He still is. No scientific body has come out to say that the Virus stays with you for life, infact researchers are still trying to learn about the virus. MagicBishop however has decided to "guess" that because someone was infected with the same virus again it immediately means that it stays with you for life. No research done, no source of information provided. What if the virus wasn't treated properly the first time? What if a different mutated strain had infected the person. Unlike you I only follow facts, if you like keep following MagicShop and his baseless comments, your prerogative. But I'd advise you not to be an idiot and look for the facts before you endanger your loved ones due to your gullibility.
