okwusdidi:When u try to erase a people by calling their land no mans land wt ur full chest, and then rain insults on them, and talk about chasing away their traditional rulers that u met there, you are sowing hatred and have declared war. And then u carry this out by actively transferring 200,000 PVCs to their state to overrun their votes. What people wouldn’t feel threatened by that? Go and try that with UK or any European monarchy ? The GRV should have come out to apologize or separate himself from the damning tweets he tweeted disparaging yoruba people, he and his wife decided to dig in. And then joined the mob to gaslight us as 'bigots' dt hate him for no reason but for his lineage. Is adeleke not the same lineage? Imagine this nonsense post she tweeted. |
Is it an election tribunal or a criminal trial? If it is a criminal trial where is the crime? Hasnt that case been closed and the criminals involved convicted already? What new crime and what new witnesses will be heard? Are u guys just dense? |

The wife of the LP candidate for the past Lagos Governorship elections, Ify Aniebo Rhodes Vivour, made the following tweet on her twitter page: This is for the Nigerian bigots who say they cannot vote a man because he doesn’t speak their language.https://twitter.com/IfyAniebo/status/1644275227784822786 Death stared people in the face during this election. Some lost their lives. Bigots responsible didn’t “withhold” their prejudice. Elections have consequences. Once bigots set a precedent, they have no control over how people react. Which means it may be difficult to draw a linehttps://twitter.com/IfyAniebo/status/1644286155771322372?s=20 This caused several replies from critics who accused her father, a Biafra War colonel and past governor of Borno and Kogi state, of looting the funds of Kogi state and refusing to handover to the democratically elected governor Abubakar Audu in 1999.

stanluiz: aariwa:As if onitsha agberos have not been a problem for years since peter obis tenure. Everyone knows they existed way before soludo entered power. |
aycorporat:These ones are even collecting money from private lorry driver doing business. Lagos agberos limit their billing to NURTW public transporters (taxis and buses). |
JASONjnr:Oh God, why carry hate into everything? Is it a curse, because everytime you are on the brink of achieving something great, you overtalk and then it ends up in failure. You don’t need to spread hate between tribes for votes. Without any hate sermons GEJ won 24 million votes in 2011. He won the whole South and the whole North central except Niger. Now that you have been able to win some North Central states, you have now decided to add hate to force them to join you. Same thing you did in Lagos. It made your party lose the Lagos governorship and this hate and division youve started preaching now will ensure youre never voted again by the North central. SMH. |
Akwamkpuruamu:They really should. At least give some grace cos every other administartaion was using that project to dribble SouthEast people since 1958. It was started and completed by Buhari and cost the government 336billion. They built it within a few years. Jonathan approved N325million for the planning and design of the bridge. For design. He did not even start any work on it and 325 million gone. mrvitalis:The list is in that article, and just look at the quality of the Niger bridge! You need leaders like fashola in the SE.
|
mrvitalis:This particular nassarawa road and other roads that will be constructed (see list below because it includes eastern roads) have adequate funding from SUKUK and will not be tolled. The onitsha-okija-nnewi road will also be completed this year. Fashola works fast cos many of these federal roads have been abandoned since 1999 due to stealing or lack of funds. Tolling solves the lack of funds problem.
|
mrvitalis:The second niger bridge along with many others that dont have adequate funding will be tolled. See attachment showing others. They prioritized your project, worth N336 billion, because of the need and now youre complaining that they handled it first.
|
mrvitalis:Only because the state built those roads in Lagos. And the FG built the second niger bridge. |
mrvitalis:So that means Lagosians are also treated differently because there was a toll gate in lekki and ikoyi for years and no one complained. Please stop with the victim mentality. |
BennyDGreat:Rich parents dont just transfer money to their children. Rich parents open trustfunds in their kids names from when theyre young and regularly place monthly payments in it up to a certain age. By the time the kids have access to the funds in their adulthood the money would have multiplied significantly and the child has access to all that money .eg. if otedola opens a trustfund account with JPMorgan in Cuppys name and dumped $3million dollars in their when cuppy was a child, by the time cuppy is 18, 21 or 30 (or whenever age she has access to her trustfund), the money in the account would have become like $18million if its a good wealth management company. So at that age, Otedola doesnt need to be giving her money. Its all in her account. Some parents put restrictions on age of access and also on what the money cannot be withdrawn for. This is what ALL wealthy educated men do and this is why a lot of them dont see the need to leave inheritances for their children. Trustfund kids are already set for life. Inheritance is extra assets. |
SalamRushdie:Yes. shes giving out 100,000 every year for `10 years. So each year if ur an african student and have admission into oxford for a graduate program, you can apply for her fund and if u pass the requirements (most scolarship funds have requirements such as admission letter, letter of good character, letter requesting reason for why you need the funds for your scolarship). The money approved will then be knocked out of your school fees. Some people are lucky enough to get full scholarships out of scholarship funds depends on the application. Im sure she did it because many african students that even get admission into oxford cant afford the school fees. Its too expensive. |
' Its actually a 10-year partnership she has with Oxford Uni. 1Sharon:You must not know about her cuppyfoundation that helps african kids through save the children. Apart from her monthly commitments to the foundation, she still fundraises for them, even raised N5billion one year like that.
|
Ife! Otedola must be so proud. I love that clap that oxford put at the end of their tweet. Correct pikin.

lol! |
Megabig:Please abeg its all media marketing, he hasnt done anything except complete ila road that aregbe started. He has just decided to carry cameras everywhere because of his court case. Hes not doing anything here except receiving a visitor. The last event with ooni, he wasnt doing anything, he was opening oonis business. I like his playfulness though. I'll give him 1 year in office and if he hasnt still done anything tangible i will start criticizing him. |
In the spirit of non-partisanship, the PDP governor of Oyo state has renamed the First Tech University after the late APC governor, Abiola Ajimobi. The governor announced the name change at the 2nd convocation of the school and posted this on his social media page. He wrote: 'This morning, we attended the second convocation ceremony of the First Technical University, Ibadan. I congratulated all graduands of the university and urged them to be good ambassadors of Tech-U and Oyo State as they move to the next phase of their lives. I also announced that we have made the decision to rename the university the Abiola Ajimobi First Technical University in honour of my predecessor who established the university.' If only Edo state had stuck to oshiomole, they would have made more gains by now. Anything meaningful that was done, was done during oshio babas tenure, even EDOGIS to improve Land use. |
Darren95 put the source of the video, and copy mods to move it to front page. |
Felabrity:And what is wrong with him being a BAT fan. Isnt he an adult that votes and thinks for himself? Of course he will be a fan of his choice of politician, just like you or any other adult. |
Lashist:But LASU just said in this tweet that they have other things they brag about that you people dont pay attention to. Abi is that not what theyre saying? ![]() |
Nchenches:LMao! You are definitely lying. Sunday Igboho, and Yoruba nation supporters, backed by adebanjo, hate Tinubu even more than igbos hate Tinubu. You should tune in to their radio station sometimes or the koikimedia facebook page and radio station. You will learn some intriguing Tinubu abuses. Where do you think 'Tinubu Lule pi' came from? It wasnt from igbos. |

In my University in the UK, the main lunch room was owned by the school and they employed cooks that made and served food. Students could buy vouchers weekly or for the semester for breakfast/lunch, which was cheaper than tapping your card. All proceeds went to the school, it wasnt private. There was also a starbucks coffee shop at the top floor of the school shop. That was private. |
