I recently got a job which gives me an opportunity to oversee people who are older than me.

Handling people who are older than me has been giving me a lot of issue, as I am a typical yoruba guy with a lot of respect.

But I discover that I find it hard sending somebody who can be my uncle and my dad.

I quickly have pity for people, that's why I can never work in the prison, even if I have a free employment there, because I might one day setting the prisoners free.

Nairalanders, how do you control older people under you to do their job diligently.

Giving such report isn't good at all in Education. It is better not to write anything on the child's report sheet and invite the parent for proper advice but since the teacher didn't do that, the parent should go to the school and meet with the class teacher and ask him or her how human beings behave. Mind you, your approach should be polite and formal

I didn't refer to anyone as dumb, but what I said is the obvious truth most Nigerian girls are not productive. if u like u insult me but it doesn't change the fact that all the female in my family are dumb and unproductive.

yes I believe there are still faithful girls out there though very rare may be like 2 out of every 100. the truth is majority of Nigerian girls lack the intellectual capability to be faithful, engage them in a conversation u would find out that their heads are empty. Note: am not in any way trying to insult the female folks but what I stated is the obvious fact.
