Trump Issa mafia! I so much love that man. When asked at his Colorado rally what he thought on parasite winning best picture, he said the movie didn't deserve it. He compared it with gone with the wind. He even blasted Brad Pitt for his speech against him while receiving best supporting actor award. Such a funny man! |

DandeNumeruno: oh my gawd...
this is why people should endeavor to pay attention to details.
they care about her, and yet they don't know she's american just like them? can you explain that please?
everyone had a different opinion of where she's from....
ransome said she's from brazil, the old man's daughter said she's from Paraguay, the son in law said uruguay....
if they loved her as a member of the family, then why did they racially profiled her?
the fact is they tolerated her because she was the old man's nurse, not because they loved her.
they were nice to her in the same way a rich family is nice to their nanny or housekeeper - condescendingly. your list statement explains it all. If you are the old man I hope you will give a maid all your wealth not minding your children are all alive because she was good to you. |

Terminator dark fate :1.5/10 The action was so on point but the plot was so empty, dull and draggy. Totally distorted and deviating from what a beautiful terminator franchise ought to be. I think they should allow the franchise to rest. How can John Connor a prophesied leader and savior of the human race be dead. They totally eliminated the presence of john only to divert the attention to a soldier in the resistance. Linda Hamilton and Arnold shouldn't be in the movie at all. It completely deserve to bomb for turning my dear terminator series (1&2) into a joke. Even terminator rise of the machines and terminator genesys was far better. By the way, nice action movie it is! |

abduleez1: Madam go and rewatch the movie.
Chris Evans(Ransom) character was never the Old man's son. He was the son of the Old man's Daughter. His grandson. regardless of whether he is the son or grand son, you get the message I'm passing across? |

HypePlusIQ: Steven Seagal action scenes are quite boring or should I say drab. I don't really like his movies. tell me any big projects he flopped so hard. He may not be so good but he isn't bad. I think mega opportunities never found him. I know many actors in big movies he is better than but due to the kind of projects they luckily signed on elevated their status. He was underrated just like Scott Adkins is right now. Scott with his martial arts would have made a bloody batman but grace said its not yet his time. |

mekaprime: Lolz, no offense, but i think you should see the movie again. All his kids were clearly after what they'll gain from him, they were basically licking his arse cause of what he had to offer. and so? Are they not his family still? We all do things to get the favor of our parents. I understand the movie tried to lean sentimentally towards the nanny but remember they still liked her, they never despised her, they accepted her as their own. It doesn't seem fair if my father denies me of my inheritance due to family issues, I swear I will kill whoever it is. |
TV/Movies › Re: What Movie Are You Watching Now? by Laurene: 7:42pm On Feb 21, 2020 |
mekaprime: Haba!, I know it's your opinion, but that's quite harsh. Yeah plot was cliché quite alright, cinematography wasn't too ok, but the action scenes were very realistic and on point, and Chadwick Boseman performance wasn't that bad. If you want to see what bad acting looks like, go see Steven Segal's movies, and you'd not only use curse words, but might end up hurting yourself. Steven Seagal is not a bad actor just that he never landed big projects. I'm not saying boseman is a bad actor just that he was mediocre in a mediocre movie |

SalomonKane: the family that doesn't give a damn about him but give a whole lot of a damn about his money? Come on now. are you saying all his family members are mischievous? You forgot some of them always cherished and adored him including his first daughter and son. The only black sheep was the last son (Chris) and the second son's wife that was stealing from him. Him assigning all his wealth to the nanny who has zero experience in the business and affairs doesn't make sense at all regardless of differences in the family. They still stood in the him in all ramifications. |

Knives out :10/10. Makes me remember murder on the orient express. Very twisted and unpredictable! Stellar performance from Daniel Craig and Chris Evans, though I don't like the fact that the old man gave all his wealth to the nanny leaving out his own family, that's heartless of him. |

BlackShit: Na wah o. The way some of you condemn movies here is terrible. You sound really bitter. At least appreciate the time, money and effort put into it by the cast and crew instead of condemning it from A to Z.
As if thats not enough, you even cursed yourself and the time you spent watching it.
When analyzing movies you need to understand that your opinion is subjective and not final. People see different things in movies when they watch them. The fact that YOU don't like it doesn't necessarily mean the movie is wack and condemnable.
===== For example:
I see many people discarding the movie Joker here because it doesn't have the boom boom thrilling effect they like. That movie contains a very deep message and reveals a lot about society and human nature. It is the kind of movie that touches aspects of society and realities of life that many of us fail to see around us. But because some people are too shallow to see beyond their screen they discarded it as trash and keep wondering why it's getting many accolades.
If you want to really see how powerful and impactful the Joker move is, read through YouTube comments on any of the movie videos on YouTube and see how deeply people related with it.
No matter how action packed and thrilling movies like the Avenger Infinity war and Endgame are, they actually do not have any application and impact on humanity and the real world. doesn't change the fact that the movie was a total waste! That's my opinion. I have watched lots of that several times but this is the wackiest of all. If you think the movie is good then tell me how |

garetz: National votes don't determine the presidential election, the electoral college does. Trump can even lose by five million votes in New York and California and still emerge president. Why do you think Dems are desperate to get rid of the electoral college? They know they have the population in California and New York to continue winning the national votes forever in those two states alone. Bernie Sanders can be leading the national polls because of liberal populations in New York and California but he will be a monumental disaster for dems in the states they actually need to win the presidency. please explain to me how the electoral college and popular votes determine a president in the US |

Almost every republican senator have trashed Trump publicly before, but only Mitt Romney has the ball to vote against him. This is kind of moment I wish John McCain was alive. you don't know what you are saying, during Clinton's own saga the democrats were numbered 55 in the senate and 5 swinged in the first round voting while 10 swinged in the second round.
