Monogamy:He actually is. His body language and underground politicking tells us he is. Even the comments of his known minions here on this forum have confirmed he is. |
Nice one from PDP, don't make the mistake of zoning your presidential ticket until APC zones theirs. Emotional blackmail against the East will not work. Never have and never will. If it must come South, it must go to the East for equity and fairness, just the way it went to the SW in 1999. If Kite has perched and says the Eagles will not perch too, then it's wings will be broken. APC should zone the ticket East, then PDP will have no option and sit up. If APC zones to SW who have stayed 16 years in Aso rock, then easy ride for PDP, it will be zoned to North. Emotional blackmail to harangue the East in PDP to contest with the SW APC in the scheme will not work. We are in a tension-soaked, politically volatile multiethnic country that uses quotasystem and federal character to balance the polity. If it must come south it must go to South East who have not tasted power. That will be equity and fairness. Biri kam biri! Shikena! |
I don't know why guys are insulting the guy, Buhari's third term appears more realistic than a SW presidency. Since the SW don't believe in equity I don't see why they expect Buhari to believe in the same and step down. Buhari has the National assembly, he should start the process of enacting a third term into the constitution. Nothing will happen, if anyone protest you'll get arrested like Sowore. Stop being emotional and face reality. If he wants a third term he is likely to get it and heavens won't fall. He rules over cowards. |
wwwihy:So the East should vote SW who have been in aso rock for 16 years? Are SW the only southerners? Why not SW vote East and reciprocate 1999 and 2003? So that there will be equity? |
seunmsg:The East is not foolish enough to let your wish happen. If it must come south, it must be SE vs SE affair. The SW would have spent a cummulative period of 16 years in presidency as president and VP by 2023. There is no emotion, just practical politics. If the APC zones the ticket to SW the PDP will be jubilating and we all know why. |
Have Nigerians not gotten the memo that they now live in pseudo-dictatorship? I am shocked that they are shocked about these kind of news. |
Tajbol4splend:Lmao! |
Wow..Nwanne you lucky. Your woman is smashingly gorgeous. HML. |
Empredboy:Exactly my point. |
Area4Area:At what cost? If I export wears from Aba to Cameroon which is just a few kilometers away from Aba after paying the required duties at the border post, how do I survive if I'd have to move the same goods from Aba to Lagos just to export it through sea or Air to next door Cameroun? Since the land borders are closed and the PH port is moribund. Does it sound like a sustainable idea to you? Be realistic! |
babyfaceafrica:That PDP is still waxing strong in the East is purely due to APC's you-can-go-to-hell punitive measures and it's army of bigots attacks against the region. The East has very proud people and will not say 'sorry' in a democracy for not voting you no matter how much you marginalize them and expect them to prostrate and beg. The APC didn't seem to realize this despite having some few intelligent people at the top. In working democracies when parties win power, if they want to remain in power for long, they expend a lot of energies appeasing the regions where they lost initially, so that it will go against human nature and conscience for that region to vote against that party in subsequent elections. It is the people that gives power not the other way round. That PDP is not dead yet, is APC's doing. Using the instrument of marginalization, threats and nepotism to sideline the East kept PDP alive. It is to their gain. I hope APC can surprise the PDP by ceeding the ticket to East. It will sweep the carpet off PDP's legs, it will create confusion in their camp. But unfortunately it is the same bigots within APC that are against an Eastern ticket. The same bigots who still want PDP dead yet want to sideline 11 million pro-PDP voters, almost 50% of the total voters population. They can't see beyond their nostrils. |
I have said it before and I'll say it again. PDP MUST NEVER CEED THEIR TICKET TO ANY REGION UNTIL APC HAVE CEEDED TO A REGION. They should wait, It's pure common sense. Else they'll be abandoned and lose woefully the have SE/SS bloc support that they've always enjoyed, which is the strongest bloc vote just like the NW/NE bloc. Why the hurry? Why are they allowing spies planted by opposition within them to destroy them with this kind of news? To be forewarned. |
