southwest to create this ward. Again places like Christmas camp, Katu and others where rename to none existing names, while majority of the Communities forming units were all duplicated and imported from Burutu Local Government Area into Warri Southwest Local Government to create this ward as shown in the coordinates provided by INEC.
x) RA 10 KURUTIE
We observed fictitious names and communities, as well as renaming of existing legal community, for instance, Aja-Pepe Omadino land in Warri Southwest was renamed to create part of this ward, while majority of the Communities forming units were all duplicated and imported from Kalagu Camp Forest in Burutu Local Government Area into Warri Southwest Local Government to create this ward as shown in the coordinates provided by INEC.
xi) RA 12 OGBE-IJOH
We observed fictitious names and communities, as well as renaming of existing legal communities, for instance, Market road, Wari-Sapele road, Ugbori, Mcciver Market, Ode-Itsekiri all of Warrim South Local Government Area were all renamed and imported into forming this ward in Warri Southwest local Government Area, while some of the Communities forming units were all duplicated and imported from Burutu Local Government Area into Warri Southwest Local Government to create this ward as shown in the coordinates provided by INEC.
xii) RA 14 OKERENKOKO
Our investigation revealed the use of illegal names in naming the ward and units, where Okerenghigho has been renamed as Okerenkoko ward and Norman Creek as a unit for instance and as revealed by INEC coordinate search was given many different fictitious names alien to the area.
Worthy of note is the deliberate annexing of Ode-Itsekiri land where Norman Creek is located into creating units and placed under a fictitious ward name of Okerenkoko. Names like Norman Creek Ode-Itsekiri land, Ijaw Fishing camp Ode-Itsekiri land, Inorin Fishing Camp, Orugbo and Oteghele Omadino land where all renamed, duplicated and imported from Warri South Local Government into Warri Southwest to create this ward. Also names like; Kalagu Camp, Gbekebor, Obotebe, Ekorogbene, Bombatobo, In Burutu Local Government Area, where all renamed, duplicated and imported from Burutu outside Warri Southwest Local Government Area. While Aladja, Oleri, Ujevwu Ovwian, Ughisi, Egeregere all of Udu Local Government Area and Akperhere, Okuemor, Otuama, Obusu, Egbo-ide all of Ughelli South Local Government Area where all renamed, duplicated and imported from outside Warri Southwest Local Government Area to create this ward.
xiii) RA 15 OKOROWARE
This ward was created from fifty percent (50%) Ode-itsekiri and fifty percent (50%) Isaba, yet was duplicated into eleven (11) Communities or Units while wards with over a hundred (100) community and units remained as one ward. The aboriginal names of the community shown by INEC coordinates was altered renamed and replaced by fictitious names alien to the area. The name (Okoroware) used in the naming of the ward is totally strange and not related to the land mass of the area.
xiv) RA 16 OPORAZA /MASEIKUMOR
Here we observed a duplicate of names already captured as communities/units under Aja-udaibo, Ogidigben and Ugborodo being repeated or duplicated to for a new ward under a different ward name. The name Oporaza joined with Amaseikumor used in naming this ward already existed separately as a name of a ward as Oporaza. The name Oporaza/Amaseikumor used in naming this ward has no relationship with the names of the communities/units forming this ward thus it is alien to the area. Communities such as Madangho, Kpokpo, Ajudaibo, Jaghala, Ubagboro and Uremure-Yokri all Itsekiri communities where all renamed, duplicated to create this ward.
Bright Omaghomi (4th left) Mrs. Tsaye Mene (5th left) Chief (Barr.) Robison Ariyo (middle) & other members of Warri Reclamation Thrust, shortly after the presentation
xv) RA 17 OPORAZA
Our investigation showed a duplicate of names already captured as communities/units under a different ward name being repeated or duplicated to for a new ward. The name Oporaza used in naming this ward has no relationship with the names of the communities/units forming this ward thus it is alien to the area. Communities such as Saghara, Demster-point, Kpokpo, Ubagboro and Uremure-Yokri Aja-Titon all Itsekiri communities where all renamed, duplicated to create this ward.
WARRI NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA
i) RA 01 ABADIGBENE
Our investigation here (using the coordinates as always) reveal that all the communities/units used in the creation of this ward were all hundred percent 100% itsekiri communities of Ebrohimi, Obeda, Old Nana Town, Okoromadu and Adagbrasa Creek.
