Hello house, thanks to everyone that contributed to my recent post about choosing between 20 tons gas plant or agricultural business. I have decided to go with farming to add more value to our country and give back to the community. I’m in the middle of negotiation to buy 50 acres of farm land in Ogun state for green house organic crop farming , goat, cattle and snail farming. But the issue I’m having right now is that living here in Lekki Lagos and going to my farm can be a bit stressful, so I decided to buy one plot of land in owode egba which is closer to the farm land. Now I’m thinking of a simple container house since I will only be staying there anytime I visit the farm, but someone is advising me to build a 2 bedrooms which I don’t think it is necessary. The container and the interior fixtures cost 7m which is slightly negotiable , attach is the pictures of the container tiny home. I will appreciate if anyone can advise me on which one to go for. My wife's friend lives in the US. She does her hair business at home, guess what, she does only Didi. Nothing more.
She runs time table system.
You must book in advance.
And she allocates 1 hr to each client.

She charges $50 per person.
She makes minimum of 6 everyday.
Imagine making $300 daily. If you like to convert to naira that's like 300k on a daily basis.

Most times she complains that she doesn't have time to rest.

to japa to UK one needs atleast 10million naira to spend for visa flight ticket and what have you. if i can raise 10ml here in Nigeria, i dont think i would japa to UK to do brick laying, tiling or capentry, i would rather stay here and continue the thing that raised that 10ml for me.

Why will you conclude your write up that tailoring is not much needed because people are sending their clothes home...

That because no food tailoring there, if you understand tailoring very well and go there you will make more money, because sending clothes to Nigeria and sending back is going to cost alot

this is UK. Many of the plumbers in Nigeria dont have certification, have never worked with heating systems and basement piping. So them no rate us. The rather take plumbers from south africa or Eastern Europe. Any Nigerian that decides to become a plumber na full time job not side hustle. Apprenticeship takes 4 years in uk or you go to a college to learn it.

i agree women are territorial in nature but as a man you just have to let her know family is important... A man married a woman who the mum didn't like cos the mum wanted to choose wife for him.. he did everything to make sure both his mum and wife bonded but it didn't work out.. he had to tell his mum that he love his wife as much as he loves her.. he cared for his wife but never neglected the mum till she died.. even when pple live together in family house boundaries must be set...
