I have plans of wedding my fiancée before she leaves Nigeria so it will be easier to join her in the US

Right now i am confused, i will appreciate any good advise on how to handle this situation.

I don't know any country that will give citizenship to someone who isn't in the country; check the requirements for the country. All countries list their requirements online. Some you've to stay for a certain period. It's up to you to permit or reject the opportunity
Juraj: My friend is attempting to get tourist Visa to a Schengen country, one of the requirements is proof of employment. He have tried with Offer Letter but it got rejected, when asked at workplace nobody seems to have Employment Contract either. When asked directly his boss, he is being told that there is only offer letter.
Are they trying to gaslight him or is it common practice to only get an offer letter ?

My Uncle who is a Citizen in USA filed to bring his wife in Nigeria whom he married in 2020 to the United States in that same year 2020.
Luckily after a very long wait time, the USA Embassy in Nigeria called the wife for interview after 2 years in the year 2022.
She went for the interview and was not given the Spousal visa or Green card or whatever they call it
They told her to get more evidence of their marriage as the Visa Officers were not convinced they were married.
They fixed her to come after 2 months from the first interview date.
Before the second interview date, my Uncle in USA fell terribly sick were he could not speak atall.
They could not communicate with themselves at this stage.
She went for the second interview after the two months and was not given visa again.
My Uncle's case got worse that he was even brought back to Nigeria in January 2023.
Now my question is this, in such case, can the wife still get the USA Spousal Visa on her own at this stage?
What can she do to still get the Spousal Visa from here?
My Uncle is still in Nigeria as we speak.
Experienced USA migration experts, what can she do?
Even if they grant her a visa; she can't enter USA without him being there so the answer is No. She should think of getting the man better then once he is able to travel back; continue her visa journey

In order to change jobs, a different process is followed. Not complying is a major cause of H-1B visas being cancelled/revoked.
Are you sure that's not an L1 visa; with H1-B the new employer has to just take ownership of the visa with fees. L1 is tied to the original employer and can't be transferred.

I think I could qualify for it.
Having to go to NY two times has both a time and money cost, that would make it impractical.

I have been married with 2 grown up kids for more than 2 and half decades, 2 months ago my wife got in contact with one of her secondary school classmate, someone she has lost contact with since they left school 3 decades ago.
So they started calling each other, though my wife told me about him and sometimes they talked on phone in my presence but later my wife will go to her room to talk with the guy, most times in the night.
This calls always excite my wife that I could hear her laughing and I begin to get jealous and I decided to get to know what they usually talk about.
They later moved to chatting on WhatsApp and will be doing call at night. I noticed my wife started making sure her phone isn't within my reach, making sure she didn't leave her phone carelessly. We both know each others phone password, One day I get access to her phone and I open her whatsapp. I noticed that my wife is flirting with the guy, the guy wil be refering to my wife as his wife but my wife usually won't respond to this, They were exchanging pictures, and admiring each others pictures.
The guy was proffesing love to my wife but wiffy won't reciprocate to this advances. Once a while I use to check wiffy's phone for any new development, and I find out wiffy use to send both money and airtime for data to the guy (my wife is into a lucrative business and money isn't her problem).
So one day a friend of mine send me a short porn video which I showed to my wife, she requested me to forward it to her, (I was surprised by this her request because she usually frown at porn), I sent it to her on her Facebook messenger instantly, but I was suspicious of what she wanted to do with the porn video. 2 days later she called me that she wanted to send the video to a female friend of her on WhatsApp but she didn't know how to forward the video from messenger platform to whatsapp.
I now forwarded the porn video to her on WhatsApp because I was curious what she wanted to do with the porn video, lol and behold my wife forwarded the video to this guy with a vulgar comment. I can't imagine my wife using the word 'toto', I have never heard this word from her I now find out that this guy has earlier sent to my wife a porn video which she later deleted. I was shocked by these discoveries. My wife that frowns at obscene words is now using one in a chat with a man and even exchanging porn with him.
Even some gift items I kept in the house, I discovered my wife gifted them to this guy. After these discoveries, I confront my wife with the evidence but she find it hard to deny and she said that she didn't know what she was doing with the guy was wrong that she didn't know the implications, She told me she did not have any sexual contact with the guy and she swear about this, but I find it hard to believe, though I didn't find any evidence of this in their chats, I am heart broken, this is a woman I trust so much, Though she begged me and told me she won't have contact with the guy again, but I find it hard to believe.
I plan to throw her out. Is this the best decision?

However, the years of suppressing my emotions – of jealousy, rejection, insecurity, being lied to – have left me broken. Sex (which we still occasionally do have) has become stressed: if I don’t perform enthusiastically, it will justify her seeking other lovers. Also, I am expected to remain sexually attracted to her, which gets more difficult when I know she’s been with someone else recently. We had frank talks when she offered to end her extramarital affairs and be monogamous with me – or plan how we might separate without affecting our children. We were both very upset, as we are very much still in love, and wish the sex side of our relationship wasn’t such a terrible mess.
But it has occurred to me that I am emotionally and sexually broken after this past decade. If I was single again – or my partner was to become monogamous with me again – I don’t think I would be a viable person to be in a relationship with. I have this junior colleague that has been with the company for 8years(long before i joined cos i have only been there for 2+ years), he is experienced and good at his job. But yesterday i caught this guy trying to steal two pieces of 70ah batteries, it really broke my heart because he can not even sell this things for up to 100k. I have tried everything in my capacity to make sure those working under my dept enjoy every benefits that are due to them; from hazard allowance, overtime, and so on. I sign all this allowance without asking questions even when sometimes some of them are questionable. I was doing all this so that nobody has any reason to steal and they have small change to augment their salary. Personally i hate theft and frown at it and they all know it cos i keep preaching against this at every meeting, and if i escalate this to the management at the HQ in Lagos, he might be sack without benefits after 8 long years and he is a family man.
Though I have scold him and told him he would hear from me by Monday morning, the truth is given the situation I don't know what to do with this guy.

So I want to know what his chances are before we start the process, if they accept third class. And is there other schools that do aside Lincoln?
With a good GRE score yes you can do masters in some schools in USA but I've not heard of Lincoln University so I don't know if it's one of these Unis that the embassy won't give you visa for