These communities of Ebrohimi, Obeda, Old Nana Town, Okoromadu and Adagbrasa Creek were all renamed with fictitious names and duplicated. The name Abadigbene used in naming this ward is alien to the area and communities making up this ward.
Note also that this ward contain just nine (9) units
ii) RA 04 ASANTUWAGBENE/ASISABUBOTIE/IDEBAGBENE
The aboriginal names of the community shown by INEC coordinates was altered, renamed and replaced by fictitious names alien to the area. The names Asantuwagbene/Asisabubotie/Idebagene used in the naming of the ward are totally strange and not related to the land mass of the area and aboriginal names of the communities that make up this ward.
Worthy of note is the fraudulent renaming of itsekiri communities like Ebrohimi, Koko, Ureju, Oroke Creek, Palmas place, Bresibe, Gwato Creek (Dudu Town), Duppen point (Dudu Town) etc with fictitious names to reflect ijaw names that are not in existence. Even in the instance of creating any such ward, such ward must retain the aboriginal community names of the area.
iii) RA 05 AWAMBA
Our investigation revealed that all communities/unites used in the creation of this new ward were all imported from Ondo state and not located in Warri North or any part of the Warri Federal Constituency in Delta State.
The aboriginal names of the community like Agborogbenakuku (Ese-odo ONDO STATE), Agborogbenakuku (Ese-odo ONDO STATE), Agborogbenakuku (Ese-odo ONDO STATE), Sobo Camp (FOREST), Odolosemo Creek (Ondo State), Odolosemo Creek (Ondo State), Ese-odo ONDO STATE, Ese-odo ONDO STATE shown by INEC coordinates were altered, renamed and replaced by fictitious names alien to the area. The names Awamba used in the naming of the ward is totally strange and not related to the land mass of the area and aboriginal names of the communities that make up this ward.
iv) RA 08 EGBEMA
Our investigation showed a duplicate of names already captured as communities/units under a different ward name being repeated or duplicated to for a new ward. For example Adagbrasa was duplicated and renamed, majority of the communities making up this ward were all renamed with fictitious names to reflect an ijaw name, some of the communities where also imported from Ondo State, for example, Awamba ( Ondo State), Binibiagbene (Ondo State), Tikagbene (Ondo State), Asiboro (Ondo State), Odolosemo Creek(Ondo State), koropingbene (Ondo State), Asiboro Ese odo (Ondo State), Ekpuba Ese odo (Ondo State), Ese odo (Ondo State), Agborogbenakuku Ese odo (Ondo State), Itagbene, Ago-atilabo Ese odo (Ondo State), koropengbene (Ondo State), koropengbene (Ondo State),AdoloseImo Creek(Ondo State)
while other community/units were imported from Edo State, example; Abere (Edo State), some other communities/units were located in the middle of the river and forest with no structure of habitat, example; Sobo Camp (River), Bagbenka (Creek), Ago Egure (river), Bagogo (River), Ologbeh (River), Adabrassa creek, furthermore some Ilaje communities where rename for ijaw names to make up this ward.
(v) RA 10 ITAGBENE
The aboriginal names of the community shown by INEC coordinates was altered, renamed and replaced by fictitious names alien to the area. The names Itagbene used in the naming of the ward is totally strange and not related to the land mass of the area and aboriginal names of the communities that make up this ward.
Worthy of note is the fraudulent duplication of names/communities and the renaming of these itsekiri communities like Old Nana Town, Obreda, Bagogo, Ewoye etc with fictitious names to reflect ijaw names that are not in existence. Even in the instance of creating any such ward, such ward must retain the aboriginal community names of the area. All community/units that make this newly created ward are all itsekiri communities and land.
(vi) RA 13 OGBINBIRI
The aboriginal names of the community shown by INEC coordinates was altered, renamed and replaced by fictitious names alien to the area.
The names Ogbinbrir used in the naming of this ward is totally strange and not related to the land mass of the area and aboriginal names of the communities that make up this ward. Our investigation showed a duplicate of names already captured as communities/units under a different ward name being repeated or duplicated to for a new ward...
I'm almost speechless. This is how governments and government agencies cause problems in communities. There are advanced tools that can be used to avoid these kinds of errors. Google Map, GPS systems and more.
