Looking at it, as it is......

APC (Ambode) will LIKELY WIN LAGOS. Infact, we can assume that "it is given". Lagos will remain APC in the foreseeable future.

The problem therefore, as it has always been, is for LAGOS to be in the OPPOSITION PARTY and GOVERNANCE!.
This is what has been the cause of infrastructural decay, at Federal Govt level, with Lagos.

Though its not supposed to be so,...... But it started with OBJ starving Lagos of any federally-assisted form of development.
Even the road that leads from Lagos to Otta, where OBJ has his farm was not reconstructed for many years and later abandoned half-way!

Like Ambode said, there are many projects in Lagos that belongs to the Fed Govt, being a a former seat of Fed. Govt.
From Apapa-Oshodi Express, to Lagos-Ibadan Express, to 4th Mainland Bridge, the Fed Govt (and PDP) has neglected Lagos over the years.
Why do we think that would change anytime soon? I dont think so.

The "alternative" will be to have Lagos in the "same Party Governance" ...as the Party at the centre or Federal level.

If APC wins Lagos, which is very likely, then APC/Buhari better win the Presidency as well .....otherwise, Lagos will continue to suffer the same neglect, which was even more pronounced under the current govt. of "Gridlock" Ebele Jonathan, who has not hidden his hatred and contempt for Yorubas, in the last four years.


So, l urge all Voters in Lagos State, to Vote the same Party (APC/PDP) at the state and federal level.
Dont repeat the mistake of 2011, when people voted for Fashola/APC in Lagos state..... but then went on to vote for Jonathan/PDP at the federal level.
