Why there are many dollar millionaires in the west.

If you own four units of three bedroom rental properties in a western nation, you will be a dollar millionaire and that is why dollar millionaires are a lot in those countries. Their economies, not only the real estate sector, are much inflated. In a country like Nigeria, you may own fifty units of three bedroom bungalows in an average Nigerian city and not be a dollar millionaire.
In short, the high cost of living triggered by high rent in those countries have inflated their economies seriously and this has led to a disproportionately high number of dollar Millionaires. South Africa also have the same issue of high cost of living but their economy is not as inflated as that of western nations meaning the cost of living is not as high. Kenya too is on the way there as cost of rent in the country has also gone through the roof and they have a disproportionately high number of dollar millionaires as a result.
In short, it is easier to become a dollar millionaire in high income countries and a times just one single family size real estate property is enough to reach the threshold.

In the East there are Yoruboid peoples including Igala in Anambra and one other group in Enugu apart from millions of Igbo people that have Yoruba ancestors from Benin city whereas there are no Igboid people at all in the west. It should be the Yoruba claiming Igbos came from them. However the Yoruba account of creation says all human beings originated from the first Ile Ife the first land that rose above the waters to begin to expand (fe)

Anyhow we want to look at it, it would be wrong to allow Christianity and Islam to continue using the public space to convert people. They are even employing workers to convert people. How would you feel if someone got an organization incorporated and hired workers to be describing your late parent as inhuman when that was not how he or she lived his or her life?. How Christianity and Islam describe God as burning people in hell for unbelief should not be condoned by any society that wants peace and sanity and the first step is to not let them operate in public anymore which means they should not be allowed to incorporate and hire workers. My research with the IFA oracle says there is no hell fire but people's spirits can cease to exist as a result of doing evil enough times.
Traditional spiritualities should be taught to children in schools and supported by the governments of all nations.
When Christianity and Islam are driven out of the public space, the globe will return to the spiritual tranquility that existed on Earth before religions were invented. We will have only spirituality that comes with every human culture and not divisive and violent religion.
We can not afford to continue holding God to a lower standard than our Earthly parents. The cost is too much. What a sensible parent can not do, God also can not do and this truth means we should do away with religion which started when Apostle Paul started preaching to Gentiles.

Do states really need restructuring?.
And the future after Nigeria.

A Nigerian state that has millions of people earning income within it has no other thing to pray for because among those income earners in every Nigerian state are billionaires, millionaires and high net worth individuals of different categories and there are also salary earners and artisans. What is just needed is to widen the tax net to capture all as it is done in organized nations. The only or main thing the federal government has in Nigeria is the oil money and if not for the oil money, it would have been the states paying money up for the sustenance of the federal government.
If a state has only one million income earners and all of them are in the tax net with an average of twenty thousand naira per month per head, that would be twenty billion naira monthly IGR and most states have far more than one million potential income tax payers. It can be easily possible to capture fifty percent of the GDP as government revenue in any country.
No matter how visionary you are as a leader, you must carry the people along by taxing them. That is when you get the best results that will last.
The way to carry people along is for each tier of government to fully explore revenue sources statutorily granted them by the constitution. States have PAYE while local governments have tenement rates, adverts and signs, radio licenses and etc while the federal government have the oil revenue which everybody is fixating on, VAT and etc.
States don't need restructuring to be okay as they are sitting on a gold mine in form of personal income tax from potential payers and personal income tax is what all great countries rely on in the main. That is why the states in Nigeria are potentially the strongest among the tiers of government in Nigeria. What the states need restructuring for might be security but many of them are also finding a way around it by establishing security outfits.
Any governor or local government chairman that says he will perform well without recourse to the revenue sources granted by the constitution is a liar and they have no reason to wait for restructuring before they can perform. However at this point it is the best bet for Nigeria to disintegrate along ethnic lines so that nation building that was going on before colonization can continue instead of continuing with Nigeria which is a British contraption that has run its course. The Yoruba for instance have nation building to continue with their kith and kin in Togo, Benin republic and Ghana and the same is true for the Hausa whose kith and kin are in Niger republic. Other ethnicities in the country can also take their lands and align it however they wish and if they choose not to be independent then there should be a clause in the constitution of any nation they join that allows them to become independent at any time.

Sir, you are right. INEC registration does not display states of origin but there are credible data we can use as baseline like JAMB registration which display states of origin.

As at now the best and cleanest data indicate that about 80% of Igbo are domiciled in the SE while 20% are domiciled outside the 5 Igbo SE states.

