naijacutee:Nigerians are too proud to ride bicycles as an exercise, let alone to work. You'll be seen as a commoner. Lady, once you are back in Nigeria, we can form a clique of cyclists for health |
Who is a christian man? |
Parkac:You are the best. This information has helped my cousin a great deal. He would have wasted money applying for post jamb in a school he was not posted to |
These are exclusive of the pains you'll go through if you cannot provide evidence of your tax payments and et al |
The safest, fastest and surest means is to immigrate as a ghost. All these inhuman means still look like human means hence the flops |
lagmostkuit:*mok* *ee*. You got the look. How I like tough bad girls |
WWE Loses $50 Million on Stock Market thanks to Hulk Hogan Controversy |
This is no BIG deal. Global business processes have changed. Even Small and Medium businesses are sending their staff to training overseas. It all depends on the objective, mission and vision of your business. |
biodex:I am well pleased. Cheers |
biodex:Dude, take note of the bold words. The correct words are Their, Their, Were. Textspeaks have done worse to Nigerian students and graduates. |
RobinHez:Crazy dude meets horrible end. His invention wouldn't have made any positive impact to the world. |
Buhari be like: You see your life Emefiele be like: All correct sir |
I agree with APC presidency on this. The level of corruption by the immediate past regime was phenomenal. Public office holders were stealing with impunity as if it's their constitutional right. Come to think of it. The immediate past presidency should have nothing to fear if it had a clean bill of health |
My core value in life is "Do it Right". I can never tell a lie to save an organisation. It's tantamount to compromising integrity just to grab a job. I would rather not play the harbinger of lie to an organisation just for saving. I would also ask the interviewer why such a reputable organisation as theirs would want to go against business ethics, a trade symbol that will ultimately affect processes. |
dustydee:. By implication. That is means, he may not be expressly employed by appointment letter, his employment can be inferred. Ever wondered how one man-shops (businesses) in Nigeria manage their staff? Do you think employees in this sort of settings cannot prove their employment or seek redress in industrial court if their effort and human dignity are not upheld? Never think of allowing anyone you know try this in the hope of getting away just because he never gave appointment letter to any of his staff. |
dustydee:I tell you this, he is bound to pay, whether there was appointment letter or not. The action is deem implied. His employee can seek redress. Your empployee is not useful, even if he works for a day, pay him and let him go. |
Is Nigeria trying to impress the world at the expense of her citizens. Why didn't we use this money to settle workers' unpaid salaries? Families are suffering and wailing. I expected us to help ourselves before helping our neighbors. It still does not make sense to me. Happy citizens engender good neighborliness. This is no rocket science. |
Whizzcute:Irrelevant question. Direct this question to CCB – Is he in the U.S seeking help to take on BH or [i]in the U.S cos Obama invited him[/s]?/
Irrelevant question – [i]Any revelations yet as to financiers and sponsors of the Boko Haram insurgency?[/s] /
Not necessary in this US trip – [s]Don’t forget to ask if he already has a shortlist for his cabinet?[/s] /
Not necessary. Nigeria can start doing things differently if that will bring succour. Nigeria has never fared well under Ministers and Commissioners. These people help to bleed Nigeria dry. – Ask him about the economy and his plans on massive education of North East youths to defeat Boko Haram?[/s] /
Good question |
If you can read this, you have a strange mind too Can you read this? Only 55 people out of 100 can.. I couldnot believe that I could actually understand what I was reading. The phenomenal power of the human mind, according to a research at Cambridge University, it doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are, the the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in the right place. The rest can be a total mess and you can still read it without a problem. This is because theh human mind does not read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole. Amazing huh? Yeah and I always thought spelling was important! If you can read this forward it Op, you got "phaonmneal" wrong. Spelling it accordingly to the correct word would make yours a wrong word. |
dominique:Perhaps you are right. However, the selection team must have glossed-over his location as irrelevant. The first 2 interview panels did same. The last panel headed by the group head is a meticulous team which has the final opinion of an applicant. Their recommendation is final and they are bound to be very objective in their decision if the recruitment process is to be adjudged successful. As a group head of a company or selection panel, you have the prerogative of decision. The guy should come on in style. Personally, I see every rejection and failure as an opportunity to start over more intelligently. |
