ArQueBusieR:Your post is misleading. From my first hand experience, french women are among the slimest in Europe. The french diet is nothing like the american diet. They drink coffee in tiny cups, their bread is very light, they eat a lot of veggies and they hardly eat junk food. They also excercise a lot by walking and cycling. Do your research correctly!!! |
Poster are you from Akwa Ibom or Cross River? |
@Newacca Sorry abt your situation. Are you going for undergrad or postgrad studies? If you are going for postgrad, why not try Germany? Free quality education as long as you can deposit 8000 euros for ur initial upkeep. Just my 2 cents. |
Pls go back to being ugly with a spent punny ![]() |

All these people getting high on cheap drugs, y'all should try the Russian Krocodile. I heard it's efective like Heroin, but a lot cheaper. Broke bottoms. . . . |
MsDarkSkin:I'll say a prayer for her, before she turns into a full blown tsunami. Mynd_44:It's a very bad place to be. I tell you with all honesty ![]() onila:Nein, I'll pass. I'm strong enough already ![]() |
onila:You wish. I have the strenght of 5 women put together. Go figure ![]() |
Onila=EFFING TROLL @Topic I grew up with foreign men, where does that leave me? ![]() |
dotmanz:Huh? ![]() Are you a leech by any chance? |
sexkillz:Ok. But it isn't discrimination, it's my preference. Just like men who prefer light skinned ladies and vice versa ![]() |
Ranoscky:At bolded, quit generalising. Not every girl here is Naija based or has that mentality. Agreed, no one is perfect. But we are entitilled to our opinions, it's called freedom of expression. I don't find short, fat and hairy men attractive. It's that simple |
sexkillz:On a second thought, are you hairy? |
sexkillz:They can always wax. Or better still, find women who like them. It's a freaking free world!!! |
I'm sorry, hairy doesn't do it for me. Just like fat. Grossssssssssssss |
Definitely bread and cheese. But I've started cutting out carbs, I now take it sparingly like a treat ![]() |
Goldieluks:Goldieluks I have luv for you, dunno why. No homo!!! |
Idowuogbo:All right boss ![]() |
ronkebp:Ofcourse weall know the meaning of family as we were taught in Elementary school. If you read my post, you would what I'm refering to. |
Idowuogbo:Lol at bolded. I wont answer until you tell me why asked ![]() |
I am not married yet. For me, family means: my parents,, my sister, my brothers, a few uncles, a few aunts and a handful of cousins. I had a tough relationship with my parents when I was growing up for some reasons. But that's all in the past because they realised their mistakes and started showing us love, especially my mum. Although it came late, it's better than nothing. My sister is my best friend, she understands me more than anyone else. My first brother is very intelligent, I love him dearly. My last brother is like my son, I was there when he was born and I love him more than anything in this world. I also have a wonderful uncle, he's more than a father to me. I always tell him that he's the best uncle ever. These people are the most important people in my life. I miss them so much when I don't see them often and I communicate with them everyday. |
As we just passed that "time of year", some of us felt excited; others became sad and a little bittersweet. Some lucky people had gorgeous Christmas celebrations with their loving families/loved ones and others opted to stay on their own. Whether we like it or not, we often spend time during this time of year reflecting upon the relationships we have with our families/loved ones. So, what does the word “family” mean to you? Not just during Christmas, but overall. How do you feel about your family? -Are they loving and supportive? -Do they measure up to your expectations and more? -Are you disappointed with them? -Is there something about your family that bothers you and you wish it would change? -Is Nairaland your only family? -What's your remedy for a better child/parent or sibling relationship? Here’s your opportunity to let it all out and share your loving stories and/or grievances with the rest of us. |
Idowuogbo:I don't think he meant any harm. It pays to let some trivial things pass. Less stress for you. And pls, I don't mean any harm ![]() @cantell, In your next profile picture, pls wear a wristwatch cos you are man and not a boy. No offence |
justwise:It was a thread, sometime in November last year. Maybe it was my PC connection. The issue was solved, I'll sure post another one if need arises. Thx |
justwise:My first thread on Nairaland was in the Travel section. It contained no mobile number or email, I just needed an opinion. But after posting it, I couldn't find it. Can the modes pls tell me what really happened? Thanks |
@lao I'm very happy that you could find a way to overcome your issues. I'm so very happy that you didn't end it. This is coming from someone who's been deeply depressed before, I know how it feels. It's the love of God that saved my life, just like you. Religion has it issues but it sure helps. Especially when someone is feeling depressed and suicidal. I decided to take my spirituality and my relationship with GOD to the next level. It's the best decision I've ever made. I now have peace, I'm thankful for everything, I'm happy and satisfied, I no longer feel depreesed. It's good to know that no matter what we are going thru, GOD is always there for us. Prayers work like magic if you have faith and if your relationship with GOD is right. Keep doing what you are doing, and don't be too hard on urself. If you still need friends, just let me know. I can be one. |

maclatunji:Now you are talking. Peace |
maclatunji:Oh my goodness. I was only joking when I said that, don't take it personal. Like you said, age is not maturity. Need I say that your level of maturity is intriguing? |
