what trimester are you mama. I think from second trimester till 34 weeks anti malaria drugs are taken thrice.
You should tell them at your next anti natak that you haven't treated malaria or taken any anti malaria drugs. Just to be on the safer side because of your LO

I don't think I will collect any anti malaria drug again.. I can even take my prenatals sef, don't want to invite sickness upon myself

nah real sickness mama, took the anti malaria drugs and what my eyes saw my mouth can't explain it, from that night I took it till the next afternoon nah God hand I dey. Not taking again.. I am on vibes and inshallah

The first drug I was given was Amalar also 3 in 1 and I never reacted to it but that fansidar chai, its a no go area... You can ask at the hospital for other replacement that cab be used in pregnancy

Good morning mamas, since I took in I have only taken fancidar once, and it was terrible, that was December. I complained about it around January when I went for Antenatal and they stopped giving me, mosquitoes bite me from time to time and this gives me little worries... should I damn the side effect and just take fancidar? Although a doctor said since I react badly to it they will just treat me if malaria comes instead of giving me fancidar. To be frank I don't want to take that fancidar, pls is there any other type given to any mama during Antenatal care that is better than fancidar?

honestly I have taken the fansidar twice and both experiences are
No malaria symptoms atall but I am just doing it for my baby ni. Not sure I will take the third one sef cos the last one I took this week, God! I can't even explain it, even tho I used d drugs before sleeping, the thing still disturbed me throuoght the night and I ended up vomiting that mid night.

If you can just try and take it one more time before your 34th week..for baby sake.
As for me sha, not taking it the third one. Otogeeeeee.

My team May mamas, my tired is tired ooooo. To turn on bed na war and this heat is not helping matter at all. Infact this third trimester came with gbas gbos. May Allah grant every pregnant women safe delivery(Aameen)

Nipple cleaning helps to open up the pores in preparation for breastfeeding, It can be done from 36 weeks.
To clean the nipples, apply olive oil or coconut oil to the nipples and the blackbarea around the nipple and leave for 10 minutes before cleaning with a towel. Some black stuffs will be falling off. Do it from time to time

Infact I have more than 10 in varying sizes. Some of are long sleeved onesies with different colours and designs that you can wear a trouser or tutu skirt on .. I got all from okirika so my price small well well(I can't shout )..

I think like 8 pieces should be enough, cos that's basically what they wear daily and it will soon be raining season.. because of washing and drying factor. And people might bring some as gift too. I mix both okrika and new ones to reduce price

I don't know how I can aid my going to the toilet more often.... It's after 4days I do use the toilet even before pregnancy which I don't really like.... I drink a lot of water now as in ALOT although there was a time during pregnancy I detest water but I have passed that stage now. I eat fruits and vegetables but this thing won't come except it is ready..... What other options can I try......

lol unfortunately constipation is part of pregnancy package oo.
Just take more orange and eat vegetables too.. vegetable soup, ugwu etc that might help

Pls I need advice...it's like diarrhea is now a new normal for me in pregnancy, my first too was like this, eventually I was booked for emergency CS at 40 weeks bcs of low amniotic fluid... probably I had been leaking from the frequent diarrhea! This 2nd missionary journey diarrhea has started again, currently 25 weeks! Flagyl does not even work immediately until I have gone like 5 plus time. There was a day overnight I had over 10 toilet trips ��‍♀️ what can I do to curb this

hello mama, chaii I can't even imagine how this feels, belle nah another journey, then adding diarrhea that drains someone again. Please continue to complain at the hospital, let them know it's very serious.

About creams and soap, is there a reason medically why a lot of women stop using cream and soap during pregnancy? I'm FTM still around 5weeks and I just want to be sure before restocking. Make I no waste my money.

during my first tri, my cream and deodorant and soap was smelling so badly to me. Plus whenever I use the cream I start scratching. So nobody will tell you to stop when it becomes uncomfortable lol.

Now with the plenty heat, where is the strength to use cream and start sweating like Christmas goat. Some the cream don't even work on them again so what's the point?
Now I only use coconut oil. Especially on my bump to prevent stretch marks and all.
The blackness nah pregnancy package for some lol.

But if you're okay still using them, without scratching or irritation , why not? It does not affect the baby in any way

Orange juice is safe according to google and moderation is key. Better still buy your oranges and squeeze out the juice yourself

Good morning Mama's. I am 10 weeks already, I am always having this severe stomach pain after eating, I can't eat any other food except Semo with Okro or vegetable and pap. I can't take milk,bread and co, if I eat Any other thing apart from Semo or pap, I will vomit to the point of been sick. For fruit all I can take is water melon, Banana leaves me Bloated with pain, I have tried several food but I keep getting the same result. When ever I take Ferrous my body will keep shaking.
at what week can one go for 1st scan.

I don't know about the pain o, you should complain to your doctor.
But whatever thing you can eat, please try so far it's healthy, your LO needs it.
I suggest you make smoothies and drink.. it will make you full and it's healthy.
Banana and avocado fruit is my favorite now.
Just blend and take, aside pineapple oo.
Fruits salad.
If it's pap and akara. As little as you can please take.
During my time my doctor even adviced me to take milk drinks, it's better than leaving the stomach empty. Sorry ehn

Milk is safe, well I don't know about Milo, I didn't take it throughout my first tri but now I add just a little to my milk. Taking just few spoon of it once in a while isn't bad.

Orange juice wa okay nah, abi... Other mamas will answer u about that one but orange is good, Soo....
