Obidients have launched vicious attacks against Tunde Onakoya in the past 24 hours because he visited President Tinubu.

1) Some accused him of being a fraud. They say that he does not really care about the kids, because if he cared about the kids he would hate Tinubu who caused their situation.

2) They say that he is only doing the NGO thing for fame and money.

And they have hurled all kinds of insults at him.

Not everyone who criticises Tinubu and APC is an ‘Obedient’ and by Obidient, I mean Peter Obi’s supporter.
It’s wrong to label these people ‘Obidient’. You are well respected here and too good to be playing this sort of politics.

Hundeyin David posted a distasteful comment about a deceased man the other day and the messenger of that horror was left and instead Peter Obi was tagged and horrible things being said about him.

Onakoya is an achiever and good soul who has been dedicating his finances, time and energy to change the world and I wonder why anyone would be saying bad things about him….apart from Obi, there are Atiku, El Rufai, Amechi etc…these people are also plotting to stop Tinubu in 2027….why are anti Tinubu/APC being tagged ‘Obidients’?

It’ll be hard to plead in her defence. There are simple processes involved in handling lost and found items.
There are boxes tagged to put them in once found. This lady would’ve locked up her personal stuffs in the changing room locker before wearing her work uniform and getting her cleaning stuffs. How did the bracelet land in her pulse? She’s shooting herself in the foot by claiming that one could be forgetful at her age!! If she’s so forgetful that she forgot the protocol to hand in lost and found items, then she’s not fit for her job anymore.

Igbos were not insulting the yorubas, stop being economical with the fact.
The Tinubus were disrespectful towards the Igbos. Remi Tinubu was rude and threatening to an Igbo man and Igbos during the election period, Tinubu said that wouldn’t see “bread soaked in tea” if Igbos didn’t vote him, Dele Aleke and Bayo Onanuga were writing and spreading ethnic slurs against the Igbos, Sanwo Olu was prompting Bola Tinubu to call Obi “importer and exporter”, following the embarrassing shock of the outcome of the presidential election votes in Lagos, Mc Oluomo started threatening Igbos not to come out to vote during the gubernatorial election.

You can play dirty politics but you can’t silence the Igbos.

Peter Obi’s presence didn’t have any impact on the outcome of the match. Obi isn’t in government, he isn’t the sports minister and he isn’t a member of NFF or patron of the Super Eagles.

Why should he be invited to take photos with the team? As what?
I don’t support APC and I’m anti Tinubu’s type of politics, uncontrolled greed and family interference in politics and the way they impose themselves on Nigerians but com on….Peter Obi should know better.
There are times that you’d have to use your God given sense to withdraw from certain engagements/interactions.

I am not a fan of Tinubu but I like the way he has handled most especially the North and their born to rule mentality. His working with Wike is a master stroke. Wike doesn’t send and I’m sure both men would deal decisively with the antics of the El Rufais, greedy and two faced, sycophantic Rotimi Amechi.

As for Obi my man, he should keep fighting but 3x Obi would not unsit Tinubu. Tinubu will win the next presidential elections hands down. El Rufai and some elements from the north would try the Jonathan treatment but Tinubu would have answers to that threats.

I have not contradicted myself. Sultan of Sokoto had called social media “a terrorist organisation” and VDM had made a video arguing that social media shouldn’t be regarded as such…a few days later someone claiming to be Arewa youth president made a video threatening VDM to retract his statement and apologise within 48hours. VDM’s response to the warning was to lash out at the Arewa president and then went on to blame northern Nigeria for most of the ills responsible for Nigeria’s under development. He also called them illiterates and uneducated.

I didn’t see any video where VDM insulted the Sultan.

I think his arrest is not unconnected with his recent spat with one Arewa youth president and his response to Sultan of Sokoto, then calling some northerners ‘uneducated’.

They wouldn’t come directly to confront him rather through some trumped-up charges.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has launched a comprehensive investigation into an alleged N1.3 trillion cryptocurrency fraud connected to the now-defunct digital investment platform, CryptoBank Exchange (CBEX).

According to the EFCC, the commission is collaborating with the International Criminal Police Organisation (INTERPOL) to trace local and international suspects involved in the massive scam and get back the monies of those who invested in the scheme.

CBEX, said to have been run by a group of foreign nationals in collaboration with Nigerian partners, abruptly shut down operations on Monday.

The sudden collapse left thousands of investors locked out of their accounts. Many reported waking up to find their account balances wiped, with the platform demanding further deposits before access could be regained.

EFCC spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, revealed that the commission had already begun investigating the platform prior to its collapse, based on credible intelligence reports.

“It would be very irresponsible and unprofessional of the EFCC to say you have lost your money and there is nothing the commission can do about it,” Oyewale said.

“We’re already working with Interpol and international development agencies to ensure that these people are brought to book. Investors are going to get their money back.”

“We had our intelligence before the incident. We were already working on it, but now that the scheme has collapsed, the major actors and their collaborators will be brought in,” he said on Tuesday.

He assured Nigerians that the EFCC is committed to exposing and dismantling Ponzi schemes like CBEX, highlighting that several similar operations are also under active investigation.

“Additionally, there are similar frauds across the country that people are unaware of, and we are working to uncover them. We are on the local collaborators while we are partnering INTERPOL to trace the foreign operators,” Oyewale added.
