We want do everything up north we want do everything up north. Just look at them.
Rancour and acrimony with despotic tribalism will not allow them to call on capable hands down south to come and rescue the economy.

Okonjo Iweala is all over the world oozing excellence but the daft presidiot will not see.
Even ur arch rival (South Africa) swallowed their pride but here, the pride should rather kill them.

NOC1:
Can anybody tell me the name of the first woman that died of Corona virus in USA?
The only thing you will see is a 56years old woman from Washington, no name no pictures.
Even the other 5 that died, their names and pictures were not released.

I used America to buttress my point because they are the ones we are always referencing, don’t want to use Italy, China and Iran as example.

No sane doctor or nation can disclose the health status of a patient who has subjected itself to treatment.
Such act is a punishable offense by law.

Let us stop sounding petty on social media
You have a point but there is no corona case anywhere in Nigeria. They just want to cash out big as long as this thing lasts.
No be naija again?
Health / Re: Court Stops Lagos Public Hospitals From Demanding Blood Donations For Childbirth by Lastanza: 7:41am On Mar 04, 2020
NoToPile:

You pay when you need the blood not at the point of donation.

Whoever is going to use any blood donated by anybody will pay the amount used to screen that blood.

If your relative donates and you end up not needing blood you dont pay anything, someone else who needs it pays.

You really don't expect the state to pay 7k for screening every blood donated do you?
You are not being truthful here. The 7k is paid even before the bleeding is done, so it is more or less pay before service. And I want to ask u, are you saying that the private hospitals that rush to general hospitals to get blood also only pay for the screening?

Health / Re: Coronavirus: Masoumeh Ebtekar Diagnosed With Disease As Outbreak Spreads by Lastanza: 5:37pm On Feb 27, 2020
Lawgod247:
This virus so far has proven invincible. It is a common health protocol to avoid crowded places during any outbreak of a health risk. This is intended to lower the rate of infection from person to person. It comes as no surprise that the virus is gaining ground with such speed in the Islamic country. The mode of worship admits to gathering of crowds hence the ease of infection. Same applies to every other country with a religion that mandates gatherings of worshipers. Anyways, the benefits of having your business registered are quite many. For CAC Company or Business Name registration, Foundation, Schools, Church, NGO, Trademark, TIN, SCUML, NAFDAC number etc, talk to us at www. Lawlab. Com. Ng . I pray she gets well though.
Which religion does not require the gathering of worshipers. U just dey speak English

Celebrities / Re: Davido Reacts To Tweet About Losing Son To Another Man According To Igbo Culture by Lastanza: 8:44pm On Feb 24, 2020
Mynd44:

The same way female inheritance was decided on.

When culture is tangential to law, the law is first considered. Davido is the father and according to the laws of Nigeria, it ends there.

You asked how Davido is the father. The law does not see the woman as an incubator owned by her father and he sells his ownership to her husband when she marries. The law sees the woman as a full individual capable of owning herself amd her decisions.

In this situation, the baby is Chioma and Davido's. Chioma's father does not even come into the picture.

If Davido is decided by the court to be lacking in ability to raise a child, he is still the father but the baby will live elsewhere as decided by the court. But to say that the baby belongs to the grandfather is jokes.

Please ar u a lawyer and what is actually law about this. Is it just the sake of being the biological father of the baby or there is any other thing that we may need to understand.
Traditionally in Igbo land if a man has not paid the bride price of the woman, the father of the woman owns the child.

tricksters:
Only a foolish man will believe anything from a PDP stooge like the OP. The only thing needed to reconcile all the name from the document the OP listed is a sworn affidavit from any law court in Nigeria so how is that a problem worth nullifying a gubernatorial election over ?

In as much as I am also against what happened, the supreme court didn't outrightly nullify their victory but more or less upheld the rulings of both the federal high court and the appeal court. So it's not a fresh judgement.
He has been failing all the way from federal High Court

Ben Ayade has done Nobel. it's almost difficult to see these current miscreants in power coming openly to apologize. I mean, he has nothing to lose wether he apologizes or not cos he's a Bigman in power. such action just showed that he's human and sometimes we make mistakes. I repeat governor Ben Ayade has done Nobel.
His apologies indirectly is not to Agba Jalingo but for bringing the wife of a forma Governor into his misinformation. Probably his Godfather's wife

Crime / Re: Maryam Sanda Shouting "Mummy, Mummy" After Death Sentence (Video) by Lastanza: 12:44pm On Jan 28, 2020
12Monkeys:

The crime was committed in Abuja and tried in a federal high court.

All convicted capital offenders get an automatic appeal which can be continued up to the Supreme court.

If all appeals are exhausted, the execution can only be carried out by an executive order by a duly elected governor which the FCT does not have. The minister of FCT is not constitutionality empowered to grant pardons or a prerogative of mercy. So if the minister can not grant pardons, he can not sign warrants either.
Who then will sign her death warrant as constitutionally mandated for executions?

This is the reason federal judges hardly pass death sentences. The case of Kabirui Sokoto who was responsible for over 200 deaths in the Abuja Nyanya bombings and Okah's Independence day lethal bombings saw only life sentences as both crimes were committed in Abuja and tried at an Abuja high court.

Only Governors can sign a warrant. Even the president doesn't have that responsibility although he can grant pardons or commutations to a life sentence.

The point I am making is that, the useless woman judge who passed this sentence is not aware of the intricacies surrounding death sentences within federal jurisprudence .

She is obviously from the same school as Tanko.

If in doubt, why did the FG hand Maj Mustapha and Gen Bamiyi to Lagos state for prosecution?

Even in the US, the FBI may decide to try someone in a state court rather than federal when looking for a death sentence. The only crimes that can lead to a death conviction in a US federal court is espionage and treason. Same rules apply in Nigeria.
Ur explanation is explicit and seems from a position of knowledge but basterdised with ur stupid self calling the judges 'useles''.
