Moreover, as Lekki began to develop into a city, he kept on telling his guys to be carefull because the water on the beach one day will take houses. Today people leave in lekki, developed in lekki. Eko atlantic is right on top of water. every body is just enjoying their selves there, properties are rising everyday. Imagine say my dad bought that land then, maybe em for cut small for me for inside yet people are still waiting for water to rise.

So if you think of the water rising, you will definately miss out on what this beautiful holiday home has to offer. Besides the foundation was suspended such that when water flows to the Building if it ever does which i Doubt, it can flow underneath.