The desperation no be here! This man will accuse his grandmother of being the founder of Fulani militia if it will help him grab the presidential ticket. ![]() |
Closing the borders for import can be understood, but locking it down to also prevent exportation is what I don't understand. I thought the FG have been trying to encourage us to go into exportation so we can earn some foreign exchange inflow and strenghten the naira? Who is advising Buhari abeg? |
Yahya bello is really scared of Dino. What he said at the commisioner's meeting really proved it. He is ready to rig him out by all means possible. |
One can seem to feel the palpable fear of yahaya bello. The day of reckoning is almost here for him. |
LegendHero:The south conceeded to the yoruba in 1999, it is only equitable that SW does not produce the next president from the south. The only zone that have not produces the presidency is the SE and it is only rightful that it goes there. Two zones SE and SS are solidly behind a SE presidency, why should SW be the missing link in the south and continue to negate equity? |
The second one probably refused to carry his placard. He must have argued that it is pure media trial against his personal rights and that the courts have not declared him guilty. He looks very educated. |
austinsmat:Not a big chance. The loud mouthed ones are usually the most wretched. |
GideonIdaboh:The zone arrangement if followed to the t means that a South Eastern President is to emerge when the parties zones to the south in 2023 since the SW and SS have produced presidents. The SS understands this are ready to vote en bloc with SE as they always do, but the SW seems not to be ready for equity and common sense to prevail which may be terrible for the South. From comments herein as read from some SWners, you can conveniently deduce that the SW will only vote against Elrufai or APC if they are not allowed to emerge as flagbearer. The North is aware and playing mind games. 2023 is here already. |
I don't like political thugs like the Kabaka guy, I've heard a lot about his atrocitues. But if a governor can just wake up take a citizen's land if when it is not gazzetted as government land then it is a source of worry. People spend a lot of money to research the history of a land before they buy to ensure that government cannot wake anyday to claim the land. If after doing all these, the government turns around to claim all lands belong to government and therefore it can just decide to demolish any building then what is the essence of the money and time spent to research avoid buying government gazzetted land? This is injustice and I will not support the Governor. It is purely politically motivated, I wish it also happens to every governor who does perpetrates this injustice whenever they leave government. Their houses and buildings should also be taken by the new governors. E buru ozu onye ozo, odi ko nku ka ebu. |
It's actually true, you'll see a dangerously driving Okada man with a dying ricketty motorcyle inside hot sun threatening a man inside his Jeep with AC, and asking him to move away with his rubbish car. Nnewi is a chaotic town with all those bikes and ladies motorcycles, even the Okada people chased away from Onitsha have relocated to Nnewi causing more chaos. The roads are now under more pressure and every road now has multiple potholes. |
iammo:What are you saying? It is the reality not hate, pull your head outta ya arrse. We read severally about seized bags of rice, donated to IDP camp on TV and newspapers only to end up in private warehouses of some unscrupulous Custom officers. Embrace truism and facts. |
Convict them to pay a fine and release their cars to them. Stop stealing from people. This is just an avenue to enrich public officers. All auction processes in Nigeria are usually never transparent and marred with mind boggling corruption and nepotism. |
This country scares me like hell. |
The seized bags of rice are always expired but will always end up in the private warehouses of some custom officers. Na so! |
North re-aligning itself. 2023 will be intresting. |
All the children of the past and present chairmen of NDDC are usually fattened brats. |
eternityk:This one is already dead with hate. Walking corpse with suicidal emotions. Odi ndu onwu ka'nma! |
garfield1:Impossicantus! |
Efulefus everywhere. Tufia! |
iammo:Your hatred go finish you. That's Peter Obi in Kano campaign rally at the far left. Stop poisoning yourself with useless hate. Live an emotionally healthy life for the sake of your kids.