I remember it was the movement of the headquarters of one of the Warri LGAs to Ogbe Ijoh that triggered community crises back in the day due to a Federal Government error.
WizardOfNG: Real talk baba. Look at the 9 serial kidnappers gunned down, out a crew of 11, at Ladipo in Mushin Lagos who are all from the SE, to in include a nollywood actor, who specialised in murderous criminal activity in Lagos away from their SE domain. Only them and Fulanis operate like that.
No Yoruba gangs troubling Abuja and no Tiv or Urhobo organised criminality troubling the North because today, and factually, the master of exported criminality in Nigeria are Igbos and Fulanis.
The reason they reject the likes of Soludo, Umahi, Igbokwe, Nwabufo etal as leaders or voices to follow is because the world view leanings of those guys charge Igbo to be peaceful, humble and respectful partners in development to others.
That message does not sit well with most of them as the ethno-religious bigots and "winner takes all" supremacists most of them are..
They prefer the instructions of hate preachers like Kanu who tell them the problem is with "outsiders" and that Igbos are God's own chosen and superior 'Jews' ordained to "dominate" others as their forefathers like Azikiwe and Charles Onyeama preached.
For over six decades now, the script has not changed. It is the same predictable cycle of Igbos always listening to their hate preachers and ethnic supremacist to then suffer catastrophic losses.
I don't see the status quo changing anytime soon because the abberancy is genetic and that is something nothing can cure for those who understand the science.
@WizardofNG Absolutely well said.
I've just re-edited my post here that you just quoted and added that 2014 Thailand Police investigator's viral video as well.
You can ALSO head on to Page 1 to see the 4 videos I posted which includes the July 2024 arrest of these South East of Nigeria kidnappers in Ijebuland (Ijebu Igbo) for the 2024 burial in a shallow grave of the kidnapped Yoruba agribusiness investor and another man. 7 of them were eventually arrested.
Back in the 2010s, some South East of Nigeria kidnappers and robbers were using Ghana as a base to attack Lagos and Ogun States BUT the gallant Police teams were able to take down some and arrested the rest. It's the same they are doing in Ghana for over 15 years now and the Ghanaians have said they have had enough of these heinous crimes largely done by Ibos whose names are known after getting arrested yet some of the paid trolls and posters live in denial gaslighting and claiming FALSELY that it's other Nigerians such as the Yoruba folks that are given Ghana impressions about them which is FALSE.
Many Ghanaians still live in Nigeria and know a lot about Nigerians with many such as President John Mahama who lived in his step-mother's Yoruba town of Offa in Kwara State, and the main opposition leader Dr. Alhassan Ayariga having lived and schooled in Nigeria which is why he bluntly called the Ibos out in the viral video interview he had on Ghana TV this July 2025 while emphasizing that the Hausas and Yorubas have lived peacefully for centuries with Ghanaians unlike the more recent migrants from the East of Nigeria. With just a simple Google search you can easily find out the ethnic identities or origins of people.
The Thailand Police investigator who bluntly made the 2014 viral video comments 11 years ago BELOW about the heinous activities of the South East of Nigeria hard drug traffickers and drug barons largely from Anambra State in Thailand due to their relentless arrests at the airport and streets in Thailand as of 2014! He's NOT a Yoruba, Edo, Ibibio, Annang, Berom, Kataf, Efik, Ebiras, Igala, Kanuri or Hausa, BUT a Thailand Police investigator! Same in South Africa and several countries of the world especially in Africa and Asia thereby tarnishing the image of over 300 distinct ethnic groups of Nigeria who are innocent by just 1 tribe. Enough is enough.
Remember the so-called former "Eze Ndi Ibo" of Australia and the former "Eze Ndi Ibo" of Thailand were arrested by the Police in Australia and Thailand for being a drug baron, sponsoring hard drugs trafficking from Australia, and advanced fee fraud in Thailand. These stories are still online which brings me to the point that some of these former, now totally BANNED Eze Ibo who are selected from among so-called rich traders are into criminal or shady activities.
Tinder Swindler, Drugs or Football? It shows a drug trafficker from the South East of Nigeria being interogated in 2014 by a Thailand Police investigator who from the timestamps 5:00 and 9:00 bluntly called out the "I*o" tribe as the BIGGEST CURSE of Nigeria and Africa in that same 2014, because of their many relentless hard drug trafficking and more into Thailand.
