But that's not the purpose of the thread, the topic is on quality of work done. The 2 sections of the road are incomparable. Wike's job, done by JB (@ obviously higher rate...I stand to be corrected) is substandard.

I am not supporting either of dem, but wat is worth doing is worth doing well. AmaehiAmaechi shudnt have abandoned the road cos of petty politics and Wike sshouldn't be forming activity with JB while delivering highly substandard job. He is taking us backwards. Utunnegi is correct in his analysis of psychiatric road, I have been there. Amaechi's section is wider and with underground drainage/walkway. Wike's section is exactly as shown in d pix. And to think dat Wike used Julius Berger is even more appalling considering their fees.

You need exposure. Governors should not go around making donations. You all don't ask questions. Where is the money coming from? Is it his personal funds? How can he afford it? Is it from the state budget? If it was, was it budgeted for? If he is so compelled to donate money, for the sake of transparency, an NGO should be established where private organizations and citizens can contribute. That is how it is done. Remember, Dasuki went around donating to evey tom, dick and harry and people like you were congratulating him. What is the reality today? Not saying that in countries like America, governors may or may not do such things, but it is easy to track where the money is coming from. As far as i know, they don't. They are smart enough to avoid such things. Nigeria does not have such checks so it is easy to divert such funds for personal use as seen by the Dasuki saga. You guys need to wake up.

OP: banks don't use CBN rate for ur purchases abroad. The only way u get CBN rate for fx transactions is through approved forms M and A. Havent u been listening to your president? Lols. Pls be guided accordingly, ur card transactions are sourced from parallel market.

My personal experience with Sir Collyns Owhonda shows he has always been a man of the people. His office in d-line is always home to folks from mile 3, mile 2, Ust axis old and young. Was always surprised each time I visit and see a lot of ikwerre people waiting to see him... And he makes time for all of them..even when he doesn't kno dem personally and without prior appointment. I wish him well.
NB: my encounter with him was between 2009- 2012. If he cared for his people den, I believe he also cares now.

I believe that manager is the type that feels like a man when he is shouting down on poor subordinates. Such men are the direct opposite at home as they are scared of their wives. guy no resign ur employment becos of ur fellow employee. he was not the one that employed u, the board approved ur employment. what he is doing is jerk behaviour and you need to stand up to him. do the following: 1. resume work daily on or before 7:20am. 2. do not talk to him except when necessary, dnt even greet him. 3. do your work well, drop the ones requiring his authorisation on his table and put the time beside your signature as u drop them. 4. try and conclude your work on time and close 6pm latest when possible. this will enable u to be fresh for the next day. 5. do not stay back late because a work that is not ur primary job function. leave dem and go home and do dem the next day. 6. if the branch is understaffed, then the extra work shud be shared equally. if the extra work is given to you alone, leave dem and go home once it's 6pm. let him escalate if he wants. (but inform the man as at the time he ls dropping dem on u that u wil only do them wen u are done with ur primary job function). work smart. drag ur own function till 6pm and den close. note that when the extra work is shared normally, do them timely esp when dey are urgent. 7. whenever he shouts at u in front of customers or junior staff (when u hav done nothing wrong), shout back at him immediately in front of the same pple and warn him never to try it again. let him escalate it if he wants. Do Not Resign Because of Him, cos that's what he wants. He has achieved his life goals and does not want u to achieve urs. Do not let him win. Fight, fight, fight. I wish u the best, and I know u will come back and testify. I almost forgot, pray hard every morning and night as well, pray for his or your transfer from the branch.
