that's is why am saying it can work only if the parties involved can sacrifice...e.g by traveling to see eachother on weekly or monthly basis can help them secure their relationship and increase sense of trust among them

Please I need geniue advice urgently on business as I can invest.

I had plans to start up a pharmacy in Ilorin and has been on the look out for a shop. The agent I contacted called me up yesterday on the availability of a shop which I inspected.

The problem now is that the shop is in the main town, the rent is placed at 300k per annum but first payment now is 370k and the likely hood of good sales is 60-70%.

I am not a pharmacist and I dont want to run a patent medicine store. With the inquiries I made, the PSN need to approve the location after inspection, i need a pharmacist to register the business and manage it e.t.c

All this will take months to get done if I happen to pass other hurdles as a non-pharmacist.

While I continue with my investigations and possible registration of the pharmacy, I need to secure the location and mind you the rent will be going while i await paper works etc.

Thus I need urgent suggestions on another profitable business to switch to considering the amount paid on rent.

Please I dont want online business... I want to run a physical shop even though I will use social media to promote the business if required.

Budget is the range of 2-5 M.

Good evening. Please I need help, I have being coughing for up to four years now and it isn't giving any sign that it will go any time some.

I have done all tests that could reveal what the problem is but till date, I haven't gotten any solution. The cough started January 4, 2015 and till now, it hasn't gone. I have also done HIV test inclusive of the tests I carried out and it's negative.

I have used all drugs including traditional drugs. All recommended drugs I have used but no cure. My doctors are tired of me because 80% of my visit to the hospital is because of cough. I have being embarrassed severally due to this cough.

The only funny thing about this cough is that when I sleep at night, I will never cough throughout the night until I wake up in the morning. This has been the case for the past 4 years. Sometimes, after coughing for so long and I get tired, I just go to sleep and I will be fine. But once I wake up, it starts again.

Please anyone with valuable information on how I can get cure for this cough. I'm fed-up coughing for 4 years and still ongoing.

Please mod, help me push this to the front page. This is getting out of hand for me.

The challenge with marrying someone from poor background is one never knows if she is marrying just for the money and what she will manifest if the money peradventure dries. Just like a niaja guy dating a white lady. I heard of someone who trained a girl in school, trained her and her two siblings in vocational skills, yet she left over a flimsy excuse. Probably because she never loved him anyway but was just hanging around for the money for her family all the while.


Also her family financial burdens becomes his while has no go-to from her side when in financial stress.

Also there is a subliminal class war between the rich and the poor which can, if both partners are not mentally and emotionally matured enough, lead to mutual negative bias, ego clashes and inter loathing bringing psychological strain on both parties. All these happens at a subconscious level and both partner may not even know why they quarrel over trivialities soo long the marriage has to crash.


However, genuine people from poor background abounds. Soo test all spirit. Personally I believe a girl who can't give a guy money is not in love with him so the main test of a womans love is if she can spare her money for a guy but how can one conduct such test when the girl does not have money?


Beyond all these, he that findeth a wife................obtains favour from the lord.. So dont find a girlfrenemy and take as wife o.

That's the usual desire of the rich and poor and in reality its usually rich to rich. In terms of upgrade, how can a lady Fromm from poor background upgrade to entice or attract someone like Dangote's son? Such kind off union between rich and poor are just mainly by luck. Many parents from rich background even warn their children especially daughters not to near poor guys. Why do you think is part of the main reason send them to costly schools? Sometimes the guys break out from parental control/induced ideologies and marry whoever. For ladies, not so easy.

The internet is such a wonderful platform for knowledge for those who know how to use it. I remember the first time i raised poultry, i didnt have any mortality and the female seller told me how i achieved that. I told her i got the knowledge from the internet.
I am not downplaying the importance of experience but someone new especially if he is very knowledgeable could be more successful than an experienced farmer especially if the person is ambitious.

If you have a land @op, Go into industrial crop farming or poultry if you live in a big city with half of your money.