This is a VERY inappropriate behavior from the guy who tried to fly to the United Kingdom with a fake Ghanaian passport. BUT the Ibo female YouTuber in the video disingenuously tried to deflect attention from the guy's tribal identity by incorrectly and IRRESPONSIBLY claiming that Muhammad is a Hausa name when infact it's an Arabic name while Ogbonna is CLEARLY an Ibo name of the Ibo tribe who alleged he was born in Enugu State (which the female YouTuber tried to hide under the umbrella of a Nigerian while ranting on about being tired of crimes by "Nigerians" when she perfectly knows FULL well that most of the heinous crimes for over 15 years now in Ghana committed by those arrested by the Ghana Police are done by bad people from the South East of Nigeria living in Ghana). The brutally honest Governor Soludo too spoke in a viral video about this issue of 99.99% of his South East kinsmen being arrested for crimes in Anambra recently.
Out of over 300 distinct ethnic groups in Nigeria, the actions of just 1 tribe out of the over 300 should NEVER be used to tar other innocent ethnic groups or spoil global opportunities for them like this 1 tribe is doing from Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Thailand, India, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Seychelles Brazil, Singapore, China, Cambodia, Vietnam Sierra Leone, etc.
I forgot to post this news 5 days earlier when it broke. The newly signed Cybercrimes Act in Nigeria is already in full swing. Be guided and do NOT post irresponsible FALSE rumors or DELIBERATELY fabricated disinformation online.
Akwa-Ibom State have 2 Obolo LGAs that are Eastern Obolo and Ibeno LGAS.. The State have 5 Oro LGAs that are 1. Mbo, 2. Oruk/Anam, 3. Urue/Offong/Oruko 4. Oron, 5. Okobo.
The Oron elders and leaders submit endless documents to INC that they are Obolo Ijaw people and must be added to Ijaw Republic Map and INC the Apex Socio Cultural Organization of the land tell us to add them to Ijaw Republic Map.
Their IYC leaders in Oron worry us serious on it too. Making 7 LGAs..
The number 8 one is of two halves... 10 Opobo Ibani villages in Ikot Abasi LGA and Half of Ukanafun LGA that have Ndoki Ibani Ijaw villages.
Half plus half equals to 1 thereby Ijaw having full 8 LGAs in Akwa-Ibom State.
DitariIzon: The Ijaws of Akwa-Ibom are asking for a State. They were unjustly balkanized into Akwa-Ibom State.
Remove Ijaws of Akwa-Ibom and Akwa-Ibom becomes landlocked and would be quickly removed from oil producing State.
Half Ukanafun and half Ikot Abasi LGAS are Ijaw too.
Both Ibani Ijaws.
Obolo State we believe in. Ijaw our past present and future.
@General Ditari.
I wonder if you have seen the video right BELOW from the entire Ibibio ethnic nationality representatives who say that Ijaws are just settlers on Ibibioland. Interesting times ahead.
IBIBIO DELEGATES OPPOSE PROPOSED OBOLO STATE AT SOUTH-SOUTH CONSTITUTIONAL PUBLIC HEARING
DitariIzon: Look at these two portraits. How does this child look like me? He is two months old here and I just took the picture some few minutes ago where I was collecting fresh air at one shade.
Interesting. It's either he's yours or not.
He could have picked the good looks from his maternal side of the family. But looks are NOT enough. If in doubt, do another DNA test especially in Lagos State where credible sources exist.
Toruibestate: Still not perfectly perfect but at least atleast it's not easy to come this far at this age without being born with a silver spoon and in a country like Nigeria It's laudable.
FINALLY, have you seen this, the Ibibios of Akwa Ibom State have spoken loud and CLEAR.
IBIBIO DELEGATES OPPOSE PROPOSED OBOLO STATE AT SOUTH-SOUTH CONSTITUTIONAL PUBLIC HEARING
DitariIzon: I wasn't born with a silver spoon. 2 days time (August 2) I would be 27 years, I have a daughter, a son, a wife and have a stable income coming from my own personal company that I'm the boss and have employees of which I started the company myself and it now pays in millions annually.