Out of the 320,306 Igbo candidates in the 2020-2021, max.(when you add total candidates that regiatered for JAMB in those 5 SE states and assume they are all Igbo) only about 250K account for candidates that sat for exam in the SE while about 70K are Igbo candidates who registered outside the SE to represent the total Igbo candidates. It makes sense because you have more Igbo domiciled in SE than outside SE.

The much touted assumption that there are Igbo everywhere is exagerrated. If you extrapolate this clean data from JAMB linked to NIN and registered GSM number, only about 20% of total Igbo population is outside Igboland.
That further supports my hypothesis that the Igbo population is low and has always been inflated.

You are counting only SE when there are Igbos in the SS as well inside that 20 percent.

Why human ritualists kill.

According to my research using the IFA oracle, human ritualists kill to extract two virtues from their victims. The victim will be reincarnated within three days into the perpetrator’s Earth family and will be a genius during that lifetime from the Iwori odi taken from the perpetrator. The perpetrator will become dumber and will be making blunders as a result of losing Iwori Odi. The Ofun Oturupon taken from the victim will make the perpetrator more financially successful and the Ika Ose will make him or her have more power over his or her followers. The followers he or she had before the ritual killing will not be able to leave the fold and if they tried, they will become something nobody wants or prays to become before it can be possible.
Before the Ofun Oturupon and Ika Ose can be taken, the perpetrator have to kill the victim by himself or herself.

It can never be right to say a state with even five hundred thousand people is not viable. They have enough income earners to be viable. The onus lies on the government to make it viable by generating IGR.

What is know is that Awolowo told Ojukwu that the time was not right for secession. From Awolowos perspective Northern soldiers were in the West and Lagos - the commercial and political capital of Nigeria.

Ojukwu instead launched his Kamikaze war. Had it not been that for the first few months of the war Gowon to the consternation of even his cabinet insisted on first using the police in what he called " police action" the war would have been shorter.

Ojukwu was something of a hot head - even his father said as much. As far as Awolowo was concerned, one should not fight a war that he can not win. Ojukwu believed differently - hence the extent of the war.

But Awolowo and Ejoor were loyal to the government they served in. Once Ojukwu took his stand, they took theirs.

I am not reporting what I heard ten, twenty years after the war but what I heard and saw before and during the war.

Undoubtedly there are some conversations nobody was party to but to say Awolowo and Ejoor were somehow fifth columnists within the Gowon government is not true.

I am not saying they were fifth columnists but they helped Biafra in the way I stated and there could have been a way of.resolving the matter even after war had broken out if the liberation army did not invade the west. The invasion was a miscalculation on Ojukwu's part. He saw it as a liberation but the west and the Midwest thought otherwise despite that a Yoruba was leading the force.

How Chief Awolowo did not betray Biafra.

Earlier today, I was involved in an online discussion where an Igbo commentator insisted that Chief Obafemi Awolowo betrayed Biafra by agreeing to join General Gowon’s government after assuring the Biafrans before leaving Calabar that the west would secede if the East secedes.
I explained that inside General Gowon’s government, Chief Awolowo was working for Biafra by insisting that all Northern troops be evacuated from the west. They left and stationed themselves at Ilorin. Colonel David Ejoor of the Midwest was also working for Biafra by insisting that the Midwest will not allow an attack on Biafra from her territory. The FG did not try to counter the position.
The path by which the west and the Midwest would secede was not necessary to be known to Biafra. Chief Awolowo had said if the matter can not be resolved, the west would also secede and that was enough. Him joining the Gowon government does not reduce anything from his position.
Then the Biafrans invaded the west and the Midwest with their Liberation army led by Colonel Victor Banjo, a Yoruba that Colonel Ojukwu released from prison in the East. Colonel Ojukwu wrote in a letter to Colonel Banjo that he would choose the governor of Lagos.
Chief Awolowo did not bargain with Colonel Ojukwu that the Yoruba will embrace a Biafran invasion with open arms when even civilians in the Midwest attacked the Biafran soldiers and killed many. The Yoruba can not move from British overlordship to Igbo overlordship. That was the issue. They therefore entered the civil war to defend their land and it ended as it did.
The war, meaning the Nigerian civil war, however painted, was originally a war between the East and the North and Lagos just happened to be the federal capital.
If the East had respected the territorial integrity of the Midwest and the West, then their only challenges would have remained attacks from the Northern direction and insurrection by Eastern minorities at home. The end result may have been Biafra, meaning total breakup or a renegotiation of Nigeria.
Chief Awolowo and Colonel David Ejoor did their best for Biafra and it is definitely wrong to continue labeling Chief Awolowo as a betrayer. There was nothing wrong in Chief Awolowo joining General Gowon’s government because if he did not join hands with them, how would it have been easy for him to get the Northern troops out of the west as easily as he did?. He had his own strategy and battles are won with strategy. He did not betray Biafra. .
On the issue of twenty pounds given to all Biafran bank account holders after the war. There was a need to solve the problem of people having deposits in Biafran currency. Chief Awolowo solved it by closing all the accounts and giving every account holder twenty pounds each including those who had only ten shillings in their accounts. The total sum given out probably surpassed the total sum the Igbos had in the banks initially. Twenty pounds was a lot of money in 1970.
On the issue of the blockade, we must also remember that the war may have been going on till today if not for the blockade. A short brutal war is better than a long war. There is no right way in war and there are no rules. May God not position our nourishment in the hands of our enemies. May the souls of the dead rest in peace.

