The outside staircase looks fine but I dnt think I should adopt it cos of security. The tiny stairs is actually for the duplex part of the house.

Please advise on the best way to sort out this issue. I feel the stair case is too tiny. The house has been decked. How best can we expand the stairs without much damage to the structure.

Please ideas from everyone will appreciated, feel free to comment.

erico2k2: Good Job,Im not a civil Engineer but a mechanical Engineer, I realy wished I studied Civil as I have to re learn now, Just went fru ur post till this stage, I have two structuaral advice and one labour advice here for you, might need to give you diagrams later, since you do this for living in use of planks to mould the lintern U could haved fixed ones made out of plywood an inch thick that you keep at ur storage, that way you can re use them again and again, that way you would save cost for your customer bringing down the over head by more than 200K.Next, have you thought of Angled bar arrangements in ur pillers instead of using the conventional 4 iron roads knitted together on a rectangular frame?

I will join everyother person here to state that your case won't stand in court, FBN is not under any obligation to give depositor's money to you. also the documents you spent money on are documents you are suppose to have in the first place considering the size of your biz. However, the BM did not act like one by not taking his calls. That's wrong. Whatever reason he has for not granting u the loan needs to be communicated to you ASAP.
My advice: retrieve your application from him first thing monday morning and take it to another branch of the bank. Inform the BDM after its done. Thanks

I,ve got an 05 accord which i service every 5months. However after servicing it last week thursday, the *maintenance required* signal came up on sunday and its been there till today. Note that it was not there before i serviced the car. Please is this something i should be worried about cos im driving the car like that and it drives fine.

*By servicing i mean change of oil and oil filter*
