the most accurate EDD is your last menstruation date or so. U Sha understand the one am saying
Scan just bring date according to the size of the baby, me ehn, I've had like 4 different dates with scan. It will even get u confused and u start guessing the actual week that you are.
Just stick with your LMP date, that's the most accurate. and if you're still worried u can still go see your doctor but it's honestly nothing to worry about. Just takia of yourself, eat well and use your Prenatals. Bless you mama

The place I registered for antenatal,the nurse is telling me that I will take TT injection thats 6momths, 7months and then before I give birth... I was surprised cos I ve taken TT injection only twice in my previous pregnancies.
So I want to know if it's true, abi this nurse is looking for who she will kee
I'm due to for the first dose so I want to confirm first before going.

hello mama, the first two TT injection is 4 weeks apart, then the last one is 6momths after the second TT injection which is usually after you give birth.

No, personally I knew with the complaints I had that an X Ray of my chest would be needed which was why hubby and I took out time to read about it before leaving for the hospital, If not I would have also protested it. That's why I wasn't bothered + seeing the notice in the Xray lab that you should let them know if you are pregnant also gave me another kind of calm + seeing the pregnant women bands they hung which is meant for wrapping the belly + despite being wrapped, my bump was below the film holder + I carry God with me as I go there + make person no go end life for house, I had to do the needful.

For the frozen laps @Layormi, sumone told me to always try and bring it down from bed and stand well or walk with it like and it has been working for me. I do massage it b4 bt nw U force myself to cum out of bed wit it and place the leg down den it ll disappear

Who was complaining about leg pain and ache as a result of sleeping by the side at 19weeks the other day lol? Even at 31 weeks, the ache and discomfort and freezing of leg that comes with sleeping on both sides is still there for me even with pillows ATI gbogbo e.

You wake up to pee often, your legs from the hips are freezing, turning is the worst exercise, inshort sleeping at night nah war. Lol

sure. That's the only exercise I do too. I walk round the neighborhood atleast once in a day. Or I walk up and down my compound for like 30 minutes in the morning and evening