I am well recognized in my whole tribe Ijaw as a youth leader and can enter anywhere Ijaw Nation leaders are gathering in Ijaw Nation or world-wide.
Please Rate my progress in life?
@General Ditari.
So this is the 26+ in age, going to 27 guy calling himself a General? Do you know what it takes to be a General in any leading global Army?
I observed back in 2010 that every small Ijaw militant in his 20s likes to pride himself unnecessarily as a "General" which is lame.
Well you've done well for yourself with a young teenage wife and two kids and you are the boss of your business. Hope it's NOT illegal pipeline and oil bunkering you're doing there but legit business such as aquaculture and maybe other branches of agribusiness such as plantain plantations.
Monarch petitions IGP over alleged threat to life by Osun Speaker
The Alasi of Asi in Odo-Otin Local Government Area of Osun State, Oba Isaac Oyewale, has petitioned the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, over an alleged threat to his life by the Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Adewale Egbedun.
A leaked telephone conversation lasting about three minutes, allegedly between Speaker Egbedun and a family member of the monarch, has gone viral on social media.
In the audio, the Speaker, speaking in Yoruba, was heard hurling insults at the traditional ruler and threatening physical assault should the monarch attempt to enter his domain.
In the recording, the Speaker reportedly said, “This is Speaker Egbedun on the line. I want you to tell him, it seems the king is cursed. I was attacked, and he was talking rubbish. I’ve been avoiding him. If he comes to Asi, I’ll make sure he is beaten, his crown removed, and he is sent to Ilesa. If he is near you, let him hear this. What is my offence? He keeps disrespecting me and I’ve kept quiet. If he values his life, he should not come to Asi today.”
Reacting to the threat, Oba Isaac Oyewale said the incident stemmed from a minor accident involving a car belonging to one of his subjects and a vehicle in the Speaker’s convoy.
According to the monarch, “One of my subjects’ cars hit a vehicle belonging to the Speaker. Despite our pleas, the driver was arrested and taken to Ilesa, and later transferred to Osogbo. I got involved to intervene because both the Speaker and the individual are my subjects. But Egbedun has been misusing his power. He claimed I orchestrated an attack on him, which is false.”
The monarch further stated, “I have petitioned the Inspector General of Police, and I’m aware that action has been initiated. Nonetheless, my life is under threat. He even threatened to bathe me in my own blood. The abuse of power by Speaker Egbedun must be urgently addressed.”
Has it been proven that it's the young man's voice?... Because it's strange that the phone call was immediately recorded by the woman in the audio who picked up the phone call.
If that has been forensically authenticated, then he deserves to be duely sanctioned by his colleagues. The use of adjectives like that is unacceptable of a person in his position.
Although, the Yoruba folks historically respect age-based heirachy and kingship despite the centuries-long hybrid monarchical and republican cultural ideals of the people, if you persistently misbehave, Yorubas can be very ruthless and NEVER forgive if you don't change despite your age or status and will take revenge down the road.
There was a time when the phrase “Not Too Young To Run” surged through the Nigerian consciousness like a prophetic hymn. It was sung with conviction, recited with the fervour of daily adhkār, laced with hope and youthful defiance. But in hindsight, perhaps a more honest mantra would have been “Not Too Young To Ruin.”
The proof is no longer abstract. A former Youth Governor now dances with the EFCC, accused of plundering billions meant for the people. And just yesterday, the Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, barely past his 40th birthday, was accused in a circulating voice recording of threatening a traditional ruler. His own king. His own town. A 70-year-old man. In his words, he barked at the king: “Ogun maa fi eje Kabiyesi wẹ.” He assured: “Won a gba ade l’ori Kabiyesi.” He cursed: “Eranko lasan-lasan ni Kabiyesi.” He declared: “Ko ni da fun Kabiyesi t’iran-t’iran.” And many more missile-like utterances too caustic to repeat here.
I listened. And what poured from that tape was not just disgrace; it was a desecration. A violent evisceration of the codes that govern respect, culture, and public decorum. His language seethed with arrogance, soaked in the bile of impunity. The monarch, by reports, fled to Lagos for safety. Imagine that, a king exiled by a boy drunk on borrowed power.
Now pause. Think. If the third most powerful man in a state can, without hesitation, vow to unleash thugs on a traditional ruler, to slap him, to throw him into detention without cause, what then is the fate of the ordinary Osun citizen? When lawmakers morph into gang leaders, what scaffold remains to hold justice upright? When those entrusted with the gavel trade it for a whip, democracy loses its voice, and tyranny dons youthful skin.
