Obi has to prove in court that he won the elections. Is it only rivers state he will use to prove that?

He needs to carry all irev results that are contrary to announced results in ALL the 36 states and carry it to INEC to prove he won.

There were no 'many others'. Many pple in my state checked the Irev and it matched pictures snapped at their polling unit. The presidential elections was peaceful and without incident in over 90% of polling units across this country.

Why would a whole harvard professor upload irev showing real results, and upload results from collation centre with doctored numbers , and still go ahead to announce a winner?!! (As in he mentioned the discrepancy to the cameras).

Its because the irregularities noted in those few results DID NOT CHANGE THE OVERALL CONCLUSION OF THE ELECTION. Every party already got their PU results live and did their collations. INEC already had this too before the collation officers came from the states to submit their report.

It has been happening since 1999. No presidential election was ever cancelled. In OBJ's tenure, state results were announced while some states were still on the queue voting.

Our elections are getting better and better. Fact. If they werent, this election result would NOT be this competitive. All international observers know this for a FACT. Unlike you they didnt start studying Nigerias elections this year.

In a press conference with AIT, the leadership of PDP in Kogi state has condenmed Atiku for trying to dictate to the party the choice of governorship candidate in the upcoming primaries in the state. The spokesperson for the state leadership , Faruk Adejoh Audu, called Dino Melaye a mascot and clown, with no record of employment, who disgraced Kogi State in the past by fighting in the House of Reps in 2010.

'That even before the contest in kogi is to start that the people's Democratic party is undermining its own fortune in our state. It is our party that is about to defeat our party in our state not even the APC, by manipulating the delegates list. And we now believe that even if we go for primaries now they will try to manipulate the process again so that their preferred candidates will emerge. Everybody knows this preferred candidate and its actually very disheartening and I'm not going to hesitate because of course I'm not going to start speaking in riddle, the preferred candidate of the leadership happens to be one man called Daniel Melaye, alias dino, who was the mascot of the presidential campaign.

So if somebody was a clown in your campaign and you are very pleased with the performance of the mascot, that he made you laugh or insulted people for you is that enough to award the governorship ticket of our state to him. I mean who are we talking about, the dino melaye we are talking about, check his record. This man has never been employed one day, he has never. The only job he has done was that he came in 2007, I was in government then, he came to drop Obasanjos name and Ibrahim gave him ticket to go and run for House of reps. He went there and disgraced Kogi thoroughly. He was suspended from House of rep and remained on suspension until that Republic, I mean until that tenure expired, he was on suspension, he fought his shirt was torn, that is the person we want to award.
It shows a lot of contempt for the state we come from for anybody to sit down and think that Daniel Melaye alias Dino, is who you will now pick, you will ignore everybody, ignore Senior Advocates of Nigeria, ignore captains of Industry who are looking for this ticket. You will deny them the opportunity of a free contest, just to hand over.
