The crux of the matter is not even where he drove her to but the fact that she labelled him a rapist and kidnapper. These are very grave allegations and the video gave no inclination in support of the accusation.

Driver asked passenger to leave his car girl should have respected herself and left his car, i am assuming this girl planned to use the driver for rituals hence why she refused to leave his car.if not why not come down since you are still in the pickup location and wsit for another cab to arrive. Why would she want to wait inside the guys car?

I watched the video he was wrong driving her to his house or any other private location. That's my point, he should have taken her back to that 'stone throw' location.

Since when did they start making vehicles with central locks that stop you from opening doors on the inside. Except the child lock is on you should still be able to open the car.

Again, the guy steps out of the car and you reach for the keys.......I wonder why. If I was in danger I wouldn't be reaching for the keys. I'll open the damn door and take to my heels.

Again, except I already had an ulterior motive the last thing on my mind when in danger will be to start up my camera on my smartphone. It takes a very deliberate action to start recording a video. You need at least a minimum of 3 definite touches to start your camera and an extra 2 to switch to video mode and start recording. For a person who is really in panic mode, that will be too much to handle. This b.itch was calm, coordinated and very deliberate in her actions.

Here is what I think transpired. This girl did something to incur the wrath of this driver. This girl is one of those extreme cases where a driver picks up a bad passenger. She refused to get out of the car when the driver declined to do her bidding. Its very obvious from her statement in her video. She actually threatened him with the video.

All lot doesn't add up. I believe she knows how to drive and with the access to the car keys She'd have easily wined up the windows and locked the doors if actually she felt threatened, start the car and drive to a safe location.

A kidnapper will leave his car keys with the victim inside the car... Makes no sense to me

Yes na but d driver messed up too! My conclusion is that the driver was not out to rape or kidnap her as she alleged also she is not a ritualist as the driver alleged!
1. The driver said he is not doing again but she stubbornly refused to get down
2. Driver was tired and just wanted to go home
3. Passenger was scared and quite rude
4. Passenger could not deal with the wait for a new driver to arrive
5. Both driver and rider were scared and suspicious of each other!
*** Driver should have parked car at the point of request not taking her to his place of residence, driver should not have locked the doors!
*** Rider should have dropped at the point of cancellation or requested the driver not to not start trip if he is not interested in the trip!

The Lady and the guy lives in the same Estate. He was in his house when he got a request for another ride. He drove over to her house (same estate) picked her up. He asked her where she was going, she told him to just go that she'll tell him on their way. The only reason she would say this was because he'll probably not agree to go to that destination ( maybe its far or a bad area. And we are talking 12 midnight) The guy know this too and still right in front of her house, told her he wasn't going anymore. She refuses to come down from the car. She tells him that she has to get another Taxify before she comes down. Again, considering the time and location, this might not be easily achieved. Guy gets tired and still insists that she gets down and she still refused. So he decided to drive home (Still in the same Estate).

You say he should have driven her to a police station but do you know how far the nearest one was and how inconveniencing it would be for him. Consider the time and the fuel scarcity)

Let's sometimes leave sentimentality out of it and deduce like rational beings. Which story honestly makes more sense to you?

What is the purpose of driving her to his home? I still don't understand that.
And why would you as a driver take your customer to the middle of the road in the middle of the night and say you're not going again when you picked her up from the confines of her home/residence? Does that make any sense to you. If you don't want to go anymore, then take her back to where you picked her up from.
It's not rocket science, the safety of his customer whether she's a rude a$$hole or not should come first.

The main question that should be asked is why he took her to a strange destination.
That's kidnapping. It doesn't matter if she didn't run out of the car (in a strange place in the dark), or she didnt scream long enough, or she was wearing clothes that exposed her body or whatever.
What was his intent? Who's house did he take her to? Was he planning to rape and kill her? Was he planning to use her for rituals?
Why did he take her to an unknown destination? That is an offence punishable by life in prison or even death if something had happened to her.