A youth untamed is chaos in motion. Like a trigger-happy policeman with an AK-47, he is dangerous, directionless, and devastating. Compare that to George Finch, a 19-year-old who now leads Warwickshire County Council in the UK, managing a £2 billion budget. You would expect recklessness. Instead, you meet composure, seriousness, and public spirit. Traits sorely missing in our own domestically-grown, forty-year-old ‘youths’.
The English say, “A fool at 40 is a fool forever.” Let us hope, for the dignity of Osun and the soul of governance, that the Speaker does not become a living monument to that proverb.

Impressive.
It's good his colleagues have strongly taken action against him.

Adanambra1: Let me address Nigerian Men Categorically
2. Financially Able Men, Complaining of The Poor Quality of Available Ladies in the Dating Pool.
Men complaining of lack of marriage material. as one of the reason that Nigerian Men are hitting 40 saying they can not find quality Ladies
The crop of Ladies we find now in the society is a 100 percent reflection of the kind of men we have, you hear people like that Edo baba pablo calling Women Iron Condemn.
Let me take That Edo baba for Example. He encourages Men to get Married to Virgins, that an awesome advice, isnt it.
i am also a pro-chastity advocate... because i was . The bible said Marriage is Honerable. Bed undefiled.
The question is you, Uncle i must marry a VIRGIN. I hope you are staying a virgin also. real will always recognize Real.
looking for ideal woman in character and chastity. yet you as a man, you are living intentional living a promiscuous Lifestyle... because your funds can afford it. God is a jealous God he will not allow meet that good woman, even if you see her you will not trecognise her as a wife material. you Nigerian men looking for a God fearing Kim Kardashian. a holy ghost filled, good charactered Kim K
U want a woman to have a glowing skin clear complexion,
nice Curved Hips and Breast Clear Skin no acnes
she should be good in bed and yet she should be a humble virgin with a good character in one breadth you all men are Delusional
meet a guy today, next thing, he is pressuring you to come to his house
i shake my head for Nigerian Men
keep sleeping around with the loose women. but dont expect the good women to resurface suddenly in the body of an instagram model or video vixen. i think promiscious Nigerian men need to mole their own wifes and breath air into them gaskia.
its the delusional grandeur thinking for me... the crop of the transaction ladies you have in the dating pool now, is a result of the beast you all created.
imagine inthe early 2006,2009, 2011 a nigerian man on 2go or wherever will lure an innocent girl, buy her lunch and sleep with her, ghost her
he will go on a spree with 10 more girl free Bleep and she chop blocking. now in 2025 all those girls have all gone transactional
the age of high awareness on social media yahoo uprising odogwu menace etc
Interesting... But most relationships that aren't well defined or are without clear intentions have largely been transactional even before the year 2000.
SocialJustice: Did you see the part I wrote about poor and poorly educated people? They are the ones you're talking about here, educated and middle class people don't have babies they can't care for. It is the bottom of pyramid people that will always continue with odd lifestyle they can't support.
Aside financial constraints, Nigerian girls are becoming scary these days. How can one girl finish one big loaf of bread in one sitting? No be bandit be that?
On good information. a Recent Economic Sampling Survey Shows Men aged 30-39 years , Unmarried, and Never Married. in Abuja
Ladies there are a lot of Unmarried Men hitting their 40s, yet unmarried
ACCORDING to the sample Survey. Abuja was used only
The first reason was 1. Financial Constraints/Economic Reasons
2. Financially Able Men, Complaining of The Poor Quality of Available Ladies in the Dating Pool. Men Complaining of No Wife Material.
3. Men who have their own Baggage, e.g Addiction, Health Constraints, Spiritual Baggage, Character Deficiency. etc
Men are equally very Unhappy and worried about their Unmarried Status at almost 40s The difference is that men are not as Emotional as women, and they dont have the Menopause Scare, or better put, they dont have any business with menopause, that why they dont go on Social Media Rants
Nevertheless, the unmarried men without children also feel depressed or unhappy at some point
i will throw more light on this Thread later.
Dearest all. Kindly do not Spam this thread. Happy Deliberation.
