Stop ⛔ Exaggerating Your Answers During Interview.

It may be tempting to present your career journey and achievements with a few or more exaggerations, but it's important to consider the consequences of doing so.

It is important to note also that exaggeration is a LIE.

When recruiters ask you a question, the answers are to be given intelligently and concisely instead of stating things that never happened or exaggerating them.

Example: You killed and Rat and when you are explaining it to a recruiter, you will tell them you killed a Dinosaur, this always happens when you are told to tell your strength or achievement.

Sample questions and how to answer:

1: Tell us what are your strengths.

Possibly Answer: I can quickly adapt to new situations and environments and I am comfortable working in a fast-paced organization where I can deploy my skills as seen in our conversation and in my previous organizations to add value to your organizations.

2. How do you handle Stress and Pressure?

Possible Answer: Avoid claiming that you have never or rarely experienced stress, rather give your answer in such a way that highlights various workplace stress and how you were able to overcome it and use it to your advantage.

Remember to adapt your responses based on your personal experience and give specific details that are in line with the role you are applying for.

👉Lagos will turn you to security guard because you must shine your eye, especially when going back home at night due to long traffic.

👉Lagos will make you fight while wearing an expensive suit to work.

👉Lagos will make you forget home training and fight with the conductor for your N50 change.

👉Lagos will make you look dirty before getting to the office, because the jumping bus and struggle will turn you to dirty hands hall of fame.

👉Lagos will drain you and you show a smiling face when you get to the office.

👉Lagos will make you act like a psychiatric patient after your phone is snatch on your way going to work and you try to make a call and realize your pocket or bag is empty.

👉Lagos will turn you into a begger after, big boys snatch your purse or bag on your way to work.

👉Lagos will make you turn customer in HR department because of lateness.

👉Lagos will make you get to office with a laptop bag without a laptop but wood because big boys don move your laptop.

👉Lagos will make you go late to work because military officers have told your bus driver to do frog jump for bashing their car.

👉Lagos will make you run mad because while you are trying to collect your N800 change from conductor, bus driver will zoom off with the conductor.

👉Lagos will make you wear coats of body odour because, the smell in fact stench from the people in the bus will wake the dead.

👉Lagos will make you write your WILL because your small bus driver is dragging road with Dangote trailer on your way to work.

👉Lagos will make you look like Elon Musk when leaving your house but get to your office looking like brother shady🤣🤣🤣.

👉Lagos will make you live almost your entire life in traffic.

👉Lagos will make you build bus stop families because we all must meet there and struggle for bus together.

👉Lagos will make you fight a trailer driver for splashing water on you while going to work.

👉Lagos will make you wonder why you were born, because LATMA will just come from nowhere and hold your bus for doing nothing and drag him away leaving all commuters stranded.

For me I have been robbed 3 times
My Bag has been snatched once.
Bus Driver and Conductor zoom off with my N1,000.
They have splashed water on me several times.
Our bus driver has done frog jump from Military guys...countless times.

Insurance today is kike the banking system of 2003-2013. When staff are paid huge amount of salaries. However insurance of 2yrs earns times 3 of banking system..
A logical and reasonable person will depict from the examples of banks now moving to insurance.
GTB, ECo, Stanbic, Zenith, Uba, Access.
Do u think those guys don't know where money is?

Let me open your eye. Imagine the volume of customers in Access bank and trying to covert them to do insurance. You are in the banking environment you meets with senators, high network people.
ONLY A LAZY PERSON will run away from insurance.