You can't knock me down with a feather. This will be a wild goose chase by Obama. If some Americans can reject LGBT, I wonder what makes Obama believed Nigerians could be coerced into accepting anomaly. |
The Interviewer might be doing you a huge favour, you could not see it. If the pay is not worth your distance from home vis-a-vis the office, it will be sheer evil to employ you. As desperate for a job as you are, trust me, at the long run your emotional state will affect the company's output. My former employer would never employ you (no matter your qualification) for a N100k pay if your distance is not among the neigbors and borders of Ikeja. Far areas like Sango Ota, Badagary, Ajah/Lekki, Apapa, Ayobo, Okokomaiko etc will not be shortlisted for interview unless the pay is from N150k. The company's office assistant was someone who lived in the neighborhood, who was ready to accept N30k. There are some employers with human feelings. We may not see it, sometimes when employers reject us for a reason based on our locations. Move on, it's not the end of life. It's all for good |
Imo girls are not wife materials. Imo men are crafty business men. These are all misconceptions. I wonder how it all started |
Sweet Jesus!!!! How does a FREE decoder better the lot of families in need of bread, shelter, clothing and security? |
You don't need peeps to advise you on this. You have to act smart to stay alive. That's what life entails. Personally, once my salary account is credited, I use my mobile platform to move 100% into my personal account in another bank instantly. Your mgt can freeze your salary account on alleged fraud in your department. |
I don't read books. They represent people's personal opinions. I detest when people's try to force their opinions down my throat. |
In as much as I condemn domestic violence in all ramification. Before you meddle into other people's affairs to the point of bringing it on social media with full pictures and real names, it's wise to double check facts from both parties to ascertain true issues. For goodness sake, this man has his rights to fair hearing before judgement. By law, he is only alleged to commit this civil crime. Op, as a concerned citizen, the right thing to have done would have been to follow the matter up with the police. If the man sees this thread and decides (if he knows you) to sue you for character assassination, I bet the so called baby mama will deny knowing you and ever having problem with her baby papa. However, some people deserve what befalls them. I have given up on human race |
The guy is a criminal. He goes by the name Okosun Bella...,or my whatsapp:09051077826 or U can call me on 08138202661 plsss note: don't call the one for whatsapp. The same guy who put up bb Q10 (probably stolen) on Mobofree for sale at N18,000. |
offspec:You don't have to remove scammer's pix, phone number, even address details on Internet forums. These people must be exposed to the world for intended victims to be wary. They scam both on and offline. Upload the pic, I will tweet it to my followers. These jobless fools deserve bullets to the head. Nobody should advise you to hide a despicable fellow. NL is an avenue to expose these crimes |
Odinkalu is likely contesting for president next regime, he wouldn't want the nascent wind of change of pay cuts to affect his ambition. I expected this learned professor to applaud the president's decision, embarrassingly, his opinion is against the common good. Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission is saddled with the responsibility of pay structure. As a servant leader, it's not a civil or criminal offence to request 50% pay cut from your pay package for common good. Prof Odinkalu should be courageous to applaud the decision of the presidency. Not trying to make it look as if the presidency goofs. |
Ephemmm:He knows what he wants. He is not commiting any crime by avoiding marriage at 32. Maturity is also doing things at your volition and convictions, not necessarily being talked to |
Ephemmm:At 32 years he does not have an accommodation of his own but has N600k in his account, perhaps to pursue his career. Right now he is either squatting with friends or living with parents/relatives who provide for his wants and needs. Maturity shows responsibility. Ability to pay your bills. Sometimes lending a hand to younger ones or extended family. This automatically prepares us to the demands of building our own homes. If he's a guy with the sole responsibilities to his survival, N600k is nothing after 30 calendars to get another pay check. Marriage at this stage will compound his problem. Let him be. You don't take a horse to the river and forces it to drink. Your advice will mean nothing if he has the conviction that he is not ready. |
