You might have a point but what about the situation where by he mahmud does his part but the rest failed. imagine in the Rac centre, the materials for the election were delayed till 2pm, those were trained were replaced and money for transportation and training allowance were not paid to the beneficiaries. the bvas machines had not data subscription but they have 100 airtime. You cant blame mahmud for everything.
