The full unity of the south is achievable. It is largely dependent on the SW. The SE and SS are united politically even though many of you in SW don't like this (pls don't pretend you do, we know you don't).

The East have voted the SW severally in the current uninterrupted democracy, the SW should be the biggest supporter of Eastern presidency, not even for the benefit of the East but in the interest of the SW. The earlier the SE gets it, the earlier the SW gets. It's a pity, but that's how the country is structured.
