1) he would examine him better, physically, not through the internet

2) he would order for investigations that would aid the diagnosis. He would know if the stricture is a single, long continuous stricture or multiple short segment strictures

3) he would offer the best treatment plans....

3a) intermittent catheterization

3b) bogey insertion

3c) urethroplasty

I would write a prescription for the e-coli, but we have to bear in mind that e-coli rarely causes stricture. The commonest causes are gonococcal and Chlamydia organisms....

Op buy these drugs:

Ciprofloxacin, one tab morning and night for a week

Doxycycline, one cap morning and night for a week

Nitrofurantoin, one tab morning and night for five days....

This would cure the infection, but may not relieve the obstruction.....

Coliforms are organisms (bacteria) that are found primarily in the colon (large intestine)

They cause urinary tract infection..... Epecially in women, which could be sprad to men after casual sex....

When I start it in the morning, the tachometer stays at 600rpm or thereabout, and it usually takes a long time before the oil pressure light goes off. It could go off within 30secs before, but now it could take up to 3mins, unless I drive the car around....

I took it to a kazeem here in akure and he said the oil sump is bent which is affecting the oil pump....

And I just changed the oil and filter....

Please is anything that could be wrong apart from what the kazeem said
