Anyone going to Uni of Leeds September ![]() |
Hi all, can I enter the US via a different state than what was entered in the DS160? Will border control question me on that? Thanks |
Hi all, I have an interview coming up on Monday in the UK, my intended date of arrival when i first filled in the DS 160 form was June 2024 but could not land an interview around that time, do i amend my intended date of arrival in the US to reflect the new date i have chosen in December? if yes will it reflect by monday? or do i just leave it like that or it is quite late to make any changes? Thanks |

Gurus in the house, I’ve been trying to book a Schengen visa appointment for days but I can’t seem to find any. Does anyone know how I can land one? |
Lexusgs430:Oga I tried reaching you about your tv package thing. But your line seems inactive. Anyway to reach you? |
Oga Lexusgs430 I’ve been trying to get through to you for the tv activation and subscription package but your number on your page seems inactive. |
Sunexy:Way early. My cousin’s bio was November last year and he’s still waiting. Don’t know why they’re treating applications from Africa this way. |
Sunexy:When was your bio date? |
Pristinegold:Ok. We share the same bio date. Wanted to find out. |

oyin000000:Was it a visitor’s visa please? If I may ask |
Good morning house. Please is there anyone whose EEA FAMILY PERMIT visa expired due to covid? If yes what was the process of getting a visa replacement? Did you reapply or email home office for a replacement of visa? Thanks |
Monmarri:Please is your friend already in the UK or he’s yet to eNter. I have a cousin whose EU permit has expired as well and is confused if he’s to apply again or email the home office for a visa replacement. He’s yet to travel. |
onmyteflon:What type of visa please if I may ask? |
symbae kcfastshooter I was at TLS to submit my passport for replacement of visa vignette but they insist I have to include a reply mail from UKVI that the passport will not be collected without that. Unfortunately I haven’t received any reply after a month of sending a mail to the CIH@homeoffice mail. Did you have a similar problem? |
Atutupoyoyo long time. Hope you’re good bro. |
Symbae:Alright. Let’s wait till the week of 27/07 when they start working then. Thanks |
I find myself in the same situation. I emailed them mid June. I haven’t received any feedback as well. Keep me posted when you hear from them please. Symbae: |
DMainMan I beg to differ but I think that information on that website has to do with those already in the UK. Not those with visas yet to enter. Let me know if I’m wrong. Cause the information there says something different. |
Shercorp:They can’t prove the authenticity of your birth certificate due to the time gap. They only accept birth certificates registered within 6 months after your birth. Your best bet is to do a DNA to prove relationship with your sponsor. You’ll be fine with that. |
Hello, I’m applying for an EEA family permit, I I’m quite through but you see the part they ask you to provide your identity card, my first name on my ID card is misspelled as MANUELL whilst all my other documents bear my right name MANUEL (1 L) do I write a cover note that the disparity is an error and I’ve reached out to the appropriate quarters to correct it or or the Home Office overlooks such errors since all other details on the card refer to me and my other documents especially passport have my name with the right spelling. Please be as kind enough to help me out. Thanks. justwise giselle237 |

Hello House, I’m an EU citizen and applied for an EU family permit visa for a first dependent mid December and haven’t received a decision yet. I’m applying for a second dependent, the part where they ask whether I’ve ever sponsored anyone to join or accompany me to UK do I choose yes or no since decision hasn’t been made on the first one yet. Thanks |
