As soon as money enters his hand, he starts funding some online app and start gambling.
We got married last year Nov.
We have needs and plans we agreed to achieve before the end of March. Which a better accommodation is one of our first goal. Our present accommodation is not ok at all.
On my own part, I'm saving to meet up with our Target, but I discovered, he has nothing. He collected contributions last month, over 200k. All that money wasted. He can't account for it.
January salary has entered, he has started wasting it again.

I'm expecting him to provide 300k at the end of this month. So, that when I sum it with mine, we can have over 600k. Get a decent accommodation and invest the rest.
We need to plan, save for our baby, but his attitude with money is not encouraging me.
The truth is, my husband is stressing me for lack of accountability.

The federal executive council (FEC) has approved N3,523,592,079 for projects under the ministry of aviation.

The projects include supply and installation of equipment at the Abuja, Lagos and Kano international airports.

Laolu Akande, the spokesperson to Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, said this at the end of the FEC meeting on Wednesday.

Akande, who spoke on behalf of Sirika Hadi, minister of aviation, presented a memo confirming the approvals for the contracts.

“There was also the memo presented by the minister for aviation, which got approval for the supply and installation of two sets of complete high-capacity passenger security screening systems for the Murtala Muhammed International Airports, Lagos and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja at the sum of N1,193,630,980,” Akande said.

“There was also approval gotten by the aviation minister for the supply and installation of airfield ground lighting materials for the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, and the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja and also the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano at the sum of N2,329,961,099.60.”

In November 2021, FEC also approved the sum of N28 billion for the total radar coverage project of the Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA).

Total radar coverage is an initiative towards enhancing civil and military surveillance of aircraft operating in the Nigerian airspace.

Why the FBI got me jailed on ‘trumped-up charges’—Olufolajimi Abegunde

Olufolajimi Abegunde, a Nigerian man arrested and convicted on wire fraud charges while pursuing his master’s at a US university, alleges that the Federal Bureau of Investigation framed him up and jailed him for offences he didn’t commit.


Recall that the 35-year-old founder of money transfer firm TranzAlert, according to this investigation, is calling for justice, accusing US law enforcement agencies of not only jailing “an innocent man” but also frustrating his efforts to get redress.

The investigative report says Abegunde was arrested after he harbored a Nigerian friend and banker whose pregnant wife was to have a baby in America. The banker, one Ayodeji Ojo, had opened a bank account using Abegunde’s US phone number and address. An “inadvertent” fraudulent transaction linked to that account got Abegunde into trouble.

However, a 2019 indictment published by the US Justice Department says the Nigerian man conspired with others to commit BEC fraud against US citizens, and then laundered the proceeds using his firm.


Abegunde denies the charges, saying he neither knows any of the alleged co-conspirators nor has he done any business with them. The indictment by the Justice Department was based on "lies," he states.

The FBI also accuses Abegunde of committing marriage fraud—that he was living with his divorced Nigerian wife in Atlanta while married to a US service member deployed to South Korea—"for immigration papers and health benefits.”


Speaking to Nigeria Abroad for the fourth time in two weeks from a prison facility in Tennessee, Abegunde continues to insist on his innocence, calling on American rights groups and the Nigerian government to intervene.

After his conviction in 2019, he filed an appeal citing “lack of evidence” and that not a cent was traced to him in the said fraudulent transactions. The appeal was first rejected and, when later heard, the court affirmed the initial ruling.
