On one hand we want the board to put a stop to this nonsense, on the other hand we want them to continue. What do you guys want? Mistakes on issuing of contract has been made in the past, don't you want an end to this? I heard the board offered him 150k/175k but his agent was adamant on 200k. I think the board offered him a fair deal to be honest. We move. |

A serious board will have started getting in touch with their CEO and offering those players better package and selling the club philosophy or ambitions to them. That’s how Frankie De Jong was bought by Barca. |

And the Europa league stuff is just disgraceful It doesn’t change the fact that we have a link to him which we can explore. They should be working on that link. A serious CEO would have started talking to VDS about De Ligt, Neres or Ziyach but it seems ED is helpless. This club need help. |

Very soon, the business side of the club will start taking hit if this downward slope continues. What does Fletcher or Ferdinand knows to be our DoF ffs? I was arguing with someone on Twitter yesterday and that one was saying we should support whoever they appoint, that those we are saying are established and experienced were once new and inexperienced so we should give them chance. I would have wanted him to stay as a squad player but hopefully, this means the board have turned a corner and aren't willing to overpay underperforming players anymore.
There's no way they would send Herrrera packing and decide to still stick with Matic, Young, Smalling, Sanchez and Jones. At least 3/4 of these names should not be here next season. Those ones days are numbered. Jones just sign a new contract this season. Don’t say the board, say ED. |

Had Bale continued developing on the left wing he would have been a problem for defenders world wide.
If we get it right it will just be by fluke not by any planning. Ed Woodward is ruining the club one step at a time. We are still using the same scouts who have failed us for almost 10yrs, and we are allegedly considering complete novices to be our DoF. I’m hearing they are considering Fletcher for DoF. Ed will be the end of this club. I want to ask, what influence does SAF and Sir Bobby Charlton has in Man Utd? They possibly can’t be happ with the way Ed is running the club, we are not hearing anything from them. |

CapitalCee: 200k per week. 10.4 million per annum. So how is asking for 50k increment destabilizing the dressing room? You pay top players high wages and DDG is one of the top players we have. We cannot say because Rashford, Lingard and the likes are asking for useless salary that they don’t warrant means we can’t pay our goalie the salary he deserves. All through the contract negotiations till now, I have never seen DDG come out to talk about any shit. Man even sign a one year entension of his current contract so they could trash out the next contract. Man is loyal. Blame Ed for his cluelessness. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by larride(m): 7:21pm On May 10, 2019 |
CapitalCee: You no like DDG pass me. But i wont pay him 250k. Ederson, Allison, Oblak who are currently better than him dont collect that amount. Yes he has paid his dues, like casillas, Valdez, Cech in Chelsea etc, but these teams got rid of them. He is one of the reason we didnt make top 4. We need to move him on, he may become outstanding somewhere else and we get a shit keeper, but it doesn't matter. We need big statement moves like these to recharge the squad. The team lacks discipline and players are feeling too comfortable.
Ferguson shipped out Stam and he went on to be fantastic elsewhere, but that didnt stop him ditching Roy Keane, Beckham and Van Nistelrooy, when their ego got better of them and has the potential of ruining the dressing room. That will make others to sit up, whenever a player misbehaves, he will be reminded how big legendary players were forced out of the team, that will make him know he is not above the club. Its unfortunate but for me, DDG is a big liability now, both in terms of performance and atmosphere. Pogba is an epitome of disunity and indiscipline, i dont care about his talent. How’s DDG a big liability? DDG is not complaining anywhere, he’s doing his job as a professional that he is. Where the talk of ego or indiscipline coming from? It’s now ego or indiscipline to ask for increment in wages especially when the previous contract is running down? Players have dip in form sometimes and you know that. DDG has never been a liability to the club, the young man has treated the club with respect and he’s not the reason why we didn’t make top 4. If your attackers had done their job effectively we won’t be where we are currently. Ederson, Allison and Oblak are not better than DDG. |

