People should tread with caution. All these cutlasses and sticks won't achieve anything if simple laws are put in place to cripple your sources of livelihood. There is a reason the likes of Dangote, Ote$, Adenuga, Jim Ovia, TOE et.,al never outrightly display partisanship. The Igbos are business people, investors in Lagos. Do your thing, earn your living and leave them to do their politics. If you will support anyone, you don't need to come out and start airing it so loudly.. Do what you feel will help your cause. As it is, whether GRV or Sanwo Olu, you guys would still succeed anyways, but now you seem to have created avoidable problems for yourselves. All you guys needed to do was just to choose a few people to reach out to the governor of Lagos State and resolve matters and get your businesses back on track. You cannot fight the government and win! If Lagos State decides to turn the whole of LADIPO to a world class specialist hospital today, do you guys think you can stop them? No! They will just compensate you and go on with the project. I say all these because this whole imbroglio is needless. What do you think you would have achieved with GRV? Would he have given you new lands? You can buy wherever you want when you need it with or without him. Now you are about to throw away your source of livelihood carelessly. |
sat70:Complete engine could be as high as 2.7m |
I know somebody who got married Had children (the number she wanted) Set up a business with zero... Now doing very well - with retainership of millions. Bought a property - no longer a tenant Bought 2 cars (both sweet SUVs) Grew investment to the point of returns exceeding her annual gross. |
Mufasa27:Oh, my! She was quite lonely for a while. |
Mufasa27:While I don't agree with you calling my former Senator Gorilla, I remember Lt. Haruna. I was just asking my younger brother is Imade is still alive. |
tobolos:Thank you. |
IGBOSON1:You must watch against tribalism because it makes one narrow sighted and minded. Bishop Mike Okonkwo, Pst. Lazarus of the Lord's Chosen and a host of other fathers of the faith have also not come out to endorse anyone publicly. Why not just always state your reasons for supporting a particular person and persuade people to come to your side, especially because you desire a new Nigeria. @Igboson1, people are people no matter where they are from. Learn to appreciate that and see how good life can be. I have seen Igbos that are very tribalistic, I have also seen many that are detribalized. In fact, the man who helped me the most and supported my Master's program then is Igbo from Abia state, I am married to an Igbo woman and my mother-in-law once told me if people were to come to life again, she would still want me as her son-in-law. There are tribalistic Yorubas as well as Hausas and the rest. But Liberal ones exist very well too. |
Here lies wickedness. Agents want to take 20% for renting out somebody's property. Even professional fees is 10% and still negotiable. We must work on our attitude to life and well-being of our neighbours. If you charged 10% Agency and 10% agreement, you would have helped in making somebody else's life easier. I know the above may mean nothing to many, but actions like this one right here contribute greatly to corruption. Please no offence is intended. #beachangeagent |
What's up now? People should vote their choice and others do the same. Enough of the insults and name calling. We must avoid desperation! If we don't kill the current trend, even if the next president does well, some of us may never appreciate it because we may be wishing him or her to fail. |
Op, I have read a lot of what you have posted, in fact, I had to review so many of your threads yesterday to get those "truths" that made you arrive at your conclusions. I have a lot to say about many of your views, but I will like to say that the Alpha Draconian 4th dimension humanoid you placed there doesn't rule over me. Does it exist, I am sure it does. Is it one, I can assure you, they have a kingdom and they exist in the lower part of the earth, a set of unhappy creatures. However, your faith in, and work with the person of Christ creates a bridge that takes you over that kingdom and sustains you above it. I know this for a fact, I have seen it and I live there. For those who are seeing these evil creatures around and all, I will be sincere with you, you all need to have a relationship with Jesus the Saviour. You are either being oppressed by demons or possed by it. You must call to the Saviour for deliverance. |

I like this... Please can we have a link to PO's and AA' sessions? |
What type of house? Where is it located? |
desiredhome:Sometimes I feel some of you just use words without necessarily having appreciable understanding of them. I attend a pentecostal church and we have a Welfare department that works. I know we have paid house rents, procured and supplied relief materials, visited prisons etc. with the little we have. The fact that the department isn't active in some places doesn't mean it isn't anywhere. Meanwhile, what brings black people and wickedness into any of these?? Anyways, your call. Enough said. |
