The majority actually do change their mind for money.
But yes there are those who do naturally change on their own.
Even those that buy votes on election day, they dont pay until you actually voted for their candidate because they know you can collect their money and still vote for someone else.

Person wey dey follow you shout Peter Obi together online fit reach polling booth and vote for Atiku. Person wey dey shout Batified online fit reach polling booth and vote for Obi.

A night to election can still change or align.

Lol. Its obvious you havent been involved in an election before.

If you think those that change their mind on election day on who they want to vote for is because of money, I have nothing else to say to you.

People that swore to vote for a candidate a day before election can get to the polling booth and change his mind and vote for another candidate.

Should have allowed her sit in jail until we got a good deal, I don’t care. We have thousands of Americans incarcerated because of small amounts of weed but we exchange a notorious gun runner because Britney forgot she was traveling to Russia with a contraband.

Meanwhile, we still have Paul Whelan who is being accused of being an American spy stuck Russian Gulag since 2018; even though it has been proven he is not a spy. Wouldn’t that have been a fairer and more balanced trade?

Biden lost me on this one..
Just like Dayo said, it was political pandering.

Republicans won't care. You missed what Roland is referring to. He is speaking as an African cos the Russian guy supplied many conflicts in Africa with his gun smuggling. Niggas hand is all over Liberia, Sierra Leone, Congo and Angola conflicts
I understand it as a bad trade. Trading 1 for a bloody high level criminal. No matter how you look at it, it was a bad trade.

We Africans will always get the short end of the stick anyways.

If I was Asiwaju, I will seriously consider sacking Keyamo or warn him seriously if he released Asiwaju’s visa to the public without his permission.

Even if he permitted him, I think it is ill advised, silly and dangerous. Now the public has the last 4 digits of his Social Security no and his visa details.

I mean it makes no sense to me.
Yeah. It makes no sense whatsoever.

No naaaa..

Obi was infact the first respondent to the question and he said he will increase the amount allocated to Education and provided hard numbers to go along with it as he compared our budgetary allocation/ investment since 2016-now.

Obi also compared our investment in education to a comparable economy like South Africa in Africa, despite being less populous and his numbers show a huge discrepancy between both countries.

Atiku was the next after Obi and Atiku even pigged off Obi's point about a lack of educational investment, which he acknowledged was a big issue, especially in the North and talked about some of his successes as you said..

#FACTSONLY
South Africa budget shouldn't be used to compare to our own budget on anything. We are running a federalist system of government while South Africa is running a parliamentary system of government.

For example, if you want to compare allocation budgeted for Education between both country, for FG, you have to calculate FG Education allocation + Each State education allocation. That's what should naturally make up our educational allocation.

In the FG budget, the education allocation is just for tertiary education, most people (including Obi) do not even include various Educational intervention like SUBEB, TETFUND and the likes which are budgeted separately from the Education budget.

In the 2021 budget that was passed by Buhari, if you include SUBEB and TETFUND, the budget for education will be 1.094 trillion out of a 13 trillion budget.

It is the state that are not actually pulling their weights since primary and secondary education fall under their area of responsibilities.

Of course, you have always believed in BAT. That's why I said "Many".

From the comments this morning, it is evidently clear that many people here know that this country is on self-destruct mode. But the reason why they are supporting their candidates is beyond me

Nihilistjnr gave a very bitter opinion, and the same people supporting BAT and Obi were concurring. It shows that people are just supporting whoever they want without asking the right questions.

Everybody is just supporting one person or the other based on HOPE. I don't want to invest any hope on a Nigerian politician; 2015 comes to mind.
While I understand your sentiments, Hope is the last thing a man must lose.

I believe a better Nigeria is still very much possible though I agree that will take unprecedented will power and discipline to achieve over a period of time.

No candidate have the magic wand that will just stop all our problems and challenges but Tinubu can indeed set us on the path of prosperity. He led a blueprint for Lagos which by and large has been a success even though so much can/should still be done.

We need a President that can do that for us and I believe Tinubu is that man. It's okay if you don't believe he can do it, I persuade you to at least go through the 3 main candidates and vote for anyone of your choice that you think can set us on the path of recovery and progress.

On this board. You have talked more about Tinubu than you have talked about the candidate you support.

Dont worry about me, worry about yourself and the hopeless candidate you support.
