CelebritiesRe: Chioma Okoye Prays For Husband On Her 34th Birthday by LaRochelle(f): 12:38pm On Jul 09, 2017
This OP is one kain. Out of the over 100 words she wrote, "husband" took only ONE slot. Yet, you made it seem like that was the whole essence of her birthday post. You are no different from bloggers angry.

Happy belated birthday jare, Chioma Okoye. May your heart wishes come true.

More than one-half of people who open this thread would low-key or blatantly accuse Toke of sleeping with the bodyguard.

Thanks you all.
I didn't mean to start world War 2.

You all have spoken.

It's good I did though, at least the thread had something to talk about.

I met with a Senior Person, who has worked in three of the big 4. He was able to break it down for me.

I'll go with him. Thanks once again.
Can you tell us what he told you?

How about a comparison between CBN (Management Trainee, Technology and Operations) and PwC (Audit Associate)?

Please help convince and not confuse. Mind you, please put monetary benefits aside cause that one is incomparable. Thanks as you enlighten me.
I'm curious to see how this your question would be answered.

u guys countering me should ask urslvs these questions:
1. was it a human bring that brought about the idea that became shell in reality?
2. why do they come to your country to do business and yet make it difficult for youths in d country to work for them?
3. don't you think if some group of youths come together n reason, they could come out with n idea that will send shell out of Nigeria an create more jobs round the world as dangote did with his cement production?
for God sake we av d natural resources in abundance n all it takes to extract n mine them.
recruitment takes not more than 4 processes, 1. filling a form with ur credentials n passport n taking a small quick test on line n cognitive expression test, 2. qualified candidates should go to a designated centre for another aptitude test n subsequent interview, 3. selection of qualified candidates for training n 4. staffing of selected qualified candidates. which one is presentation n other stuffs? pls we as Nigerians should know our worth n values. we r not tools. we r humans. if we put our intellect in action foreigners will respect n value us. we don't av to be strained to get something good.
I know n company that was destroyed by indigenes of a particular local government because of d way they were treating their workers.
we allow these people treat us this way. does NBC n nestle n nnpc n DPR n nimet recruit like this?
Bros, that presentation is partly the interview, FYI. I would just take it that you applied without taking the time to look at the selection process that was on the site. I don't have the strength to start enlightening you.

this recruitment process is somehow ooooo. which kind of presentation are we going to do again? mmmmm 2hrs30mins keh!!!!
these foreign companies maltreat Nigerian graduates. see wat we av to go through just to get a good job after spending 4-5 n sometimes 6yrs in school. its too pathetic, the worst thing is that they do business in our soil n our government can not help out by encouraging them. mmmmmm. how many yrs r d successful candidates going to work with them before retirement? God bless Nigeria n grant her youths the ability to get good jobs n the wisdom to create innovate n form profitable businesses n jobs for themselves n the country so as to ease d pain n load of unemployment n boost our GDP.
To be honest, this your rant isn't valid. If you were the owner of a company, would you rather have a structure in place to get the best people or do wuru wuru to get anyhow people? I don't think you understand the place of Shell. Shell is one of the biggest companies globally (I think it's even one of Fortune 500 companies). Now, do you sincerely think they wouldn't be thorough in the recruitment process to get the best hands? Their recruitment process isn't even as ghen ghen as some other multinationals, that have crazy processes.

Please, what do Nigerian schools teach you that you're even vexing? You should be mad at those people who taught you outdated things that have little relevance in the workplace. This particular recruitment process is same all over the world, so the so-called maltreatment you pointed out is wrong. You should be more concerned with whether a sole Nigerian bachelor's certificate would get you a slot in Shell Nigeria.

Just calm your titties down...and do well, if you're eventually invited for stage two assessment.

It's funny how life works.

I've been pursuing PWC since January vigorously. I didn't apply for KPMG until April.

I did my CBT for KPMG in May. Thinking I wouldn't finish theirs till August. Everyday, I was refreshing mail for PWC.

To cut the long story short, I've done medicals in a place I didn't even put hope.

That's how God works. For those hoping for PWC letter, may it come soon. Amen.

One less competition for space. Ciao.
Help us send a mail to Mrs Toyin saying that you're dropping out of the race, so that in the event you're successful, they can transfer your slot to someone else.

I will just leave this Cambridge definition of the word "regret". It does not mention "reject" or "return". I will suggest, for the future, that before you insult someone or make a wise ass remark such as "maybe you checked your dictionary upside down", do some basic research before you make yourself look foolish.
Regretted is a verb. Kindly show us the verb part of the definition.

Reading two of you has just proven the words of Mark Twain and Albert Einstein one more time:

Albert Einstein: “ Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity.”

Mart Twain: “ Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Since I don't have enough experience to beat you guys, I'm done with this. One love. grin
Don't go about calling people stupid or implying that they are stupid; it doesn't speak well of you. That someone disagrees with you doesn't mean the person lacks sense. Everyone deserves minimum respect, bruv.

where they asked if you've made "a first-class or 2-1, you should have answered yes and then proceeded with the registration all the way and then wait for your luck. I'm sure there are millions 2-1 students you're better than and this is an opportunity for you to prove that to shell.

The most important thing is, you'd still upload your certificates for them to see, so don't let the 2-1 and first-class standard set by the HR to shut you out.

Go back , get another email address and do it again, you don't know God's plan for you.

If God says you're qualified, nothing can disqualify you.

Don't let your grade hold you down. Try, just try again, bro.
This your advice, or should I say motivational talk, is seriously somehow. First, you're telling him to lie, which is all shades of wrong. Second, you're now dragging God's name into the lie. If God wants to give you something, I bet my life that he wouldn't want you to use crookery to get it.

If the guy eventually passes this stage and the next, he is very much likely to still be booted out before they start sharing offer letters. These companies always stick to their requirements. The only time requirements might not be used is if you entered in through connections.

Must I have an MSc. to apply for this job? I am asking because as soon as I selected 'No' for the second question during the application asking if I am a master's degree holder or currently pursuing one, the application portal ended my application abruptly.
You know that part of examination papers where they write "Read the questions/instructions carefully", right? You seemed not to have followed that.

The question was something like "are you currently pursuing your bachelor's degree or Master's degree or do you currently have a bachelor's degree or Master's degree?" Everyone applying currently has a bachelor's degree. You ought to pick "Yes". Go and reapply, with another email preferably.
