Boyepepo:Toks at that price will be a TALL ORDER! However, i believe in miracles. |
Boyepepo:Specify either TOKS or Naija used. |
Heffalump:Regardless of the time, the most important thing is for you to be realistic in your expectation. Dont expect some dramatic price drop especially for competitive cars like toyota/Honda. There is still a "blue book" value for all cars. While price might ease up, its not like its going to be like 50% drop. Because, any info in naija get twisted in a very wrong direction. Good luck in your search. |

coolrose:i beg to differ. What do u call this ridiculous offer? Even a Naija used cant go for that much. Price with intelligence so that people can take u serious. @ poster, Pls post the VIN for the car. |
mahal:Suit yourself pal. ![]() |
bimbor:Why do u have to say that? Its better than catching the bus any day. ![]() |

this cant be a '98 ![]() |
Ask them where their headquarter is and go and inquire yourself ![]() |
Just looking for any NL'er in the Jacksonville Florida Area. Will be visiting in few days. |
I cant understand why you regret not buying a leather. What does leather got to do with the functionality of the car? Or your friends are beginning to make u feel inadequate? Just enjoy your ride pal! |
Fhemmmy:Don't lets derail this threat. Just came back from Ghana. Spent 2 months there. You have my e-mail. |
Fhemmmy:Me? Mine is: promise72@yahoo.com |
Fine. Why not provide the VIN. You can sell at any condition that suits you. |
Kafin:I am not sure what u mean by "proper way to import used engines". Let me start by asking of your location at the moment. Which country are you in now? Sending engines to Nigeria is no long thing. Just put it in container and send it. You can always make up a dummy company (or register one properly) if you will be doing it constant. The receipt from your company will guide the engines through Nigeria police check points with no problem. Let me know if you have any further question(s). |
is this interior supposed to be for a civic though? |
Cressida is one of the most durable cars out there. As always, it all depends on the maintenance. Wish u speedy sales!!! |
sultaan:I was really watchful of the condition of the unit before i bought it. Some dealers wont even guarantee any electrical part for the fear that the fault might be with the car itself (if there's is an electrical problem with the car) so you wont get a guarantee. You own it once you paid for it and step outside the door. But what i am trying to understand is that how do you pick up a part on Wed. afternoon, install it in the car immediately when you got it (cos you drove the car to my friend's office). Then you have a problem, you didn't even bother calling my friend back to register your concern (at least you paid him) nor call me or text me (you have my number). You find it easier though to go and pay for another one? And this supposed to be a part that you have been searching for almost 4 months? !!!! Within 2 days?Only to make a posting 2 days later? That doesn't even begin to define sincerity in my book, i beg to differ. |
Dear Mr. Teddy, Goodday. I will have to say that this transaction will for a long time remind me of why i need to be very careful in doing business in Naija. To tell you the fact, i wish i never really stepped into the matter. I tried very hard to get hold of this item as soon as you put up your request few months back. This part is about $1200 from the dealer. I was able to get it down to Lagos for around $300 (N50,000) all inclusive. Buying, shipping to me here in the US and shipping to you in Naija. I was outside the US in Sept. and Oct. hence couldn't get much done when the part was stuck in transit for about 2months until my friend finally got it on Nov. 3rd. I notified you rightaway. Then some funny things happened: You didn't pick up the part until Nov. 11th in the afternoon. That doesn't seem like someone who seems to need it very urgently. You called my friend many times with reasons why you cant make it to VI. Also a lady called on your behalf wanting to drop by my friend's office to pick up but she doesn't have the money on her ![]() I was very suspicious of what was going on. You picked up on Wed. 11th afternoon with the vehicle that needed this part. You inspected and compared the item with yours. You came with 3 other guys to my friend's bank. Now 2 days later, you posted that its a bad unit and that it was from a flooded car! How do you know? The car you are trying to use this thing for is posted on the link below. It has a flood damage (from the CARFAX). https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-295550.0.html Please compare the picture of the parts side by side and you will notice the following differences: You can see that the sticker on your is not as white and clear as mine. The case on mine is more shining that yours. (Mine wouldn't shine like that if there has been a water damage.) The black area plastic is clean. The sticker is white. Unlike yours Mr. Teddy, Point blank, i don't think you were sincere in this transaction at all. I told you that you dont have to pay for it if you dont like it. You didnt even call my friend back if you have an issue with the car on your way home. You drove the car there with your mechanic and friends. Only to post something 2 days later. You didn't even send me email or call me. I tried my best for you to the bottom of my heart. Good luck.

shola75:Which is very fine. You are entitled to set your sale conditions. But do you think the buyer deserves to have a VIN number at least to make a decision on whether to go ahead with the purchase though? |
shola75:If you decide to make the sale price a secret that is your choice. Can you at least post the VIN number though. At least that is a REQUIREMENT!!! |

Dont trouble urself. Any receipt from a Nigeria dealer/store will do at checkpoint. ![]() |
u forgot to say the specs u are looking for |
pics? a picture is worth a 1000 words. |
Shipping a vehicle by air fright requires a special type of plane that you open the nose or from back. its different from regular passanger planes which you just load unto the belly of the plane. i am not sure its available to naija. why not ship ocean from east coast and it will be there in 3-4weeks see pics
|
Fhemmmy: iyk1:Ok. I have desided to let it rest. Before i do though, i forgot to ask my last question: Why is the back windows tinted in the first pics and not in the rest of the pics? Just a thought. ![]() But dont mind me, i just trying to spoil market. |
Ok. Sir. but you forgot to answer the questions. |
I wasn't gonna reply you but i figure out that why not? You are still claiming that the 1st picture and the rest of the pics are the same? Hmmmmmmmmm Let me ask you the following questions: Why is the 1st pics alloy wheels and the other regular steel wheels? Why is there a white line stripping on the 1st pics showing on the right and its missing on the left side? Where is the yellow chalk writing on the back window of the first pics and missing on the rest of the pics? The first pics below the ALTIMA name at the back has another small sticker there (Usually its the dealer's name/logo). Why is it missing on the other pics? And you are saying that im trying to "spoil market" for you? Or are you already spoiling your own market? Once again, better luck next time!!!!! |
azubyky:With that options, it will raise your price to $32,000. Grade 1 vehicle. Send me email. Have some offer and pics for you. |