Tell me why they can't include his release in the coup speech?. Gideon Orkar broke up Nigeria in.his coup speech that failed. It was a matter of sending someone to Calabar to free him and making him deputy in the government.

Awo can not refuse an offer of the second best job in the country from his benefactor. What he got from Gowon was what he could have gotten from the plotters of the first coup. Deputy. He did what he could for Biafra by chasing Northern soldiers out of the west with just his mouth. That was remarkable. I firmly believe that if not for the invasion of the midwest and the west, Biafra would have succeeded. You have to fear your adversaries at least a little during war. Colonel David Ejoor stated bluntly that the Midwest territory will not be used to attack Biafra and the government did not force him. Awo did not have troops under his command and he can not be fighting his benefactors.
You think he should have started fighting Gowon?
If you say Biafra had the right to attack any part of Nigeria even when those parts were insisting they will not allow their territories be used against Biafra, will you say those parts were wrong to resist Biafran invasion when it came?. What would you have done in their shoes?.
You have to understand that the Midwest and the west were not ready to go from British overlordship to Igbo overlordship

He did the right thing by accepting to be Gowon's deputy. Ojukwu himself was governor in the East. Gowon was Awo's benefactor. Being Gowon's deputy did not mean Nigeria would have ultimately survived. Awo had already said if the East goes the west will go. He got the Northern soldiers out of the west.
The fact is that before the invasion of the west, the west did not allow Northern soldiers to attack the East from the west

Human ritualists and Osanyin science.

According to my research using the ifa oracle, when you are using something created by Olodumare for something it was not originally meant for, you are in the department of Osanyin. Osanyin is neutral like nuclear energy is neutral. You can use it for both good and evil.
There is a way that the ingredients to be used are established and it is discussed into details in my upcoming book as I got it from my spirit.
Osanyin is a department of spirituality on its own and there is no limit to what you can use it to achieve.
If you, as an Islamic or Christian cleric or native practitioner now establish a charm with human parts as one of the ingredients, then that is your shortcoming.

Well, you are right that the coup failed and part of why it failed was because they did not release Awo on the first day. Those coup plotters were just sadistic murderers

The Jan 1966 coup was Awo's coup because all his political opponents were killed. Unfortunately the coup didn't succeed and that was why he was not released immediately to take over the government.

Awolowo was obviously a very wicked man who knew all these, but chose to starve innocent people who were fighting a war of survival. His suicide was obviously a curse that came to pass.

Awolowo died peacefully in his sleep. He did not do any wrong that I can decipher. He asked Northern soldiers to leave the west and they did, to go and station themselves in Ilorin. They had already passed their boundary by attacking Igbos in the west. Then the liberation army moved into the west and Midwest even when those two regions were supporting Biafra. Colonel David Ejoor had said he will not allow any attack on Biafra through the Midwest and Awo had gotten Northern soldiers out of the west. The liberation army's invasion of the west and Midwest forced the two regions to join the war. What did Awo do wrong to attract all the abuse and insults?. Awo was a great man that did right for his people and Nigeria. If no invasion of the west, then Nigeria would have broken up easily. On Awolowo again, Colonel Ojukwu himself saw Awo as a great man and said he wished he had led the Igbos

There was angst in the west because their leader was in prison. It was a fertile ground for a coup but when the coup came, their leader was not released from prison. It is actually the second coup that could be called Awo's coup. There was initial support for the coup across Nigeria including the west before people started to calculate who were killed and who escaped. It will not be right to say the west instigated the first coup but there was fertile ground for it in the west.
