I'm sorry you feel this way, I can't say I understand but I think If you talk about your problems/flaws more often you'll soon realise you are not as alone in it as you think and it'll help you deal with them better. You don't have to give too many details if you are not comfortable with it but don't be quiet it doesn't help really. Just from my experience though. And if anyone tries to make you feel bad for talking about them, that's the person with the problem not you. In all just stay safe.
