For him to be the next Jordan, he needs his "Scottie Pippen" and also "Rodman" that'll be beast then he could be the next Jordan. Jordan had the right supporting cast around him. Guys that knew their duties and performed them dutifully without pride. They all had good work ethics. The players around you make you shine more. It'll take miracle for this series to go to seven. Whichever ways, Spurs better win if not, i'll have to wear Clevelands jersey for a week and i'll also have to go downtown and yell Cleveland Cavs is the best several times and some other crazy stuff. all of us want to live a better life but don't care about others that will suffer it. to tell you the true this is a good step for lagos.

1. this reduces pollution.
2. this give people with money more incentive to invest in the energy sector to save lagos. ( in some east african countries people who work in power companies are not alowed to own generators)
3. when we finally solve our power problem is will not be hard to stop the large sales of generators.( you know that if generators are still sold the way they are now, once we solve our power problem, importer of these generator will have the incentive to sabotage the power supply so that they can still make there money.)

that's supposed to be a joke right? it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that this is a ridiculous decision. people don't have enough money to survive and the best thing the government thinks of doing is taking more of there money for generator inspection that the population would rather not use if there was power. Pollution in Lagos worsened by generator; are you kidding me? How about all those trash stacked up at notable places like Idi-oro, Olosha, Oshodi that the government refuse to clear in due time? and when will we ever solve the power problem; maybe when Jesus comes. Makes me wonder why slave trade was successful!

48 points for Lebron, Detroit is beginning to act like Dallas. They make teams that they could handle gain confidence in there game. How can you let Lebron have game tying dunks? 29 straight point! The guy scored 29 of there last 33 points. He didn't have to work as hard for it like Kobe does. That's what I respect about San Antonio. You better know your stuff for you to shake them. You don't have to like San Antonio, but you just have to respect the Spurs. They know how to win. Good or bad they are about business. Being a Mavs fan, it's kind of hard to admit this but it's just the truth. They were down by 20 points against the Mavs in Game 7 in last seasons Semis and they came back only to lost the game in OT. Playoffs is all about adversity and a team has to be able to overcome it. I just hope Detroit gets things together so that we can see a competitive final and not a mediocre one.

Cavs aint got any chance against Detroit. It would be fluke if that series goes to 6. Detroit is playing like a true championship team. Atleast I know they can whop Spurs if Utah can't.

I think Dallas has the right mix already. All teams have their flaws. Avery just need to use those players right. After losing to Miami last season, he drafted Maurice Ager so he could defend players like Wade, Kobe etc but where was Ager when they were playing Golden State? Look at the way Phoenix plays Lakers, they know they can't stop Kobe but they defend him good and try to shut the other guys down. Kobe scored 50 points in game 6 last season against Phoenix and they still lost. Letting JT go won't be a fair deal for that guy because he's part of the reason why this team is here. He's a shooting guard but still has the highest assist in his team. Some coaches wish they have what Avery has. All they had to do last season against Miami is defend Wade well and shut the other guys down. They get too bothered when stars score alot of points. That's what stars do; score points. You just don't get bothered by it. Imagine Greg Popovich being the coach of Dallas right now, he'll probably win a ring every season. I hope Avery has learnt his lessons

Mavs by now has been bitten twice and hopefully they have learnt there lessons from the pass 2 seasons. Mavs don't really like playing physical and that's what killed them both in the Finals against Miami and against Golden State. As for the suspensions, the NBA is very pathetic. Bowen has been getting away with alot. Suns lost game five only by 3 without Diaw and Stoudemire. I just hope Stoudemire does not get in foul trouble in game 6. If he doesn't, Duncan better be watchout because he'll get handful of Stoudemire. ANY TEAM BUT SPURS. Just sick of them!

Phoenix and Detroit all the way. Actually, anything but Spurs. Dallas was my team but they are home. Tired of seeing Bowen play dirty, Ginobili flopping, Timmy looking all innocent even when he knows he messed up etc. My main man in that team R Horry messed up too big time. Looking forward to a tough game six. Hopefully Phoenix can get a championship that they truly deserve

I have not been through it but I'll have to problem to go thru it if I have to. If you read what I wrote, I did not say it should be scrapped. All I'm saying is almost the same thing you are saying. NYSC is not meant to be bed of roses; it's meant to take people out of their comfort zone to experience things themselves and serve their country. But how can you truly serve your country if the people in charge could care less what you do? The way they could show if they care is by providing some basic things that they'll need to survive. I talk from experience here. I grew up in Naija, went to a boarding school, went to OAU when all the crazy things were happening and I've spent 2 years of my life in combat/war places where there's been time that I did not take a shower for 3 weeks doing my job. I may had not been through NYSC but I know what it means to go through tough times and serve one's country.

Some people will complain regardless. Even if God comes from heaven and give us everything some people will still complain. I'm not saying it should be scrapped at all. All I'm saying is that they need to do a better job in providing some basic stuff for these youths. We all know they need to do alot more for the country. It's like going to war without enough ammunitions. Let's ask ourselves, how effective is the program now compared to 20 years ago when things were a little more stable in the country?

I believe the NYSC was very effective to people. Notice key word WAS. This was when people were actually looking forward to it, the society had more to offer as per jobs and stuff. But now, I think it's the other way around. People first don't want to go no more because the reason why some people went in the past was because they know they could not get some jobs without going thru the program. It's not the case anymore because it seems like getting a job is almost like miracle now.

I've never been through the program but my sister and alot of friends have been through. The stories told by my parent and uncles  are different from the one they tell. I talked to a friend serving presently in some remote place in Akwa Ibom. They had endurance walk earlier today for like 8 hours or something like that. That's all cool and dandy but if you give them sub-sub standard meals and tell them to go for 8 hours of endurance walk, I think that's not reasonable thing. Atleast give them 3 decent meals and decent water. Everything else is a luxury.

Let me stop my ranting jare,  me think right now the NYSC is a waste of peoples time because most people will not be dedicated to it until they government really show that they care about the service.

I heard from a source that the 8 year boundary for car importation to Nigeria has been changed to 5 years i.e you can't import cars older than five years. Can someone please shed more light on this as I know someone who is thinking of shipping a 2001 Mazda Tribute to Nigeria. Also, how much would this vehicle worth in Nigeria?

First I said as a Christian you cant talk about marriage without mentioning Christ, Bible etc. That's because I am a Christian and I stated specifically AS A CHRISTIAN. I did not say as an athiest or some other things. Don't come here insulting people all because you don't have anything reasonable to say. Shows the kind of person you are. The Nissan Primera is same as the Infiniti G20. Nissan owns Infiniti and what they did was that they transferred Primera to there luxury line which is Infiniti. That's how they operate in the states.
