No Igbo man gives a dead rat about where you crawled out from, the message is clear. Igbo independence and search for self determination will not be undermined or blackmailed by satanic beings from any part of Nigeria, hiding under ambigious ethnic group. Is that all? Or is there more where that came from? I repeat: You are an irrational being. You obviously think your insults will make people take you seriously, or even see the merits in your cause? Anyway, you were not schooled to understand the meaning of courtesy and respect, so I am not surprised.

She is also the daughter of former Governor of old Kwara State, the late Alhaji Adamu Attah. Her mother is a Ghanaian, though. She had one daughter for FFK, named Folake who is a graduate of a British university. Her younger sister Nana, is Femi Otedola's wife. Some of her uncles and aunts include the late Alhaji Abdulaziz Atta, Nigeria’s first Head of Service and Secretary to the Federal Military Government during Gowon's regime. He is also the late father of Sefi Atta, the published novelist, prize-winning Nigerian author and playwright who is married to Gboyega Ransome-Kuti, one of the sons of the late Minister of health, Professor Olikoye Ransome-Kuti; One of her uncles is Alhaji Mahmud Atta, who was once the Protocol Officer to the former Premier of the old Northern region. He later became Chairman of First Bank Plc, Nigeria. Another uncle of hers' is Dr. AbdulMumini Atta, the second qualified medical doctor in Northern Nigeria while her paternal aunt is Judith Sefi Atta, first female Chief Education Officer in the North who later became an Ambassador to Italy and the first Minister for Federal Ministry of Women Affairs. Judith Sefinat Atta was the wife of the late poet Christopher Okigbo, who fought in the civil war. |

Jews are scattered all over North America and Europe, is that now a reason why there shouldn't be an independent Jewish nation of Israel?

He would tell you the name of the parade commander's horse, the number of times it had been used for similar ceremonies (this is important so that it is not frightened by the sound of the artillery guns and air force jets) and just about everything about the event.
He was also an actor and he played many roles on For Better, For Worse. Yes, I do remember watching re-runs of "For Better, For Worse," in the early '90s. I still believe that the newscasters and commentators of the past, did a much better job than their current counterparts. These days, you see people hosting shows or events, and mispronouncing or murdering the pronunciation of Nigerian names. Some cannot even decide which accent to adopt - British, American or Canadian? Their speech comes out sounding garbled and unintelligible. Taiwo Obileye had a brother in the industry too - I think his name was Yomi Obileye or something like that?? Taiwo Obileye is currently part of the cast of the TV series "The Governor," which shows on EbonyLife TV. |

Identity. It’s a difficult thing. Some are lucky, they are able to shape, nurture and develop theirs, with limited interruptions from others. Not everyone is that fortunate. My first guest on the show, Ms Yvonne Edozien, is an albino. There’s no hiding it.
Once you see her, you immediately attach whatever connotation that title brings. It’s difficult enough growing up in today’s world trying to identify who you are, without the added struggle of the world telling you what you are.
How do you grow up, knowing immediately that you are different from everyone else? What are the challenges? What support system do you require? How do you develop your sense of self without being limited by negative perceptions?
Yvonne and I discuss this in the first one on one webisode of the INSPIRE SERIES BY GLORY EDOZIEN- Growing up different in Nigeria…. #pray #love #live. #Beinspired http://inspiredbyglory.com/the-inspire-series-webisode-1-growing-up-different-in-nigeria/ |

Siene All-Well Brown was also among them, as well as Tokunbo Ajayi and Ruth Benamaisia. The reason I remember their names, was because these women were fashion icons in those days. Any outfit they wore on screen was bound to be copied the following week by the fashionistas of Lagos. My older aunties loved their outfits, and would always do a rough sketch of their clothes, for their tailors to cut and sew. We were too young to understand it all then, but I remember that my job was to find paper & pencil for my aunty to use in drawing these outfits, whenever these newscasters appeared on air.
