gleaf: Don't even bring such idea up in Nigeria, cos the drag for the location of the centre will scuttle the whole thing! Meanwhile the idea will be dead on arrival(for super eagles).

MissMeiya: First, these pictures are old.

These pictures are poorly acted and unnatural. The television is too far, too small, and at a weird angle. The president is too formally dressed. The room is EMPTY, but for a couple of aides and two photographers. The next set of pictures has GEJ shaking hands with his aides over Nigeria’s victory--which is STÚPID.

Lastly, to anyone with sense, these pictures are poorly timed, given that the country is in full, deadly CRISIS. He should at least look like he's working, with a desk, some government workers, papers, ANYTHING. Instead of lounging empty-handed and grinning.

Whoever came up with this PR idea is a damned idíot. No wonder they had to hire a PR firm for $1.2 million. How do people this amateur and moronic make it in Nigeria?

And yes, I tweeted all the above to Abati, who was responsible for posting these on Twitter.

Evergreen123: I know one optometrist that prides himself as an eye doctor, forgetting that optometrist job Is limited to the lenses while ophthalmology is a whole new level which will require 6year undergraduate medical training and another 5 years of residency in OPTHALMOLOGY.
I don't argue with him based on that cos I don't want him to take it personal and feel bad, on a good day, he is a nice person.

Quite laughable.
The way they hammered the need to be addressed as doctors I doubt if they truly intend to involve the clinical upgrade which they cited as their prime aim of the protest.
