This was how the invaded Idoma land first but the Tivs never took it serious until they were overran and they started looking for sympathizers.
The herdsmen are already targeting the Christian elites of Yoruba nation and you are here insulting the Biafrans whom the Fulani herdsmen terrorists have no plan for now to invade.
If you have an iota of sense, you will know that all Yorubas have to rise up and put a stop to the attack on their Christian elites. Why are you taking panadol for the headache of the Yoruba people? I have told you to wait for them, to come in here to give you a befitting response. So stop being impatient! Are you a Russian? Where are you rushing to? |

enemybulldozer: Kanu ran away to where exactly?? Did you see him run or you're just lying just to score a cheap point?? Is kanu a ghost how could he have ran away when zoogerian soldiers laid siege at his residence for days??
Point of correction, I am a Biafran not a zoogerian so if you're looking for who to call an animal maybe you should do that with yourself.
The truth is that anyone or tribe that cheered the python dancers during their devilish raid in SE last year is of no importance to me because you cannot be wishing me and my tribe death and at the same time expect me to wish you or your tribe long life and prosperity.
The people of SE have been burying their dead right from 1966 till date and our governors have rejected cattle colony before people like you could even notice it so go and bury your face in shame. Kanu ran away! Kanu ran away!! Kanu ran away!!! That is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth....you can lie about it from today till tomorrow, but nothing changes that fact. Last time I checked the world map, I did not see any country called Biafra inside it. Tell us first, which passport do you carry? Is it the passport of Nigeria? Now, as long as you remain a citizen of this country by birth or naturalisation, you are a Nigerian. If you choose to call your place of abode a zoo, then you become qualified to be labelled as an animal, since you have referred to your home as a zoo, and only animals live in zoos. I have never referred to my country as a 'zoo.' So only you and others like you who do so, are qualified to be regarded as animals. Take your wailing about those who cheered the python dance, back to them. And stop assuming that anyone who does not share your current perspective, supported the python dance. As for the SE burying their dead, may God console them. The same God will also console His people in Benue. You are the only one shaking to the drumbeats of shame, as we can all see here... |

onegig: Money seems to trump many things for most Nigerians. I had to give back an item I was supposed to fix and had to lecture the guy on proper courtesy . In his own words, because he felt he was paying he had a right to run his mouth and funny enough I was doing it free of charge. Had to remind him even if he was paying the whole money in the world I wouldn't take disrespectful behavior .
it is a societal issue, go to restaurants and see how waitress are treated. Courtesy should not be based on anything . Everyone no matter what they do or where they are deserve that thank you. You are so right! The sad thing is that, by the time they start having kids, the wife would get worse. Children are quick to pick up different habits, and they learn from what they see, and where they live. Growing up, we had to do chores alongside the maids and other family members. We also had to call them 'uncle' and 'aunty' as a sign of respect, and the fact that there was a maid in the house, was not an excuse for you to abdicate from your own share of the chores. Seeing others around us treated with respect, dignity and politeness, made it compulsory for us to act the same way around those who worked with us. The result was that those who worked for us, stayed much longer (i.e. one even stayed for almost 10 years, and was given a bulk sum to establish a business on her departure), and offered us better services. Of course, there were a few exceptions to this rule. Some people who did not value good behaviour or manners, were let go very quickly, or found their way out of our place. The wife needs a re-orientation and a change of her mindset. Courtesy costs little, and helps you get so much at the end, of the day. |

Sprumbabafather: Illiterate, only the sitting governor, or another governor can revoke a signed CofO of his predecessor. WITH COMPENSATION. Go to school you no gree Educate yourself. Any court of competent jurisdiction can over rule a govt decision by declaring that the process of awarding a Cofo by a sitting governor, is illegal and should be revoked. There are plenty of cases where a community or an individual has taken a govt to court for forcefully or wrongfully acquiring their land, even after CofO has been issued to another party. They won the case, and the CofO became null and void. Go and check and stop arguing like an illiterate. |

The funny thing is that you don't even know that a zoo is better than Nigeria I mean, what do you want me to use in qualifying a country that loves shedding the blood of its citizens. You dont even know that about two or three benue indigens were shot by the soldiers during their protests against the killings by fulani herdsmen Note kanu did not runaway ask buratai kanu's way about if that is your headache. Kanu ran away!! Haba, why on earth are you lying?? Even Abaribe complained about Kanu's disappearance. The man has no iota of sympathy for Abaribe, who stuck out his neck for him. If Abaribe becomes a poor man today, it is entirely Kanu's fault, who stabbed him in the back! Since you keep calling your place of residence a zoo, would it be okay if I refer to you as an animal, since only animals call their homes, a zoo? Let me know, and I would gladly oblige. The 73 people killed by armed Fulani killer herdsmen in Logo and Guma local government areas of Benue state are not important to you, except the 3 people that you claimed were shot by soldiers, which only a local blogger seeking attention, was said to have reported? The people of Benue have been burying their dead and taking steps to protect their people, by refusing to allow cattle colonies or open grazing in their state. |

whirlwind7: The owner of the cows went through a legal process to seek justice, and that's quite commendable. Quite certain he didn't choose the violent way because the ex naval chief also have armed guards at his disposal.
Now the farm owner can sue for the damages done to his farmland. Let's see how the court handles that. Here's the first piece of farmer-cattleherder dispute that didn't end in bloodshed. Nice! True! And I also hope the naval officer appeals the judgement, at a higher court. It would be interesting if the case gets to the Appeal court, and the judgement is overturned, and the high court judge is reprimanded. Other reports actually said that Afolayan arrested the herdsmen whose cattle damaged his farm crops, and reported them to the police. The naval chief probably knew that if he handed over the cattle to the police, they would immediately hand it over to the owner, and the matter would die a natural death. Anyway, while the herdsmen were in police custody, they gave out the name of their sponsor or the cattle owner, who was based in Zamfara. Afolayan was said to have detained the cows waiting for the owner to come and pay for his damaged crops. The police declined to invite the cattle owner for questioning, claiming that he was too powerful. Next thing that came up was a law suit. |

Nowenuse: See bros, stop spreading lies here you hear?
Igbos and Fulanis never came in contact with each other before the coming of the white man, and this was because the Fulanis themselves could not be able to defeat the Tivs, Wukari kingdom(Jukuns), Igalas, Idomas and Plateau people. They could hardly penetrate most parts of the eastern middlebelt areas and this is why you have christian majority populations in Taraba, Benue & Plateau. Save for Igalas and parts of Nasarawa who later accepted Islam through trade (that is why Igalas and Nasarawa muslims are not ruled by fulani emirs and they share no extremist islamic views). They have their ancestral traditional rulers.
So stop repeating the false unfounded rubbish about fulanis encountering Igbos in battle. Or do you think all of us here are ignorant of history?