HardMirror:If the bolder were correct, no Christian would preach to anyone! As for the man in question, while I agree that the Welfare department of the church should have been there for him and others like him that may be in the church, I think this his action showed that he never really saw himself as giving unto the Lord, as he claimed. If he did, he would have asked the Lord for help. Many may argue over this, but I know the Lord answers prayers 1st hand. Moreover, I should warn all followers of Christ that the principles of the scripture are for our learning. Before any years of drought comes those of plenty. Always save at least 20% of what you earn. |
Thinkam:Somethings are not that simple. There are so many people who earn a living by hawking in traffic. Many of these group of people may have families as well. How do they earn a living without cash? Many are arguing that the news of currency redesign had been out since October 26th, 2022. That may be correct, but when did the new notes came into circulation? Dec. 15th, 2022. Then the banks continued to issue the old notes because many of them claimed they didn't have the new notes. The truth is that it is bad to make your good intention or did look bad. The move would have been great to cut inflation and reduce vote buying, but voters even need to survive until the election days. |
N8.5m for both. You didn't upload the pictures of the Corolla engine. |
Eilenora:I paid CAD$30 to renew my WES Evaluation result. I don't think IQAS should be too different. |
shegzhkn:Not yet. They may have to earn it if they want it at the right time. |
shegzhkn:Not at all boss. |
Oh my! Nigerians are just the best! I see guys already asking how much they can earn, how much it would cost to study there etc. The day Nigeria's leadership problems become addressed, I am sure Nigeria will effectively compete with the 1st World countries in 25 years! |
- Starting all over - Racism. How free can I ever be in a place that is not mine or at best where can only become mine based on a few pieces of paper they give to me. Anytime things don't go the way the indigenes want it, they tag me Nigerian born..... - Cold - Fear of not being able to be hard on my children when I am supposed to be. I mean, the concept of "no right or wrong" doesn't cut it for me. |
@DigitalMallam and @Yungestmoney, if you bought through your stockbroker, you will see it in your portfolio. I didn't get any email, I just saw it alongside my stocks in my Portfolio. Meanwhile, I got 100% allocation, perhaps because mine was just a modest sum. |
mickky22:It already reflected in my CSCS since last week Monday or so. |
Andrenalin:By all means. I hope I can be of help. |
ednut1:Thank you for your comments ednut1. She will write the exam when, and if she has to. Meanwhile, the evaluation may not be necessary by then because she will be pursuing another academic programme first. |
ChiefDaddy1:I am 3 years older and married, yet in the pool. Just put things in order and get in. Then embrace relevant PNP. I am on 410 (I didn't evaluate my spouse's credential nor enroll her for the IELTS exam - I regard that as waste of resources because we would still pursue PNP anyways.). |
Life is a seed, whatever a man sows that also he shall reap. I will never wish anyone evil, but it's not out of place to say to the wicked that it shall not be well with them. As for you, sis, keep on with the hustle. But please always find time to rest. All the best to you. |
pat077:I don't know if you can do it via mobile app and I don't think it can only be done at the bank. Stanbic has an efficient Customer Care contact line. You can give it a try. However, if you are not in Nigeria, you can contact your account officer and get things done. But if you are in Nigeria, I think you should do it in person 1st. |
Dbossmanager:TBills is better than Mutual Fund if you know that you can afford to keep money away for reasonable amount of time. Mutual Funds managers often invest in TBills among others. Open a FBN or STANBICIBTC account, with at least N100k you begin to invest in FGN TBills. Please I have assumed that your proposed investment amount is at least N100k. |
YES!!! She's not perfect, but she loves much. I will do just anything to see her happy and would love her forever. So, if by chance forever becomes inadequate and a chance to choose again comes, I will go for her again. |
espn:I didn't see anything like that. Besides, Idon't want to spend too much money and start asking for refund. I noticed that oyibo don't return funds as easily as they take it. This is going to be a boost to us, but I will have to wait till evening. If there is no link, I will just send them an email. Thank you so much. |