CapitalCee: Why in Gods name should Damian, Jones and Smalling stay. Why Why we just offload these people and free ourselves of these deadwoods.
Pogba stayyyyyyyy? If pogba stay, we are finishing 6th. De gea should be going also, getting rid of Degea, Pogba, and Sanchez will reduce our wage structure and rejigthe commitment of the players. Pogba as Jose put it is a virus, his attitude and character stinks like rotten egg. Pogba is a clear example of a juvinile deliquent child., even at 26 You won’t get rid of Smalling and Jones in the same transfer window, heck, we might not get rid of any of them yet sef. I will pay DDG 250k, he has paid his dues and he merit it 100%. I have always advocated for the sale of Pogba as far back as during Mou debacle then but I’m not really sure the board will want to sell him unless he really want to bounce. I will keep Darmain has a squad player, he rarely feature for us and he doesn’t complain. Whenever he has been called upon, he give his best. I will keep him. Sanchez can fück off to China, I don’t care about that. Martial can join him sef even Lingard. Every team has some players they pay way above the rest, it’s because Ed doesn’t know zilch that’s why average joes like Rashford and co can be asking for salary increment when serving us dross. |

OUT..
1. Valencia. 2. Young. 3. Smalling. 4. Jones. 5. Damian. 6. Matic. 7. Mata. 8. De gea( yes he has to go, his wage demand is too much.). 9. Pogba. ( as far as i am concern, pogba is a useless player.). 10. Sanchez. 11. Rojo. 12. Lukaku. LAST CHANCE SALOON. 1. Lingard ( he is fuc..king 26. 2. Martial. 3. Bailly.
IN.
Samuel Umtiti. Daniel James. Brooks. Dybala. Ndombele. Wan- Missaka. Ben Chillwell. . Promote. Chong. Garner. Gomez. Greenwood.
Bring back . Pereira, Tuanzebe and Fosu- Mensah.
SQUAD. ,Pereira, Romero, Tuanzebe, Umtiti, Lindelof, Bailly, Fosu-Mensah, Shaw, Wan- Missaka, Dalot, Chillwell, Pereira, Fred, Mctominay, Ndombele, Dybala, Herrera, Martial, Gomez, Garner, Chong, Rashford, Brooks, Daniel James.
AND... lower our expectations, anybody who complains of salary more than 150k/week should be sold. And then continue blooding academy talents. DDG is staying for me Jones or Smalling is staying Pogba will prolly stay Martial can leave Lingard can leave Rashford can go on loan Matic sold Valencia - gone already Young - Use as bonus for anyone that buy smalling or Jones Rojo - sold Darmain - stay Herrera - gone Mata - free Sanchez - off to China Lukaku - stay Fred - Stay |

patrickmuf: Whilst I think it's too early to criticize Ole, I also understand where those who are against his appointment are coming from... When Ole was appointed on an interim basis, he got credits for our improved performances, the game at the Parc Des Prince easily comes to mind when Neville asked him how many years wanted, how much and where he'd like his statue built, whilst I understand it was down to the emotions that night, a lot of folks including myself jumped on the Ole bandwagon and soon after his job was made permanent, we began to falter again, this time, the blame was entirely heaped on the players and that's what a couple of guys here are not okay with, some of the blame has got to go to the coaching crew cos we stopped pressing high up the pitch, we began to run less etc. You can't tell me the coach crew didn't notice it and if they did, what was thier response? A fair share of the blame should be evenly distributed like some folks here have always maintained (afrodoc2 and Co) after all, it's one for all, all for one... I'd look closely to see how we go about business this summer especially as it has to do with clearing the dead woods and while I agree that we can get rid of them all in one window, at least we have to get rid of 2-3 of them, failure to do so will see me and many others here begin to question Ole. God bless you. Anyway I believe we should be able to get 4-5 deadwood out of the team and anyone we are getting in must be we sure are going to fit into the starting 11, we don’t need any fringe players anymore as we have them in bulk. If they finally renew Mata contract then I don’t think we are serious yet. Whatever chance you want to give Mata, give it to Greenwood or Garner. |

Llorente really changed the game. I've not seen such a dominant aerial performance since Drogba. Every long ball played into him stayed in Ajax half and started off a Spurs attack. I think it was Daley Blind he was bullying. De Ligt was the one playing RCB and Blind LCB |
